Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Tengo una suscripción activa de Lightroom Premium de 100 GB comprada mediante la App Store de Apple, con renovación el 24 de septiembre.Después de cambiar de iPhone, Lightroom dejó de reconocer la suscripción Premium. He comprobado que la suscripción sigue activa en Apple. He probado “Restaurar compras”, reiniciar el iPhone y entrar tanto con mi cuenta habitual de Adobe como mediante “Continuar con Apple”.En ambos casos Lightroom indica “No hay compras restauradas” y las funciones Premium siguen bloqueadas. Adobe tampoco detecta un plan activo asociado a ninguna de las dos cuentas.Necesito ayuda para volver a vincular mi suscripción activa de App Store con Lightroom.

In LR Mobile I used to be able to show full-screen images with Title and Caption overlays (or exif overlays).  The Title and Caption option seems to have disappeared.  Am I missing something?  (For my purposes, without the Title and Caption in an overlay or in a simple uncluttered header/footer, LR Mobile is effectively useless.)

@Sameer K I did the same steps, deleted the library file, uninstalled and reintalled the app, and it’s still the same. Is there any way I can get help on this? I gave the permissions for full disk manually even if the Lightroom (cloud version on Mac) didn’t ask for it. 

Lightroom 11.5.20 on my iPad and Lightroom Iphone ( same version) crashes every time I try to open Presets. I have already reinstalled the app and updated iPad and Iphone, but the problem remains.I have a crash .ips report from today showing an EXC_BREAKPOINT/SIGTRAP on both devices  and assertion failure inside Lightroom. Can someone help me please?

Like to editing controls on left side 

I have an external hard drive with an old backup of “originals” that I had to move to a new computer with a fresh install of Lightroom. I configured lightroom to point to this new drive and it seems to do fine at first. Task Manager shows a steady 90-100 Mbps download rate and Lightroom shows the sync item going steadily decreasing. But this only lasts for about 5 minutes and then the download, disk usage, and CPU usage all run down to nearly 0. Pause and unpause sync does nothing. If I restart the program, it starts downloading steadily again, but only for about 5 minutes. I ended up vibe-coding a python script that starts Lightroom, monitors for a drop in network traffic, and then restarts Lightroom in a loop. This seems to be working well (I’m finally able to leave my computer unattended for a long time and know that it’s continuing to download). However, this points to an underlying problem that perhaps the dev team should investigate. Note, my script has a timer, and is reporting

Lightroom Mobile for iOS v11.5.1 is stuck on “Importing – 1 pending” whenever I try to open/import any photo from the Device tab.This started recently. Previously, I could open photos from my iPhone and edit them normally without any delay.The issue happens with every photo I try. The import remains pending and the photo does not open for editing.I have already tried:- Restarting the iPhone- Signing out and back into my Adobe account- Offloading and reinstalling Lightroom- Testing different photos- Checking Lightroom Web for sync issues- Confirming I have plenty of Adobe Cloud storage available- Testing my internet connection (around 86 Mbps)The problem still persists.Device: iPhoneLightroom version: 11.5.1 (7C3095/251)Please advise if this is a known issue or if there is a way to reset the stuck import/sync queue.

Lightroom Version 7.0 Operating System - macOS 14 Sonoma I was excited to learn that LR had the ability to work on local drives. I have used Bridge for the last several years after getting frustrated with Classic's performance. I like what I see in the new LR and am giving it a try. I have run into a problem that I am not able to delete any photos in LR that reside in folders on my Synology NAS drive. After asking if I want to move the photo to the trash I get a response saying "This file cannot be moved to the trash. Please try deleting directly from the disk." I have the gone into my Synology settings and I cannot find anything there that would cause this response. I have no issues deleting photos when in Bridge.  I have administer rights on the NAS drive as well as read/write privileges.  Photos residing on the internal SSD or attached drives delete just fine.  I also can copy files into NAS folders, Move photos from one folder to another on the NAS.  I hav

I am using Lightroom (Cloud) on a Windows 11 PC with plenty of ram etc. I have noticed that since the last update (9.4.1) that when I am in the Masking tools that if I create a mask (any style of mask) and make any changes to any of the sliders if I then create another mask of any style it automatically applies all the slider changes to the next mask I create. I have tried to use “Reset Sliders Automatically” setting that doesn’t make any difference. I have also noticed that once this happens that it will not allow me to right click (PC Version) on the new mask just created to delete it. I have to go up to the EDIT on the main menu and then click “Undo New Mask”. This is very frustrating and time consuming to have to manually reset all sliders. I have been using this Lightroom (Cloud)  a few years now and have never had any of these types of issues with the masking tool. Am I doing something wrong or am I correct in thinking the controls of the masking tools have changed?

When attempting to use the Denoise feature in Lightroom, I will check the box to turn the feature on. The progress bar will show up with the percentage and it will either fully complete or abort before 100%. Once the progress bar disappears, there is no change to the photo and the denoise checkbox is still unmarked and the slider is still greyed out. My computer and Lightroom software are up to date and I have even tried using previous installments of Lightroom.

Eu troquei de celular recentemente. Instalei novamente o ligthroom. Os presets vieram junto com o backup .   Mas quando eu edito uma foto antes e depois coloco o preset depois ela volta a ter a edição original da foto. Mesmo nas fotos que já foram editadas anteriormente da troca do meu celular.Isso acontece dentro do app. E também quando coloco o preset, a bolinha que fica debaixo  baixo do ícone não aparece. 

DescriptionUnder Preferences > Cache > Storage location for originals, there are supposed to be the buttons “Reset” and “Browse...” to change the specified path. However, if the current path is too long, these buttons go out of the window. See the screenshots below. This can be worked around by scrolling horizontally to see the buttons, but I highly doubt this is intentional. I’m not even sure it’s possible unless you have something like a Magic Mouse or MX Master. I am in the terrible situation, where my dumb a** unintentionally deleted Mobile Downloads file, when trying to clear out space on my macbook. Now my LrC cannot find the files… I am looking for a way to restore/fix this mistake. Does any one have any tips or ideas? So when using the Lightroom mobile‘s camera hdr feature it creates three dng exposures, merging them to one dng with extended dynamic range for editing, which works miracles with enough light.The point where I get stuck is creating three exposures with 3 raw images (-3, 0, +3 EV) in my camera and trying to find a way to get anything close to a similar result as the in app camera hdr feature by somehow merging them into a single file with extended dynamic range and editing it in LrM.Since my options are an iPhone 11 and a MacBook Pro from 2010 with upgraded hardware neither apps like Brackt on iOS nor programs like Affinity Photo on macOS could help creating a merged tiff or raw image that would’ve had a decent quality or would’ve been able to be imported into Lightroom Mobile for editing.Besides of buying a new laptop or installing a more recent macOS, is there any options to create a somewhat similar raw hdr merge with camera files like raf from Fuji in order to edit within Lightroom

I just did an update with my Lightroom Lr (cloud) and now I am having trouble with my exports. I want to set a custom name and have the number sequence after one and other by using "export with previous settings" but its not working I don't know where they are going. I have to do a reset with every image I export. Please help
