Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I just bought a new computer that has windows 11, a ryzen 7 graphics processor, and 64gb ram. Lightroom keeps crashing, when it doesn't crash the de noise feature will just crash and stop after getting to 20% and then Lightroom won't respond. Any advice would be great as I have 200 photos that need to be edited from a festival. 

Every time I try to select subject Lightroom either says it can't be found or does something very weird with the mask, screenshot included. The red lines across are what it has done to select that subject. I have never had this issue before so I assume it's a bug. 

Basically, when I save an image back to my phone, the ' image saved to file' message stays on screen too long and has to be closed manually to continue editing next image. Not a massive deal, but would be good to have it a lot shorter. 

I've got a number of (supported) Sony/E-mount lenses I'd be interested in adapting to Nikon, but I'm having difficulty nailing down whether LR (Cloud, iPad) will handle applying the corrections/lens profile.  Everything's chipped/smart, so my expectation would be proper EXIF data for the lens in the NEFs; anyone have experience with this?  (I can't just test it as I'm not dropping the $ on gear unless I'm reasonably sure it'll work.) So far I've turned up both "worked fine" and "you might have to select the lens manually", and the latter would be a disappointment given the iPad client not supporting that feature.  If it helps, or anyone's tested it themselves, the lens I'm most interested in adapting is a Voigtlander 35mm 1.4 Nokton Classic; not available at all on Z mount.

[Lightroom Mobile, most recent version.  Iphone 13 Mini, iOS 17.3] Any attempt to Export or Share (such as Airdrop) any amount of photos results in Rendering phase taking FOREVER compared to the previous version of Lightroom Mobile.  The process bogs down within the first few images and then each image takes 2-5 seconds EACH to "render."  It says quite literally "This may take a while."  My workflow has ground to a halt.  This is my second time asking about this.  I'm not sure how to report this to Adobe?  I take my pictures using Lightroom Mobile camera, and export with no editing, right out of the app, typically just Airdropping to an iMac.  Or I used to until a few days ago. Previous version, I could Export 50-100 images in 30 seconds or so.  This current problem is absolutely unacceptable.  I am PAYING FOR THIS.  I have deleted and resinstalled the app, powered phone on and off, all of that.  Caches are clea

New user here! Export setting for file size is 3MP, this area is greyed out so I cannot change. Working with DNG files. How can I change this, my camera is 20 MP.

Voici les détails : Système d’exploitation :Windows 11 Famille Insider Preview J’ai déjà essayé : Réinstallation complète (via Creative Cloud) Mise à jour des pilotes graphiques Suppression et réinitialisation des préférences (Alt+Shift au lancement)  Résultat : rien ne fonctionne, Lightroom continue de se refermer après quelques secondes du démarrage. Hi Adobe/Lightroom team and community,I'm working with Lightroom CC's External Controller API to build a hardware controller for photo editing. I've successfully implemented controls for most adjustment parameters using increment() and decrement() calls, but I'm running into issues with the crop parameters (cropTop, cropLeft, cropBottom, cropRight). The Problem:When I try to adjust individual crop edges setValue(), Lightroom automatically adjusts the opposite edge to maintain some internal constraint. For example:- Incrementing cropRight also decrements cropLeft- Incrementing cropBottom also decrements cropTop  This makes it impossible to move just one edge of the crop rectangle independently.What I've Tried:1. Using increment()/decrement() on individual crop parameters - this, flat out, does not work. 2. Using setValue() to set absolute crop coordinates - this causes other parameters to change.3. Setting all four crop parameters simultaneously to try to work around

Senerio:Add ARW files to Lightroom.Edit in Photoshop then back to Lightroom which makes them a TIFF file.Lightroom will not sync to cloud.I have to export them to my computer as a JPEGDelete all the files in Lightroom then reimport them to Lightroom.It will now sync the JPEG file.Why do I have to do all the deleting and importing????????

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong within the settings that's causing this issue, but after a RAW photo loads in lightroom mobile it looks heavily edited and the quality is significantly reduced. I'm new to using lightroom, but I haven't really changed settings so I don't know what's caused it. If anyone can help me with fixing the issue I'd really appreciate it, the video attached shows what's happening

When I edit an image in the Lightroom app and save it to my camera roll, the result NEVER looks the same. Does anyone know why this happens?

Hi, I'm new to Lightroom, but did use other tools before (started with Aperture). I try to sort my pictures that are saved to folders. This does not work with Lightroom cloud (v8.4) on my MacOS (v15.5). The Lightroom Classic (v14.4) seem to only allow this in collections.  My steps:- save pictures to filesystem in folders e.g. Pictures-2025-07- open the folder in Lightroom Cloud- hold one picture (somewhere, e.g. in the middle) with the mouse and move it between the first and the second picture; release the mouse press- picture does not move; sort options only include (picture date, import date, change date, filename, stars) Is there an easy way to work on a folder structure, sort the pictures manually the way it should be and then export them in this sorting? What I need is at the end pictures renamed with _01-_99 (which does work good on the chosen sort order). Thank you for your help if this feature does exist or tipps how to solve my workflow challenge

After using 'Reduce Noise, in the program Lightroom , version 8.4 crashes. I have to close and restart it to continue. 'Reduce Noise' stops working after a few tries. It's not possible to improve the photo anymore.I'm now back to using the previous version of Lightroom. I didn't have these problems in that version. Kind regards,Andre Buimer

Payment was taken 2 days ago for Premium Lightroom. App still asks me to pay for Premium. anyone have any ideas why? It has 1,000% been taken from my bank, but I haven't been given the content that I've paid for. 

I have installed Lightroom (NOT LR Classic) on my computer.  I am organizing my photos and created smart albums in Lightroom. On my iPad, the smart albums are not appearing.  I tried clearing cache as well. There is not stuck or paused sync status on either devices. Photos are saved in the Cloud.  All photos exist, but the organizational folders and albums are not syncing at all.   I am new to Lightroom non-classic. Thanks for your help.

Hallo!  Ich habe folgendes Problem:  Wenn ich auf dem Laptop ein Bild entrausche (Mobile Version) und anschließend auf dem Handy weiterbearbeite springt die KI wieder auf die Ursprungsbearbeitung zurück und alles ist wieder verrauscht. Hat irgendwer noch das Problem?  

Lightroom (app android) blijft vastlopen op het moment dat de pop up verschijnt waarin gevraagd wordt de nieuwe gebruiksvoorwaarden goed te keuren... Van zodra ik op doorgaan klik blijft hij vaststeken op een laadscherm.   De enige optie dat ik heb om de app te blijven gebruiken is de app te deïnstalleren en opnieuw te installeren. Dit heb ik nu al zo'n 10 keer gedaan... Maar kan geen blijvende optie zijn...   Wanneer ik Lightroom gebruik op de pc vraagt hij niet achter de goedkeuring van deze nieuwe voorwaarden. Noch bij inloggen op account via pc.   Iemand die weet hoe ik dit kan verhelpen?   Bedankt!

Lors de l'utilisation sur mon iPhone 13 mini j'ai eu des freezes de tactile, l'application ne répondait plus pendant plusieurs secondes, il fallait parfois la redémarrer.Bugs également lors de l'export et le partage, particulièrement avec AirDrop. C'était très long (ou alors freeze de l'app) et ça ne fonctionnait finalement pas... Les photos étaient des jpg de l'iPhone et de mon APN (12MPX)

I have some short videos (under 10 minutes) that I added to lightroom and added filters via the mobile app.  These have synced to my desktop lightroom, but from there I cannot reliably export them as mp4 files onto my hard drive.  Sometimes it works, but often it just says 'exporting' but never moves (even after hours--see image).I have paused syncing, my computer far exceeds bandwith requirements.  Is there something else I can do?  Is there a way to export the mp4s to creative cloud and download from there?
