Hi everyone,I’ve been facing an issue with Mixamo since yesterday. Every time I try to upload my custom model, I get one of the following errors:“Too many requests, please try again later”“Sorry, we have trouble receiving your upload”And if I do manage to upload, the downloaded model says “something went wrong” or doesn’t work properly.I’ve tried refreshing, re-exporting my model, and even switching browsers, but no luck. Is anyone else facing this issue, or does anyone know a fix for it?Would really appreciate any help!Thanks in advance

I get "Too many requests" error when trying to download animations. So the site is not down, but I get errors, which I never experienced before on Mixamo.

Been facing these 2 issues since yesterday and not able to either upload or download anything need instant resolve for this

I’m bumping this thread to keep the pressure on and to solicit direct feedback from those familiar with Mixamo’s backend:•What’s the likely root cause?•Are there any interim workarounds?•Any estimate on when an official fix will be deployed? Community Question: Since official Mixamo support has been dead for ages, what alternative tools do you recommend for character rigging and animation?

I am experiencing an issue with Mixamo. When I visit the site, it shows a message saying, "Something went wrong." Additionally, if I try to download anything, I receive a notification stating, "Too many requests." I don’t understand the reason for this. While I can preview all the animations and characters, I cannot download any of them. I even tried with my mobile, connecting VPN, and many other things.

IF you are doing maintenance or anything PUT SOME OFFICIAL STATEMENT, not my problem you dont have a "dedicated" team. this is ridicolous.  YOU cant say just "open a thread" on the forum. ridicolous.

Hello, I can't upload files to mixamo. Before downloading, the model shows too many requests. Is there a problem with the web page? Can it be solved quickly? Also, why doesn't this software have a client? Even if it charges, I can accept it. I really need a stable action binding tool

Since this morning, I've been having trouble with the Mixamo website. The following error message appears when I first log in, and then I am unable to download any characters.Something went wrong with this requestWhen downloading: Too many requestsIs the website working properly?

When trying to download an animation, I receive the "Too many requests" error message, also when entering the website the error "Something went wrong with this request" pops up. I usually don't get these and I use the platform quite a lot.

Hi, im facing some issues with my PC and Laptop...while trying to upload a unity FBX,  a message pops up from the top with a red background saying:  Sorry, we had trouble receiving your upload..I tried everything, but nothing works. I tried to download the standart Animation from Mixamo after the page loads up, in this case i get the message: To many requests.. I tried with 3 different Browser in two different systems.. anyone with the same problem? 

I have been trying to upload my FBX file which I download from sketchfab, I tried it from different systems as well but Mixamo says that they cant recieve my upload, I have been at it for many hours now , I checked the mesh and followed some YT tutorials as well but It didnt help. I am attaching the screenshot of the notification that it shows and also the file, Your help would be very much appreciated, Thank you.

today when i tried to download mixamo character it said too many request.and also when it tried to upload fine character its not uploading.for no reason please fix this

Mixamo can't uploade or downloade can't even got to https://accounts.adobe.com/ Any ideas?

Redistribution of Modified Assets: Is it permissible to return the rigged character files to users, given that the base Mixamo character was provided by them? 2. Commercial Use: If the rigged assets are returned to users for their personal use, does this scenario align with Mixamo's terms regarding redistribution and commercial use?I aim to comply with Mixamo's licensing terms and would appreciate any insights or guidance on this matter.Thank you for your assistance.

I'm getting this error with my colored version of this character, but when i was figuring out how to use mixamo i used another version and it worked fine, but when i put the color version it doesn't work 😞

I am trying to rig my own model which have seperate uv for skin, hair, eyes and shoes. And I textured them individually. the whole uv sheet is not clean but individually yes. I added the textures and obj and mtl into a zip as mentioned before, but this is the outcome. I am still new to this rigging and dont know how to fix this. Please help. 

Hello everyone, I have been trying for the past week to upload a character created with Human Generator in Blender. I exported the character into a wavefront format (.obj). When I enter Mixamo and click on upload, I upload the .obj file but all I can see in grey and no character. I have tried googling for an answer or a workaround and nothing has helped. Why won't my character load properly please and how do I fix it so it doesn't happen again? I am using Blender 2.92 and 2.93 with the same results. Thanks

Hi there, I've been trying to figure out what is causing this all night - I've made a model in Blender that uses materials to color it. It works fine with Mixamo and rigs/animates properly, but when I export it and then import the FBX into Unity it always has a weird shadowy/noisy overlay on the surface of the mesh that I can't get rid of, even if I change the materials. It doesn't seem to be related to lighting (I just have environmental lighting with no shadows)... I feel like I'm missing something really simple, any ideas?The screenshot shows the same models next to each other - the noisy one has been through Mixamo. Aside from that they seem to have exactly the same settings, except the Mixamo one uses a Skinned Mesh Renderer rather than a mesh renderer.

Hey, dose anyone has issue with mixamo? I have upload my character on mixamo and cool it loaded everything fine, im choosing simple animation and it getting stuck on loading screen, its been loading already 6 hours and nothing, my Internet was pretty quick Upload on 25MB/s.I have tried uploading through Microsoft Edge, i tried restarting computer and logging on another account but nothing helped, anyone knows how i can fix it?

Hello, I have a school project on 3D and I created my own character on C4D which I auto-rigged on Mixamo.Everything works fine but I don't understand why the stomach breaks like that. The other parts are great and are super smooth. I tried to refine the stomach, lengthen it, clean my poly etc.... nothing works... Do you have any ideas on this problem please?? 🙂 Also if you know about animation, I would like to give him a t-shirt but I'm afraid that this one will twist during the animation or idk or that maximo does not support clothes. Any advices ? Thank you for your help and I look forward to your responses ! 

Hi everyone,   There was an error in the last Mixamo add-on (version 1.11.10) for Blender when you click on the Edit Control Shape button. This has now been fixed in a new version which can be downloaded through the link attached.
