As @jane-e says, you're dealing with different aspect ratios. 5100/3300=1.545 aspect ratio (hence Photoshop autoselects 1920x1242 to maintain 1.545) 1920/1080=1.778 Trying to shoehorn 5100x3300 into 1920x1080 can only result in distortion. Choose one of the options suggested by Jane.

This is a question for the Apple App Store. Only Apple manages apps on Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Watch.) Try Redownload apps and games from Apple - Apple Support Ensure that you are signing in with the correct Apple ID associated with your purchase. FWIW, I always use Quick Start to set up a new iPhone. It has always transferred all data, settings and apps seamlessly for me. Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Photoshop uses the Camera Raw plug-in to read Raw files. Lightroom works differently. It has camera support included in the program itself. Both Camera Raw and Lightroom need to be updated separately to get support for new cameras. To start the installation I enter my emailaddress and password, after which the installer ‘ shakes’ briefly and does nothing else. The screenshot you have posted is your macOS operating system (not Adobe) asking you for permission to install software on your hard drive. It shakes briefly when you enter an incorrect password such as your Adobe password. As the others have stated, at this step you enter your Mac admin password (not your Adobe ID or password) to allow the Adobe installer to proceed with the installation of the software.

Since the class is ending soon, I’m concerned about what will happen to my data in Lightroom.
