In order to be able to edit a PS document in Fresco, the document must be in 8 bits, to convert the 16-batter document to 8 bits, it is necessary to pass through PS on a computer. You have to add this option on PS on iPad to be able to solve this problem without leaving the iPad, you don't always have a computer with either.
Kindly consider adding an Auto Mask checkbox to the Brush Tool. It would be a highly valuable feature. I'm familiar with the Object Selection Tool. Just not the same.
We need a neural filter auto face swapper - there are free softwares outside of Photoshop that do it with AI assistance and it looks great - Its not something most people will need but previs, digital comics etc it would save so much time - not to mention the fun of face swapping as a goof.
Perhaps in a future update we could allow users to save settings for sky replacements, or at least make them "sticky" I use them a TON and would love to create a 1 - click action for them.
ID files can preferentially read the current “Document fonts” directory to get the fonts they use as if they were already installed.I wonder if AI and PS have this feature?
Considering that a wide range of Persian-speaking graphic designers around the world rely on Adobe Photoshop as a fundamental tool—and the number of users continues to grow—there remains a major issue: Persian text rendering. In the Middle Eastern version of Photoshop, Arabic is the default supported language, and Persian is only partially accommodated under those same settings. While the two languages share visual similarities, they are structurally different in key ways. This leads to issues in proper character display, text direction, kerning, and overall typography in Persian. We respectfully propose the creation of an independent Persian language engine within Photoshop, separate from the Arabic language support. This would greatly enhance the usability of the software for Persian speakers and allow for more accurate and professional-level Persian typography.Thank you for considering this request to improve the experience of a significant and growing community of Adobe users.
The sketching pencil in Fresco is the best pencil. There are none like in in Photoshop. i tried a lot, but realy they are al minor to the one in Fresco. As I work on one project partly on the Ipad and partly in my Macbook, I need to use the same bushes in both programs. Load brushec from PS to Fresco is possible. But not the other way round. And Thats the way I need to go with this nice sketching pencil. Please remove this obstruction.
I've been playing around with the new generative fill feature and one feature I'd really like to see implimented is the ability to toggle whether or not the fill pulls visual data from nearby artboards. I don't see lot of use cases where it'd be valuable to be able to do that and what often happens is the scraps of visual data from nearby images will muddle the final result. I often use Photoshop to comp together storyboards and it can get frustrating if I'm just trying to extend a scene in an ocean image and the results come out with bits of brick wall from a nearby artboard. I think a toggle feature would allow you to decide what would work best for your workflow.
Photoshop keeps evolving - new AI tools, smart features, and better performance with each version. But one thing still feels very old: The Freehand Lasso Tool. Right now, if you release your mouse or pencil while drawing a selection, the tool connects back to the starting point - ending the selection too early. There’s a Space bar trick, but it’s not very intuitive. In comparison, tools like Adobe Fresco or Procreate allow you to release and continue from the last point. It’s easier, modern, and much more comfortable for detailed work. And, yes, I mean the Desktop Version of Adobe Fresco. Since this smooth behavior already exists in Fresco, I believe Photoshop could also benefit from it. It would bring a small but very meaningful upgrade to the overall experience.Respectfully, Temo
Photoshop CS5 was deleted when I operated Adobe Cleaner Tool.Is there any methos to recover it ?Please let me know. Thanks and regards,Yuji
已思考若干秒 Feature Request: One‑Click “Remove All‑Black Layers” Command Background & Pain Points In complex PSD files, it’s common to accumulate dozens or even hundreds of layers that contribute nothing to the final image—either because they’re pure-black pixel layers or their layer masks are entirely black. Manually hunting down and deleting these layers is tedious and error‑prone. Existing script‑based workarounds require setup, can be fragile across versions, and still force users into multi‑step workflows. Key Requirements Auto‑detect Pure‑Black Pixel Layers Identify and remove any normal pixel layer where every non‑transparent pixel is RGB(0,0,0). Auto‑detect Fully‑Black Masks Identify and remove any layer (or group) whose layer mask is 100% black (i.e. completely hides its contents). One‑Click Cleanup Expose a single command (e.g. in the Layers menu or right‑click context menu) labeled “Remove All‑Black Layers” that scans the document and deletes all match
Currently the colour mixing in Adobe Photoshop is not true to real life (e.g. blue plus yellow makes a cream colour instead of green). I would love to see Adobe impliment a system like the one found here:[link removed as per forum guidelines]It would improve the product greatly and keep Photoshop above the competition for digital artist.
Hi I was wondering how to make photoshop behave so that after cropping an image, it fits the image exactly in the window. (= Ctrl+0) I seem to recall this is how it behaved in the passed, but it doesn't anymore.I've reset the crop tool, played with combinations of "Use Classic Mode" and (de)activate Overscroll...It doesn't do what I want. Screenshots attached of before, during & after + after-desired. Do you know how to do this?Perhaps there is an event to listen for using the Scripts Event Manager? Thanks for your help!
Dear Adobe Photoshop Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am a dedicated user of Photoshop and have been consistently impressed with the powerful features and updates over the years. I would like to suggest a new feature that could greatly enhance the user experience for photographers and digital artists. The feature is an AI-powered relighting tool integrated into Camera Raw, similar to what SwitchLight offers. This tool would allow users to easily adjust and transform the lighting in their photos using AI, providing a seamless and efficient way to relight images without extensive manual adjustments. Key benefits of this feature would include: Time Efficiency: Users can save significant time by quickly relighting scenes instead of manually adjusting multiple parameters.Consistency: Ensure consistent lighting across a series of photos, which is crucial for professional work.Creative Flexibility: Experiment with different lighting setups to achieve the desired
Need AI to auto-select the stuff into Each component to Own Layer based on prompt. For example, I want each of those 'buttons' to be their own layer.
I recently opened Adobe Express with some skepticism – and to my surprise, it’s actually a well-designed, genuinely useful tool. Clean, fast, cloud-native. It even handled 4K video editing for digital CLV, and sped up my workflow significantly.A week later, I try the Photoshop and InDesign betas… and it feels like I’ve been transported back to 1998.Why does Express follow modern cloud logic while the “flagship” apps still rely on archaic user setting management? Why do we still have to reconfigure every shortcut, color profile, workspace, brush, and action with every fresh install? Why isn’t all of this synced centrally in the cloud by now? And why doesn’t a new install simply ask if it should restore all my preferences?Even if cloud sync isn’t possible yet – why is the folder structure such an incomprehensible mess? Some preferences are buried in the user's Library, some in the system-wide Library, some under Application Support, some in mysterious “Program Preferences” folders. It’s
If using graphics tablet to retouch confronted with problem to moving Photoshop panels. Like, wont to back on a history step and accidentally moving all panel with history. Maybe can make "lock interface" function?Thank you!
Currently the only way to use the photoshop time line is to move the play head and then select the layer to adjust. This is a incredibly manual process creating a constant struggle to keep track the layers and where the playhead is. Solution: On the selected layer in the layer panel, the play head moves in the timeline to were the layer starts in the time line. Image attached is an example of the ideal scenario. Select layer in layer panel, playhead goes to the start of the layer in the timeline. Thanks
A lot of people use photoshop as their main drawing program including me, would be insanely cool if features like color mixing, color stretching, gap feature, control for a watercolor edge for a brush were added. i wish more features for artists were added please i just love photoshop for drawing too much and i wish i've never had a need to switch to any other
I have searched and have not been able to find any info. on this. I am cropping images to 16:9 (and using generative expand when needed), but I also want them to fit within a 4:3 aspect ratio as I'm using the same file for both. I assume this doesn't exist, but it would be great if the cropping tool had an option to show an overlay of another aspect ratio as you cropped. So as you are cropping to a 16:9, the overlay would also show you another selected ratio. I know I can switch to 4:3 to see if it will fit that as well, but just thought it would be a useful feature. Thanks.
My PS editing makes extensive use of layers, layer masks and adjustment layers. I have used Lightroom Classic mostly for sorting, preliminary global adjustments and cropping. I have only recently started exploring the masking features in LR and finding myself wondering if the individually masked areas of my LR image could port over to PS as layers. More than once recently, I have used the masking tools in LR only to use selection tools to isolate the same area again in PS.Thanks.George ButchPlantation, FL
If I open a smart object, add a layer I want to preserve and hit save, I sometimes get this error: "Can't save this document back to its original file format. Flatten layers and discard extra data as necessary then choose File > Save again. You can save the file using File > Save As, but the associated smart objects will not be updated." Such a self-aware error message! The devs seem to know exactly what I want to do and are offering workarounds rather than just doing what I want. So my suggestion is: do what I want! When I press ctrl+s, save the multi-layer smart object as a psb instead of a png/jpg, then replace all instances of the existing smart object in the original document while maintaining their translations/styles/filters/etc. Part of my confusion is that dragging a png or jpg into my file results in a png/jpg smart object, whereas if I ctrl+v paste it in then right click layer > Convert to Smart Object, I get a psb smart object. I do both interch
I double-click a Smart Object, a new tab opens with the Smart Object in it, I make the changes I want, then I click Save, and instead of saving the changes and taking me back to the first tab, the JPEG or PNG Error dialog appears (Can't save this document back to its original file format. Flatten layers and discard extra data as necessary then choose File > Save again.) This issue has been posted in plenty of forums before, and while I completely understand that a JPG cannot sustain layers or other modifications, what is the point of having a Smart Object if it behaves like this? This is SURELY a bug and could be handled way better. If I import files into my Photoshop document as a Smart Object, then it should be.. a SMART OBJECT—not some ‘Embedded JPG You Cannot Edit’ nonsense. I’ve seen replies saying this is “normal behaviour” while patronizing people who rightly asked the question. I had to write my own script just to import multiple files into the same PSD and have th
I'm sure like me, you all have multiple Photoshop documents/projects on the go at the same time. Well as soon as you get to around 5 or more documents open at once, the tab list of documents no longer fit across the toolbar. It's also equally frustrating that the active tab you're currently working on doesn't just display the name of the psd, but also displays the name of the currently selected layer (like I care), the zoom level (why on earth?!) and the colour mode (meh?). I'm confident that there are ways in which Adobe could change the layout of the tabs and I have a few ideas which could work. Let me know what you think. And if you have any other good ideas, leave a comment: Note, I've listed these in order of 'usefullness'. The first being less helpful and the final option being most useful. The least effective, but simplest change:This update would not solve the issue, certainly not for me but others may disagree. However, it would make a small difference. At the very le
