Please try again later.’I have been trying to use this function for several days, but it has not worked once. Hello,   I’m experiencing a recurring bug in the latest version of Photoshop (Beta) on macOS.   When I add a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer, the Properties panel does not display the usual Hue, Saturation, and Lightness sliders. Instead, it only shows: “No mask selected” — even though the white thumbnail (the adjustment layer, not the mask) is properly selected in the Layers panel.   This bug does not happen in the stable version of Photoshop, nor in a different open document within the same session. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open or create a new document 2. Add a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer 3. Click the white thumbnail of the adjustment (not the mask) 4. The Properties panel incorrectly shows only mask options (“No mask selected”) System details: • Photoshop Beta version: 26.6.0 • macOS version: 15.3.2 • Chip: Apple M3 Pro

I’m reporting a reproducible issue in Photoshop 28.0.1 involving TIFF files exported from Cinema 4D.Expected behavior:TIFF files should open directly in Photoshop when TIFF handling is disabled in Camera Raw preferences.Actual behavior:Affected Cinema 4D TIFFs unexpectedly open in Camera Raw despite TIFF handling being disabled. I have reproduced this in Photoshop 28.0 and 28.0.1. The same files do not trigger this behavior in an older Photoshop version.Tests performed: Resaving the affected document in Photoshop: the issue persists. Copying the image into a new Photoshop document: the issue disappears. Deleting the alpha channel: the issue disappears. Adding only ExtraSamples=2 (unassociated alpha), while retaining all four channels: the issue disappears. Removing only the Photoshop alpha-channel name resources (IDs 1006 and 1045): the issue persists. Hello everyone. Although it is stated that the latest Photoshop Beta is compatible with my machine, it refuses to launch (the icon appears with a strikethrough).I spent an hour with support—they even took remote control of my machine—but the result was no solution. Afterward, nothing; not a single message.This support service is terrible and useless!Has anyone else experienced issues launching the Beta on macOS 13 using an i7 processor?

Why has Photoshop Beta's toolbar been changed to revert to default instead of remembering last tools used whenever Photoshop is re-launched? It looks to me like another example of some university graduate deciding to change something in Photoshop just for the sake of it. I've looked in the tools settings in Preferences, and can't find anything that allows me to retain the tools as I left them. It's infuriating now to have to keep going through the tools on the toolbar and re-setting them to what I need most often. This problem (and also some infantile stylistic changes to the toolbar - again born of the “let’s find something else we can change” mentality) only afflicts Photoshop Beta. The release version of Photoshop is not affected by this problem (not yet anyway).

HiI’m using PS Beta and would like to try out the AI prompt feature for image editing. I’m logged into my school account and have enough AI credits available.However, whenever I enter a prompt, I get the following message:Your request is on its wayYou’ll hear from your administrator soon. If your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to use your applications and services.Does anyone know what this means and how I can make the AI image editing work?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hi everyone! Can somebody help me with this Topaz Gigapixel issue in Photoshop?Topaz Gigapixel used to work perfectly fine in my Photoshop, but now it keeps showing an error whenever I try to use it.Here’s what I’ve already checked and tried: ✅ Checked compatibility — everything seems fine. ✅ Updated my graphics card drivers. ✅ Updated the applications. ✅ Checked my internet connection and storage space. ✅ Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. ✅ Tried logging out and logging back in. The weird thing is that my friend tried using my account on their PC, and Topaz Gigapixel worked perfectly fine there. However, it still doesn’t work on my PC.I can’t figure out what’s causing the problem since it works on another computer using the same account.Has anyone experienced the same issue or knows how to fix it? Could it be a problem with Photoshop, my PC settings, or something else?I’d really appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you! 🙏 

i can't find it. I turn it on and off view the "window" menu but it's no where to be found. I've opened and closed PS several times.

It’s been 4 years since the Photoshop WebP announcement. Why do we still not have WebP as an option in Export As? Adobe Illustrator has it. Ugh.

After updating Photoshop Beta to the latest version, whenever I try to save a document I am currently editing, the program freezes at 98% during the save process and gets stuck there. Hello,I’m looking for help recovering an older version of Photoshop Beta.I have a 2017 MacBook Pro running macOS Ventura 13.7.8. Photoshop Beta was working until October 9, when I updated to version 28.0, which is incompatible with my operating system.Creative Cloud only offers versions 27.11 and 27.12 as older releases.I contacted Adobe Support, but the agent could not provide an older installer. They said they would escalate my request, then ended the conversation without providing a case number or follow-up information.Could someone from the Photoshop Beta team confirm whether an archived, Ventura-compatible installer is available, or whether there’s another way to restore my previously installed version?Thank you very much for your help!

I have a software problem.  It started when I closed PS Beta down and I got a message telling me Beta had encountered a problem and needed to close. Screen shot attachedThis was annoying, but now PS Beta has started to close down with no warning half way through editing an imageThe software is all up to date.  Ive cleared the cache.  It keeps happening.  Any ideas, its very frustratingJon 

The new Gradient tool is awful please give us the option to use legacy gradient.

Since I can remember Selective Color defaults to Red as default.Since Beta 28.0 it now defaults to blue. I use this all the time and I have to click on red to change it.It’s an extra step and it bothers me.I couldn't find a way to save as defaults like on other tools.

When I try to open an image from Adobe Camera Raw  by hitting the "OPEN" button it doesn't open in Photoshop Beta) anymore.  Please advise.

downloaded PS Beta 27.12.  imported jpeg file, unlocked layer I wanted to play with, color is RGB and set to 8 bit. still greyed out.  made a selection of layer, still greyed out. Reloaded, rebooted, nothing works. running on windows 11

Hi Photoshop beta friends!   We have just added a new feature for the Move tool called "Hover layer bounds" to the Photoshop beta, and it is available to you now!   What does it do? This new feature adds the ability to mouse over an object on your canvas and show an outline of that layer. Additionally the corresponding layer will be highlighted in the layers panel. It also has additional function with layers with masks that display both the shown and hidden pixel data.   Hover layer bounds also works in the reverse direction as you mouse over layers in the Layers panel.   Hover layer bounds is very customizable; You can customize the color, thickness, and the Layers panel highlight color in Preferences > Guides, Grid & Slices and customize the behavior in the new Move tool gear menu in the Options bar.   We would love for you to give hover layer bounds a try! Olá, pessoal!  Mais alguém percebeu uma queda na qualidade do Aprimoramento Generativo do Photoshop Beta nos últimos dias? Uso bastante essa ferramenta e, até cerca de uma semana atrás, os resultados estavam muito bons, naturais e realistas.  Porém, recentemente percebi que as imagens estão ficando mais artificiais e excessivamente processadas, algumas vezes nem parece que foi aplicado o aprimoramento. Em alguns casos, o resultado lembra aplicativos como o Remini: a imagem fica com aspecto de pintura a óleo, principalmente o cabelo, mas é fácil perceber que houve um aprimoramento por IA.  Principalmente na pele, rosto e pequenos detalhes, o resultado parece mais artificial do que antes.  Gostaria de saber se mais alguém está percebendo essa mudança ou se pode ter ocorrido alguma atualização recente no Aprimoramento Generativo.  Os resultados anteriores, na minha opinião, estavam muito mais naturais e fotográficos.

Hi Team, the new FF gen fill and expand is now producing awful results even when trying to add extra pixels/height in a (simplish) yellow/gold background with a slight gradient. see example attached - trying to continue the image to fill in the selected area...the 6 results are terrible and no where near what is desired.  This was seamless before and never encountered until yesterday.  Has it changed? is there a new version of this? if so then its not working correctly at all and needs to be reviewed.  have had zero issues with this in the past year or so and its become a major part of my workflow. can someone please advise as to how and why this happening all of a sudden. any help appreciated - thanks very much,
