Photoshop Elements

when I click on the photoshop icon nothing happens. there are are options to install any updates. the elements organizer is just blank files. no option to add or install or reinstall anything. i have big sur 11.3.1.  i have chosen not to update it becasue so many of the packages i have purchased aren't compatible with later versions of macOS.

I had a crash on my PC and lost connection to my photos on Photoshop - reconnect can it be resolved

I recently reinstalled PSE22 after reinstalling windows 11 home. When I come to crop an image it only allows me to mark a small portion of the image. I have beren through the software and cannot find a 'switch' to increase the small area it is allowing me?

Just installed Win PSE 2024 in demo mode. The mouse cursor disappeared - I can see some menu elements being highlighted by mouse over but they are unresponsive. The whole interface in unresponsive. It is currently converting my PSE 2021 catalog - it is recognizing faces in my videos (100 files processed out of 975). Maybe it will recover when all files will be processed. Editor works correctly. Changed the background to dark but it is in light mode in organizer. 

First noticed on Oct 15,  batch processing in Photoshop Elements 2023 no longer uses the settings stored in the .xmp files.It applies the same default to all the files. The error log shows:File: "... \DSC_6240.xmp"Error: Could not complete your request because Photoshop Elements cannot recognize the file extension. (-25600) I tried backing  out the operating system to a restore point before this started,and uninstalling the latest windows updates, but it didn't help.I uninstalled and reinstalled elements, it didn't help.I uninstalled 2023 and installed a trial version of 2024, it didn't help.     Evan.

I just bought Elements 2024 but it seems there is no RAW converter on board. I have a Sony RX10. What now.

Hallo, ich habe ein Problem mit dem Farbwähler. Beim Öffnen sehe im im oberen Bereich mehrfarbige streifen. Ich kann  eine Einzelfarbe nicht auswählern und bei den Farben im sind beim Vordergrund zwei Hälften dargestellt.Was mach ich falsch?

I have Photoshop Elements 2020 for Mac and have just tried to access the programme and being asked for a password and login to continue. I purchased this software originally so therefore I should not be required to sign in when I want to use it. Can anyone explain what is happening? Thank you Chris

I just upgraded to pse 2024 due to the fact that pse 2022 didn't work with my os sonoma.  While taking the video tutorials, I notced that sometimes when instructed to click next, next was not an option. today, i was told while using one of the tutorilas on masking i was instructed to unlock a new mask, but it was NOT LOCKED.  When I found myself at a standstill and tried to start the tutorial over i was instructed that i couldn't until i finished the course.  so I had to quit pse and start over.  so is 2024 not compatible with sonoma? 

I'm trying to figure out if 2023 Photoshop Elements will run on an intel Core i5 processor.The Adobe website says intel 6th generation or newer but I can't find any Macs which list that processor. Thanks

Albumname scheint in der Länge auf 26 oder 27 Zeichen begrenzt zu sein! Läßt sich dieses irgendwie umgehen? Bisher konnte ich "Romane" erfassen.

... leider zeigt Photoshop Elements 2023 (sowie auch die neue 2024 Version) die Vorschau bei "Für Web speichern ..." nach einem Update meiner beiden Rechner auf macOS Sonoma 14.0 nur noch teilweise an.Eine komplette Voranansicht des Fotos ist nicht mehr möglich. Der fertige Export nach dem Druck auf die Schaltfläche "Speichern" ist jedoch einwandfrei und komplett vorhanden. 

Bonjour à tous, sur cette nouvelle version que je viens de télécharger, les outils ne sont plus en couleur. Est ce un bug ou ai-je fait quelque chose qu'il ne fallait pas ? Merci de votre aide.

According to Adobe Help,  a Linear gradient shades from the starting point to the ending point in a straight line.  However, after upgrading to Sonoma 14, the linear gradient in gradient tool fills the image, no matter how short the line drawn, rendering a formerly very useful tool a lot less useful.Adobe would probably say I need to upgrade, but if I do, what happens when the next Mac upgrade comes along?  Does Adobe expect all customers to always upgrade to the newest Photoshop, to maintain functionality? 

I just upgraded my Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023 to Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 (upgrade purchase).  Went just fine.  Question: Can I uninstall my previous version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023 that is still on my Windows 11 PC? 

När jag installerat PSE 2024 så upptäcker jag att det går inte att använda verktygen i verktygsmenyn i organiser. Händer inget när jag trycker på menyraden. Inne i en bild händer heller något när man använder musens högerknapp. Har någon haft detta problem

I purchased Photoshop Elements 2023 for Mac less than 3 months ago. I now note that 2024 is out. Is there a free upgrade path concidering the short period since purchase?
