Photoshop Elements

I have adobe photoshop elements 2023 . I recently formatted both my computers that it was installed on and now Adobe tells me im oput of luck and cant use the software anymore , because they cant reset the key . there ar eno activations in my back end there were but i deactivated them . but according to the adobe support they dont list non subscription products there yet they did because i used the deactivation  But now i can not activate my software on with computers becasue they were formatted and had windows reinstalled. DOES anyone have a solution to this or is adobe just going to screw me . !!  

I have adope photoshop elements 2025. when I copy and paste, the paste is black and white.

Could anyone please help me?? I have a Windows 11 I downloaded Photoshop Elements 2005 I am on the 7 day trial run. I tried to print a card I made but everytime I would go and print it the project would just close out. If I can't get this program to print for me then I can't afford to waste money on this program. 

"The serial number xxxx-xxxx.... is already in use by the maximum number of computers. You need to deactivate the other computer or provide another serial number to use Photoshop Elements 2024 again."I have only used Elements on two computers, mine and my wife's. I had only used it on my PC and when it died and I waited for it to be repaired I used my wifes for a week. When my PC was repaired by replacing the motherboard it would no longer work. I deactived my wifes install, but it still won't activate. Adobe support says so sorry, buy a three year license for 2025. On the Adobe site it says I have no activated computers. I need my software back, I can't access my catalog much less work with the product. 

IS THERE A WAY TO CHANGE THE POSITION OF A PERSON IN A PHOTO

I just upgraded PSE to 2025 and also upgraded NIK Collection to 8.  NIK Collection is showing in my computer and I can use it as a stand alone program, but it is not showing up in my PSE 2025.  I have done all of the troublshooting that NIK provides and none of it has helped.  Has anyone else had this problem?  I'm so frustrated and don't know what to do.  Someone please help!!  I have checked my system info on PSE 2025 and it shows all of the NIK Plugins and beside each one it says "No version".  I have no idea what that means and why it would be there!  

In the past few days Photoshop Elements crashes when I send print to Epson ET 8550.  It prints OK to my Epson WF2750.  I have checked for printer issues and the printer seems OK.  Every test points back to Photoshop.  

When I select either Premiere Element or Photo Shop Elements, it opens some type of home screen.  From that screen,  I select either the Photo Editor or Video Editor and it goes into an endless loop with this message: "Loading Adobe Primiere Elements Editor Workspace..."I have already ininstalled and reinstalled both programs and rebooted the computer several times.     

I recently used Project Indigo for my photos of my vacation.  I can open the DNG iles in the Camera RAW add-in, but once I adjust them, I can't send them to the PSE2025 editor using Open or Open as Copy.  I also can't save them in any other format than DNG.  When I finish editing and select Open (or Open as Copy), the PSE Editor says that Camera RAW isn't installed.  Which it is.  Both PSE2025 and CR are at the most current versions.  Also I am using a Macbook Pro with an Apple M4 Max chip running Sequoia 15.6.1.Does anyone have any suggestions?  I know that PI also gives me a .jpg, but I would rather use the DNG version of the file, if possible.  

Are Photoshop tutorials applicable to Photoshop Elements. I can't find any that say Photoshop Elements.

I am currently using a M1 MacBook Air but constantly get the spinning beachball. Does anyone else have this issue? Also thinking of upgrading to new Macbook Air with at least 16 Gb ram and concerned that I may have the same problem? 

I've had PE14 since I bought my Nikon D7100 10 years ago. I would like to get a better Nikon such as the D750. The requirement is to convert RAW images from the 750 using the free DNG converter so PE14 can read the DNG files. Is this possible with a D750 please? Being an occasional photographer it's not economically viable to buy / rent the latest versions of PE. If the D750 is not compatible which of the last DSLRs from Nikon are?

I had the 2020 version of Photoshop and Premiere Elements installed, and just upgraded to the new 2026 version. But now I still have the old and the new version running! As you can see in the screenshot the auto-creation is also running 2 x. How can I fix this?Is it safe to uninstall the 2020 version of both programms? 

Hi, guess I've tried every possible solution to resolve the print-problem, but nothing worked for me. Decided to try the 2026 demo-version, but I can't even pass the intro-screen....   Windows 11 with all the latest updates...   [Mod: Moved to the Photoshop Elements forum]  

Have recently transferred a large PSE Version 6 Catalogue into PSE 2025 and need advice on 2 issues.1) I don't want to use facial recognition, preferring to do this manually, so have switched it off, but before applying the "reset" button want to be sure that this will only remove people tags applied by facial recognition and won't effect those I imported as manually applied tags.2) Whilst wanting to continue with using the automatically generated place tags obtained from the picture metedata I would ideally like to separate these more effectively from those I apply in less detail manually. I noticed they come up in separate groups within place tags and tried to move my own applied place tags up into the Keywords section, but the system didn't seem to allow this. is there any other way I can achieve the required separation?Any help would be much appreciated.

Good morning, I'm looking for help installing Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 on a new PC with Windows 11. After a lot of effort, the installation was successful, but now it's asking me to register the product by logging in with my Adobe ID. Unfortunately, it no longer recognizes the email address I used to register in 2012. I have the software in its original box. What can I do? Thank you for your valuable help.

Hello, I just joined this Adobe community today, 10/17/25, and I really don't know if this is the right  community for me. I've been logged in for about an hour, and it seems a bit confusing. Maybe I need more time to explore this forum.  I curently use Elements 2018 and 2024, on a Windows desktop.. I am looking for a free, public, offical Adobe Elements forum (if there even is one out there), to ask general questions. Questions/help on photo editing, etc. Questions to people with more knowledge than I have. Am I in the right place? Or is there somewhere else on the internet where I should be looking for an Elements forum? Thanks for any any assistance you can offer me.

Sobald ich einen Arbeits-Unterbruch von vielleicht 30 Minuten einschalte und das Programm weiter offenbleibt, kann ich sowohl den Organizer wie auch den Editor nicht mehr benutzen, das Programm funktioniert nicht mehr, der Organizer ist blockiert (lässt sich mit dem Task-Manager beenden), der Editor lässt sich normal schliessen und eine Fehlermeldung erscheint. SYSTEM: MAC OS 26 TAHOEADOBE'S SOFTWARE: Adobe Elements 2026 Update Service After weeks of digging deep with diagnostics, Apple tech, and other software support techs, today I was not surprised to diagnose YET ANOTHER issue with Adobe's software!!This time, I discovered that if Adobe Elements 2026 Update Service is enabled in the System Preferences: App Background Activity panel, SPOTLIGHT WILL NOT RETURN FILES RESULTS! The symptom is, when you use spotlight to search for a file, no results are returned. NO amount of Terminal work, force rebuilding indexes, trashing files, etc. would work. Once Adobe Elements 2026 Update Service was toggled OFF, BINGO...files started appearing after I forced the Spotlight index to be rebuilt by Adding then Removing the volumes in Spotlight's Privacy panel. You'll notice by the two attached screenshots that no files are returned until the above is disabled.

I have installed Elements 2026 on a mac and the option to import from a memory card / card reader no longer appears, any idea why?

Bonjour, Jr'ai installé PE 2025 sans problème. Lorsque je veux ouvrir celui-ci, il me demande mon login et mdp. Après introduction de ceux-ci , il revient à la page d'acceuil et lrosque je veux le lancer, il me demande à nouveau mon login et mdp, et cela indéfiniment. Que puis-je faire? Merci pour votre aide. Many times when opening a Camera Raw file into the Photoshop Elements 2026 Editor on Mac Intel  laptops with installed Camera Raw 17.3.1, the Menu Bar (top of the screen with File, Edit,Image, etc) freezes meaning it doesn't respond to clicks to reveal the menu items.   Seems to be the same bug that has been reported in the Photoshop forum: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-bugs/p-ps-25-12-on-macos-15-menu-buttons-freeze-after-using-camera-raw-liquify-intel-macs/idi-p/14870909#comments     When the Menu Bar is frozen it turns into bold text like in the screenshots below:               Usually one can unfreeze the Menu Bar by using a keyboard shortcut for File>Save for Web or File>Contact Sheet II or Filter>Correct Camera Distortion. Then the Menu Bar text turns to the normal regular text and unfreezes as in the screenshot below:         This is on a 2015 MacBook Pro running macO

Last month I got a new PC with Windows 11.  In addition to other programs, my IT guy installed (I thought) Photoshop Elements 2025 & Photoshop Premiere Elements 2025 - purchased as a bundle/package and paid for a three-year license.  Today for the first time I tried to open and use it.  When I clicked on the Photoshop icon on my desktop, I got a screen that showed the Organizer, Photo Editor and Video Editor icons.  The Organizer opened, but when I clicked on the Photo Editor button it told me to download my free trial.  And it wouldn't go any further.  I opened my Adobe "my account" page, and it shows my name and that I have this package, expiring next September, but it then has a download button.  Does that mean that the download process was not completed by my IT person and I have to figure out how to do the rest of this stuff all by myself?   I did then click that download button, but I have no idea what to do next.  I looked in

On Adobe's Danish Internet page there seems to be a flaw. When I go to the Photoshop Elements section and want to upgrade my 2025-version to 2026 I only get one option: Upgrade to PSE 2025. Not 2026.Apx. one hour ago I wrote this to Adobe on the chat, and the representative just told me that Adobe is not selling licenses anymore - only subscriptions. After that he just left the chat. Very rude behavior!
