Photoshop Elements

I tried opening the Contact Sheet II app in Elements and got these two messages:The first message that appeared was:The operation could not be completed.The file or directory could not be found.Next message was:Could not complete the Contact Sheet II command because of a program error.what do i do ??

I have painstakingly tagged thousands of photos (by People, Places) on Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 on my laptop. Will these tags be recognized when bu Google Photos on my Android phone? Thanks...

When I try to print pictures I get the message organizer busy.  Don't know how or why.  Can't get rid of busy  

Yesterday this feature was working just fine. Today I updated to the latest Build, and Shake Correction, as well as Auto shake correction no longer work.All of my video drivers appear to be up to date.Any ideas on how to fix this? 

I,m having problems re-activating my adobe photoshop elements 14? can't see how to deactivate old copy as there is no button to do so? I have install a new SSD so I'm having to re-install all my APPs

I have 2020 installed.  If I dowload the trial of 2022 will it overwrite my current version?

My PS Elements 2021 has been crashing so I paid for an downloaded PSE 2022 still crashing.  Could this be in any way related to MAC OS 12 - Specifically MAC OS 12.01.1?    If so is this an Adobe or Apple problem to fix.  Or do I need to just ditch Adobe and go to another program?

Hello, I have just updated from Photoshop Elements 14 to Photoshop Elements 2022. Every time I start the programme a message appears saying that the file "OpenCL.dl" is not compatible with Windows or contains an error (see enclosure).  I have not found a solution for this problem. What does it mean and is there a remedy? Many thanks.

Hallo, die Menütexte (nicht Menüleiste) sind in der Schrift viel zu groß. In den Einstellungen steht der UI Skalierungsfaktor auf "Automatisch". Es gibt zwar einen Trick, nämlich vom System her den Skalierungsfaktor für PS Elements zu bestimmen (selbst in PSE den UI Skalierungsfaktor auf 100%). So geht das zwar mit der Schriftgröße besser aber wenn man vom System den Skalierungsfaktor bestimmt, dann sind die Bildgrößen wiederum falsch. Also 1000 Pixel sind dann keine 1000 Pixel mehr. Also bringt das auch nichts. Kann Adobe hier nicht etwas nachbessern und es als Update rausbringen? Auch in ehemaligen Versionen war das Thema immer vorhanden (meist war die ganze Oberfläche / Werkzeuge, Menüs zu klein). Ich habe ein 28 Zoll Monitor und eine 4k Auflösung. In Windows selbst habe ich für "Text, Apps und andere Elemente" auf 200% gestellt. So passt es im allg. sehr gut.   I added one word of text using the Type Tool on two photos. The 72 pt. type came out great. Since then, when I try to add 72 pt. type, it 's tiny, I can hardly see it. What happened? I'm using Photoshop Elements 2020 on a Mac.

I want to delete all photos from my hard drive in PSE 2020. Then I want to attach my card reader and download just the recent photos on my memory card again.  The reason is that my photo files are greyed out when I go to upload them for printing with a third psrty. In fact, the photo file numbers don't even show up. Things with PSE Support Files do. That seems to be because I mixed Nikon NX-1 and PSE 20 incorrectly.(NX-1, Nikon Transfer 2 and Capture NX-D have been uninstalled.)   A suggestion was made for me to download LR from the cloud. It appears thst LR  is the writing on the wall for me, but I have two photos out of about 36 that need extensive editing. I edited one successfully in PSE after about 1 1/2 hours. I know PSE well and I do not look forward to getting up to speed in LR for these two extensive edits with a 7-day trial. Is deleting all my photos and perhaps uninstalling and reinstalling PSE 2020 and then connecting my csrd reader a good idea? I have some pencil drawings of leaves. I'm trying to fill the leaves with a green color except the areas where there are pencil lines, e.g., the leaf veins.  Is there a way to do this without deselcting the pencil lines? There are so many of them, and the result looks fake anyway.  I feel like I've done this before, that is, just filling the entire selected leaf, veins and all, and the color fills the whole leaf except where the pencil lines are. Does anyone know how? 

The font size in the opening screen is smaller than I like. Is there a capability of increaseing it?

I am an artist creating files that I can send to a printer to create high quality prints.  The printer's upload system won't take more than 100MB.  I have a TIF file of my work that is 133MB.  I noticed that if I uncheck the "layers" box when I save the TIF file / check the "save as a copy" box, the file size falls to less than 100MB.  My question is:  Will unchecking this box change the overall quality of the print?  I know I won't have layers to play with in Photoshop, and that's fine.  I am only concerned with the quality of the print.  Thank you

I have PSE15 on my old Windows10 computer and have been using it, but it is very slow.  I have had one foot in  MS Windows and one foot in Apple for several years now and I have decided to move completely to Apple.  I have ordered a new 14" Apple MacBook Pro with the M1 chip.  Today I went to my Adobe account to see what would be required to get the newest standalone version of PSE for Mac and I can not find a way to order it.  All I can find to purchase at Adobe.com is a monthly subscription account.  I do not want a subscription account.  I can find PSE 2022 for Mac stand alone software for sale on Amazon but not on the Adobe website.  Am I missing something?  Others have posted here to be sure to get the software directly from Adobe to avoid scams, etc.  How do I do that?BTW, before posting this question I have been perusing the Apple discussion forum and after reading all the problems posted there recently, I am not even sure if I w

I recently purchased PSE 2021 and installed it on a Windows 10 PC. it worked fine for a few days and then froze at initialization. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times and the same thing happened.  When I opened the organizer it opened fine but wouldn't let me access any of the menu items.  I have PSE 2020 on the same computer and it works fine.  I have been using PSE for many years and never had this problem before.   There must be some sort of conflict that arises after the program successfully opens. Any help would be appreciated. 

ERROR 113   PROBLEM WHEN INSTALLING ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 2022I’ve purchased online adobe photoshop elements 2022 on November 22nd . I’ve tried to install it online and then problems started.In every attempt I’ve done after a 10 % installation process in the beginning and 2 % process in the other attempts, installation failed and there was a message showing error 113.I’ve tried everything from the help assistance (i.e. resetting network, temporarily disabling the antivirus, configuring firewall) but nothing happened again.Then I’ve asked for remote assistance. An assistant worked out until late night and tried to do almost everything possible, but guess what?NOTHING HAPPENED!The next step was the assistance via e-mails from Adobe customer care.From cmd I run some ipconfig commands but the result was the same. I’ve tried to update my network driver and I’ve even checked some certificates but the result after 14 or so attempts (I lost counting) was the same:INSTALLATION FAIL

in my 2021 version of PSE, on levels, I have the preview box checked.  When I move the slider left or right, there are no changes in the screen until I let go of the mouse selector.    On my 2014 version of PSE, The changes could be immediately seen on the screen as the slider is moved.   Am I doing something wrong or is the just the way it's going to be from now on?

I have a video in Elements 2018 Organizer that I am trying to delete. Right click on the video, select "Delete from Catalog...". In the confirm pop up, select "Also delete selected item(s) from the hard disk", click "OK". Getting error message that "One or more files in the selection are read only or locked and could not be deleted from the hard disk". If I go find the same file in Windows Explorer and try deleting it, get error that "The action can't be completed because the file is open in Elements 2018 Organizer". If I close the Organizer, I can delete from the Windows Explorer fine. So the Elements Organizer locks the file and then complains about the file being locked. It is on Windows 10. Any idea how to fix this?Thanks
