Photoshop Elements

I have some pencil drawings of leaves. I'm trying to fill the leaves with a green color except the areas where there are pencil lines, e.g., the leaf veins.  Is there a way to do this without deselcting the pencil lines? There are so many of them, and the result looks fake anyway.  I feel like I've done this before, that is, just filling the entire selected leaf, veins and all, and the color fills the whole leaf except where the pencil lines are. Does anyone know how? 

The font size in the opening screen is smaller than I like. Is there a capability of increaseing it?

I am an artist creating files that I can send to a printer to create high quality prints.  The printer's upload system won't take more than 100MB.  I have a TIF file of my work that is 133MB.  I noticed that if I uncheck the "layers" box when I save the TIF file / check the "save as a copy" box, the file size falls to less than 100MB.  My question is:  Will unchecking this box change the overall quality of the print?  I know I won't have layers to play with in Photoshop, and that's fine.  I am only concerned with the quality of the print.  Thank you

I have just bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 and I am having a problem with it on my new Windows 10. When I try to save as in pdf format, there is no proposition « pdf » in the scrolling menu. Why ?

I have PSE15 on my old Windows10 computer and have been using it, but it is very slow.  I have had one foot in  MS Windows and one foot in Apple for several years now and I have decided to move completely to Apple.  I have ordered a new 14" Apple MacBook Pro with the M1 chip.  Today I went to my Adobe account to see what would be required to get the newest standalone version of PSE for Mac and I can not find a way to order it.  All I can find to purchase at Adobe.com is a monthly subscription account.  I do not want a subscription account.  I can find PSE 2022 for Mac stand alone software for sale on Amazon but not on the Adobe website.  Am I missing something?  Others have posted here to be sure to get the software directly from Adobe to avoid scams, etc.  How do I do that?BTW, before posting this question I have been perusing the Apple discussion forum and after reading all the problems posted there recently, I am not even sure if I w

I recently purchased PSE 2021 and installed it on a Windows 10 PC. it worked fine for a few days and then froze at initialization. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times and the same thing happened.  When I opened the organizer it opened fine but wouldn't let me access any of the menu items.  I have PSE 2020 on the same computer and it works fine.  I have been using PSE for many years and never had this problem before.   There must be some sort of conflict that arises after the program successfully opens. Any help would be appreciated. 

ERROR 113   PROBLEM WHEN INSTALLING ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 2022I’ve purchased online adobe photoshop elements 2022 on November 22nd . I’ve tried to install it online and then problems started.In every attempt I’ve done after a 10 % installation process in the beginning and 2 % process in the other attempts, installation failed and there was a message showing error 113.I’ve tried everything from the help assistance (i.e. resetting network, temporarily disabling the antivirus, configuring firewall) but nothing happened again.Then I’ve asked for remote assistance. An assistant worked out until late night and tried to do almost everything possible, but guess what?NOTHING HAPPENED!The next step was the assistance via e-mails from Adobe customer care.From cmd I run some ipconfig commands but the result was the same. I’ve tried to update my network driver and I’ve even checked some certificates but the result after 14 or so attempts (I lost counting) was the same:INSTALLATION FAIL

in my 2021 version of PSE, on levels, I have the preview box checked.  When I move the slider left or right, there are no changes in the screen until I let go of the mouse selector.    On my 2014 version of PSE, The changes could be immediately seen on the screen as the slider is moved.   Am I doing something wrong or is the just the way it's going to be from now on?

I have a video in Elements 2018 Organizer that I am trying to delete. Right click on the video, select "Delete from Catalog...". In the confirm pop up, select "Also delete selected item(s) from the hard disk", click "OK". Getting error message that "One or more files in the selection are read only or locked and could not be deleted from the hard disk". If I go find the same file in Windows Explorer and try deleting it, get error that "The action can't be completed because the file is open in Elements 2018 Organizer". If I close the Organizer, I can delete from the Windows Explorer fine. So the Elements Organizer locks the file and then complains about the file being locked. It is on Windows 10. Any idea how to fix this?Thanks

After recently updating my Mac I have opened Photoshop Elements 14 and whil I can copy in images, etc, whenever I go to open a new document I just get the spinning wheel. Just wondering if there's any solutions or fixes for this issue, please?

Several of my photos are not showing a location entry on the "Image Tags" section when viewed in the Media view, even though the image does show up on the map at the correct location. It appears that newer photos I'm importing from my phone (Samsung Galaxy S21 via USB) are automatically dropping on the map, but not all are adding a location tag. The same photos are also missing from the Search window when I look at that location in the Places parameter. For exmaple, these two photos were taken at the same location just a few minutes apart:Showing a tag:Not showing a tag:Both images DO show up on the correct location on the map. There are no images in the unpinned places in the Places view; conversely, the number of pinned items matches the number of items in my collection. I have no idea how many of my items (nearly 13,000) do not have a tag, and there doesn't seem to be another way of identyfying images missing a location other than the unpinned places view.

Yesterday I bought my upgrade but must have pushed the wrong button. My Photo Editor has disappeared. Please help mo to get it back!

Just donwlodaded Adobe photoshop elements 2022.  Organizer is opening but not Editor.  What is the solution?

I just realized that the captions I have added to thousands of photos in Elements do not exist in the photo file. Can I fix this or am I forever stuck with Elements???

So about 2 years ago when I was still running Win 7 on my laptop I installed my Photoshop Elements 2019 - I purchased the full retail version from Walmart.  I got the computer thru school & the VA.  I also received the software to upgrade to Win10, but until recently I never installed the upgrade because Win7 worked perfectly fine for my purposes & I had never really used Win10 before... wasn't comfortable with it.  Recently, I had no choice but to install Win10... I kept receiving a blue screen message that said Win 7 was no longer supported... then when I tried to use one of my programs (Cricut Design Space) i received a compatibility issue error message - it would not work with Win7 or it would only work with Win10.  I wasn't able to do a simple upgrade... multiple reasons apparently, so I had to do a full restore, then I installed Win10, & my Virus protection & my MS Office... but when I tried to install my PE 2019... I ended up having to install

Although PSE 2018 does not specifically support focus stacking I was able to do this quite well using the supported Photomerge function.If you want to do this try the following.1. Open/load all the photos you want to stack, or animate in editor2. Go to Guided, Photomerge,and select Panorama3, Change Auto Panorama to Reposition4. On panorama setting I only use "blend images together"5. Click Create Panorama, "select all"6. I normally answer no to the would you like to automatically fill the edges query7 After the merge finishes, click on continue editing in expert mode8. You will be presented with a "stacked" image layer and all the original photos in their own layers showing the masking applied9. Feel free to the delete layers, delete masks, or remask with fuzzy edges as needed to create a perfect focus stack10. Hello there, I have Photoshop Elements 10 and each time I hover or quickly run my mouse over the image taps, right under where the settings for tools would be (I have marked the said tap in the picture below), a file/image location pops up in a long thin box and then goes away. It is very distracting to say the least because I usually work pretty fast and fx adjust my brush size alot and thus cross the taps repeatedly with my mouse which causes the said box to pop up and disappear numerous times. Is there any way to turn that off? Best regards, Sofie

I am doing a small study on stamp overprints - I need to be able to filter out everything BUT the writing/overprint/postmark  - it is usually black writing on a different coloured stamp. I have trawled through the net and either i am missing something or else this isn’t something that has been asked in this sort of forum before.Attached is an example - a blue Turkish stamp from the 1860s. Were I to want to see JUST the Arabic and NOT the blue underlying stamp how can this be achieved.I am usually fairly IT savvy but this one is eluding me for once. Many thanks in advance.
