Photoshop Elements

After moving Photoshop Elements 14 and it's catalog to a new computer, most, but not all, of my people icons/thumbnails are blurry even though the source picture is clear.  See attached for an example.  I've recreated all thumbnails but no improvement.  I also tried Photoshop Elements 2022 with not improvement.  Any ideas?

I have installed Photoshop elements 12 twice on the same Mac not realising you should uninstall the app first. My mac crashed and i had yo reinstall it a third time but when i get to the verify stage i can go no further.I have tried the chat line and have been told many many times they would phone me back, but i NEVER get a call. I tried the chat line again today and they said they do not support old versions. How the hell can they lock me out of a leagal copy of the app and just say "up yours".To say i am pi**ed off is an understatment!!

What am I missing?  Smart Objects are not disabled in my preferences. I'm using PS Elements 2018

Hello, i bought photoshop Elements 2021 few weeks ago and the version is 20210126 155261.I understand that there is a new version, the 2021.2 ( 20210304.m.156367) but i cannot obtain some update as the update button under "help" is greyed and not active (see attached picture).Could someone help me to update the software as none of the options are working as of now.  Thanks a lot

I bought Elements 2021 for Mac and I never got it to open! it just crashes when I attempt to open and asks me to send report to Apple and Adobe. I am disapointed I bought the software a few weeks ago and still can't use it. Any help? Thank you

What version of ACR is included in PSE 2022?  I don't want to upgade from PSE 2020 unless I can import Nikon Z6 raw files directly.

After installation of Mac OS Monterey Photoshop Elements 2019 does not open jpeg files anaymore because it can  the app vacan not verifty on malware.Is tgehe a patch tooverrule.OS Monterey version 12.0.1 on Apple Imac 27 i9 with 32 gb memery and enough free disskspace.

I've been using the trial version of Photoshop Elements 2022 and since I have to use the Type Tool a lot, I noticed that it's often stuck in CAPS, even though my Caps Lock is obviously not on. This has been a regular problem in Photoshop Elements 15 as well, but there the Reset Tool option always helps. In 2022 howeve, it does not and it makes it almost unusable for me because of this. Now, I found this help article on Adobe's site, so this is a known issue, but all it advises is only to reset the tool or the preferences completely. I tried all of it, even resetting all tools, but it seems like as soon as I open a given file (be is a psd or an image), PE 2022 just sticks to the capital letters. If I open a blank file, the type tool works properly, but not on existing files. Is there any other way to force the type tool to work properly on opened files as well? Thank you.

I have had my iMac for about 10-11 years and the highest OS I can install is High Sierra 10.13.6. Sometime between 2014 and 2021 I purchased several Adobe Apps, ie, Adobe 12 Organizer, Adobe Elements 2018 Organizer, Adobe Media Encoder CC 2019, Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Adobe Creative Cloud, to name a few. I paid for most but maybe some later were free downloads. I used one of these pretty regularily to combine several PHOTOS Libraries into one library. I used our home network to pull in all of my wife and my old iPhoto Accounts in with our current Libraries. I think I was combining about 5-6 Photo Libraries into one. Well, the bad news is, I started having crazy things going on with my High Sierra Updates so I decided to do a fresh install of High Sierra. I copied Applications, and Downloads and just about every photo and thing I could find from the Macintosh 2GB Harddrive to a new external Hard Drive so that I could copy everything back into the Mac HD

Why does my cursor start spinning when I edit a photo? It happens when I erase or paint. It is not the spinning color ball of death. The actions work but the spinning cursor makes it hard to see what I am doing. I am using Photoshop Elements 2020 on my IMac with Catalina OSThanksGary

Hello, This is infuriating. I paid for Elements 2020. I have the serial number and purchase code and when attempting to launch the app I get an error message. I cannot even type in a number to commence the process. I paid and cannot use it. That is highway robbery. I can't even connec with customer service!!!

After updating all drivers in my computer, the horizontal and verticle sliders in PE15 are missing. Cannot zoom in or out either.

Will Elements 2022 get a "Prepare as NFT" option, when?

With the older versions of Photoshop there was a work took that allowed me to make animated GIF's. I am unable to find that tool in PE. Am I looking in the wrong place. Is it possible to make animated GIF's in Photoshop Elements?

Dear sir,I have just bought a second hand MacBook Pro 2015 and after having my Photoshop Elements 6 installed from the purchased CD on my previous MacBook Pro 2007. Because of the upgrades of the systems my new MacBook won't accept this older version. How can I upgrade and install a newer version without having to buy a new Photoshop? Yours sincerely Bjorn

I have upgraded to MacOS Big Sur 11.4.I have the new Photoshop Elements 2020 version to install, but I first want to uninstall the old PSE 15 version.  When I try to run the uninstaller I get the message that this app needs to be updated to work with this version of MacOS.  “{C6EE21C5-B5A7-4062-8BDD-F59EFD731828}” needs to be updated.Is there another method to uninstall PSE 15?Thanks for the suggestions.

I am trying to re-install Elements 14 on my laptop.  I made sure to un-install properly (laptop was being upgraded), but I am now stuck on installing - I get as far as signing in to install & then I get the below.  Can't even close the window down.  When I had contacted support last night I had originally been told maybe it was too many verification requests & that it would reset within a couple of hours... This is nearly 24hrs later and still getting the same message! Would appreciate some help!

hello, I purchased and am having now Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 (2009) with original CD and activation code.   I am trying to reinstall it in my iMAC (Big Sur 10.6.1) but not able to install ( setup.app) showing 'no entry'  sign.   Then I tried to download directly fro Adobe site ...but it downloaded photoshop elements 22 version.   When I was asked to activate it, I put the activation code of my photoshop elements 8 .... Message is coming 'this activation code already in use' .... I have only one Adobe account ...    Don't know what to do next ... Due to current financial constraints, I am not able to purchased cloud based Photoshop. Can you please help me to sort out how can I use it in my iMAC. Regards

Hi! I just installed Mac PSE 2021 from DVD, and would like to update to 2021.3. I would like to get some advice beforehand, because I have a very slow Internet connection. In the "before times", I would just download a standalone updater on another computer with a fast connection, but that doesn't seem to be an option. I tried installing the trial version, but it isn't the most recent version. How big is the update? The update message doesn't tell me how big the download is. I would like to know, becuase it can mean the difference between leaving it to download overnight... or DAYS (a non-starter if it's that big). If I start the download, can I pause/resume or cancel it? I can't have it downloading in the background if I need to do something else with the Internet. I don't have the bandwidth. If I have to cancel, will it resume where it left off, or will I start over from the beginning?
