Photoshop Elements

Hallo, ich hatte bisher Windows 10 und darauf Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 installiert. Jetzt habe ich einen neuen PC mit Windows 11 und möchte Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 ebenfalls wieder darauf installieren, aber es funktioniert nicht. Wenn ich die CD ins Laufwerk lege erscheint zwar das Fenster zum Installieren von Photoshop und wenn ich das angeklickt habe geht auch ein Installationsfenster auf, aber es bleibt weiss und es geschieht auch nicht weiter, nicht mal eine Fehlermeldung, garnichts. Ich habe schon den technischen Kundendienst angerufen, es wird da aber nicht mehr unterstützt. Trotzdem hat ein Mitarbeiter versucht mir zu Helfen. Ich sollte die Creative Cloud herunterladen, was ich auch gemacht habe, aber allerdings steht in der dort erscheinenden Liste nicht mehr Photoshop Elements drinnen. Somit hatte der nette Kollege keine Möglichkeit mehr mir weiter zu Helfen.Wie kann ich die Software auf meinen Windows 11-PC installieren? Gibt es noch eine Möglichkeit?

Is there any way to delete text from a photo in Photoshop Elements after exiting and then re-opening the program?

When using Photoshop Elements 2025 Organizer on a 21:9 wide monitor (Dell U3421WE) on a Mac, and zooming in on a single image, the organizer will not render the image (it justs shows a grey question mark). If I narrow the organizer window to about 2/3 of the screen width, or make the left and right panes wide enough so that the image pane is roughly 2/3 of the screen width, the image is also rendered correctly.The issue appears consistently on both JPEG and HEIC images.Elements 2023 has the same issue.

When editing HEIC images in Photoshop Elements 2025 Editor on Mac (Sequoia 15.5) and saving them as JPEG, the timestamp of the JPEG is 2 hours ahead of the orginal HEIC. My timezone is CET.I take most of my photos with my iPhone, and I often do adjustments to them in the Elements editor. It is very cumbersome to always have to adjust the time of the JPEG 2 hours back in time, to preserve a correct timeline.The same issue is present in Elements Editor 2023.

Hi, I've been a Photoshop Elements user for many years, and am currently using PSE 2023. But last week I found out that the raw images from my newly purchased Sony A7Cii can't be opened. I've been wasting a week so far with numerous searches and trial and error (uninstalling the plug in, downloading the v17..., reinstalling, etc.), but still can't resolve this.  Could somebody please help providing the clearer instruction?  PSE 2023 is not that old,  it shouldn't be this difficult.  Apologies for using this thread, I hope the thread initial writer and you all don't mind, also it may help pooling this question on this same thread. Best regards,Jon   

After closing out Photoshop Elements and then reopening, is there any way to remove text from a photo to which it was added?

After decades of  using PSE due to the size of my library I need to change where I store my files. Of course moving all files to an external, which I should have done yrs ago (old school). I am starting with a blank slate on PSE 2025 with a new Mac M4. I not sure what are the right questions to ask. Do I need to have PSE installed on the drive which I will be using? How do I designate watched folders? Do I need to move, or copy, my entire "pictures" folder to the external? And how do I deal with "Photos", do I combine it with "Pictures"?  I have a recent Catalog BU (1TB) on the drive. Hoping that I have given the right amount of info for best suggestions on my best step forward. Sorry for the can of worms. Thank you for your patience and consideration.

On Elements 15 there was a feature called Photo Emerge. I can't find it on Elements 25. 

Hi,I have thousands og photos with captions. I use Organizer version 19.  In earlier versions of Elements those were wisely placed in the bottom.Now, they are place up more or less in the middle of the photos disturbing the experience of the photo.Can I do something in settings ? Are this issue solve in a newer version ?Best RegardsFinn 

Having purchased a new desktop computer and having a photo project pending, I purchased a new copy of Photoshop Elements 2025 (PSE). This is at least the ninth version I have purchased, starting back with PSE 10. I am beginning to regret my purchase. I found the installation program to be badly behaved. I recently copied my photo libary from the default Windows 11 location on my primary C: drive to a separate data drive. I haven't deleted the photos from the C: drive yet, pending confiormation tnat everything got transferred. The program tried to load both drives into the catalog. I stopped that, but after seeing a bunch of music files appearing in the download progress window I stopped the process. I found that PSE had also located and loaded into the catalog all of my music files up to the point that I stopped the process. Now, I see folders that are clearly music files. I don't want music files in PSE. I have iTunes for that. I can delete them from the catalog, but I can c

Hello, asking for community help as live chat agents have been no help. My copy of PSE12 is stuck in a log in loop. I am aware this is a very old version of PSE, but I am too poor to afford to upgrade, or I would. I am very low income and use PSE12 for graphic editing. I absolutely need this program.  I correctly assumed the log in loop was due to having too many activated devices, so was able to get my old, failing BIOS, physically damaged laptop to work long enough to open the program and sign out / permanently deactive PSE12, thus freeing up a "slot" for my newer device, which is just a cheap functioning laptop.  However, when attempting to install and sign in on this device, I am still encountering the log in loop. I follow the link, I sign in, and I still cannot access my product.  Granted, I cannot access the other pc that its on at all, so it will permanently be stuck on one old laptop that is completely inoperable and extremely damaged, but I should sti

Hello, I installed and looked at the trial versions of Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements 2020. I decided to to upgrade at this time. I uninstalled Premiere Elements using Revo Uninstaller. But when I went to uninstall Photoshop Elements, there was no listing inRevo or in the Programs and Features in windows. I am running Windows 10 Home. Is there any cleanup tool or any way to reinstate the add/remove entry. Thank you,Kevin

Hello. I am a Pixelmator Pro user. I make illustrations/posters. I have been using Photopea to drop my images into frame/scene mockups that have a smart objects (drop image here), however, I downloaded a trial of Photoshop and installed a batch plugin which did lots of mockups very quickly rather than one by one which is extremely laborious. I don't need to the full CC suite for purely mockups and just saw Adobe Photoshop Elements on the Adobe website. I was just wondering if I would be able to import the PSD mockups I have into it and also does it support third party plugins? I couldn't find anything about it online. Hi!When using the brush tool, the spinning loading wheel shows up. Anyone have any idea why?I've just installed PSE 2019 on my MacBook Pro with macOS Mojave.Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 (under the Performance setting I have let PSE use 75% of available RAM = 11000 MB).Processor: 2,2 GHz Intel Core i7.Greatful for all help!

Hallo,ich habe vor einem Jahr meine Hardware aufgerüstet, da konnte ich noch problemlos mein Photoshop Elements 2024 aktivieren. Nun musste ich wegen defekt, nochmals Mainboard und CPU tauschen. Nun kann ich das Programm nicht mehr aktiviern. Es kommt die Fehlermeldung "Die Seriennummer.... wird bereits von der maximalenn Anzahl von Computer verwendet". Das Programm ist aber nur auf diesem PC installiert. Ich habe mich schon abgemeldet und wieder angemeldet, aber das Problem bleibt.Windows und Office konnte ich ohne Probleme neu aktiviern. Was kann ich tun?Im Voraus vielen, vielen Dank für Euere Bemühungen und schöne GrüßePeter

purchased a boxed edition and installed on a new Dell w/ windows 10.  All updated and running correctly.Today, Elements Organizer informed me it didn't have a valid serial number.  I retrieved the redemption code from the package, entered it and received a serial number.  When I entered it into the editor, it informed me that "This serial number is not valid for Adobe Premiere Elements 2020".  What's wrong?FrustratedinTN

I am using Photoshop Elements 2023 and working in picture packages with which  I am quite familiar.  However,  lately after I choose the source and hit OK only some of the photos remain in the layout.  What can I do to clean up or start over?

Hi anyone,I'm using Photoshop Elements organizer 2018. Since some time it's impossible to add new files to the catalogue.Maybe because the disk where I file all original photo's is full.I want to replace all photo's to a new, different, portable disc.And I want to connect it with the current existing catalogue on the same disk it is now saved.What is the best way to get the original files and the catalogue existed so all metadata that I added to every picture (like tags, maps, etc) are kept. And I can use the catalogue again as I used to do.Please give me some helpful answer on this matter.  

After all these many years (15+) I'm now being asked to sign-in each times I open PSE - why? 

I have a text box over an image in Photoshop Elements. I want the paragraph text typed in  over the photo  to be Left AND Right justified. What I no see is Left or RightI or centered. I see no option to do both L and R justification. Is this possible?
