Photoshop Elements

Hello, I'm new to Adobe Photoshop 2020/2021 and I wonder if there is a handbook in Dutchto learn this programme ?Thanks for helping me out.Cassybert

I have a composed template with a frame to be used for different pages with different images. it is saved as a 8.5" X 11" image.  I want to place in this template images copied  (sometimes resized) and saved at sizes between 6 X 8 and 6.5 X 9.,  when I open the template it iopens at 12.5% size to fit on the screen, (and if I increase the size of the open image to 50% the rulers jump to about  2 inches wide per actual inch on the screen. If I open the saved image to be placed on the next layer, at 50%, when it is pasted on the template it shrinks and looks like it is perhaps one quarter of the template's size.  I cannot seem to match them so they are the same scale/size, to create a normal page.   How can I resolve this? (Still using PSE 12...)

Still using Photoshop Elements 8.0 I'd like to change to the new version of Elements. Is it possible to transfer the cataloge with all that tags existing to the newest version? I do not want to repeat that hell of a work! Thank you in advance C.

When running Topaz Adjust 5 I received the following - Error: cannot read common runtime path registry. It pops up every now and then and I never know when it will come up. I've run Adminstrator and Troubleshoot compatability and sometimes it works and other times it don't. Please advise.

I am trying out the trial of Elements 2021 because I have not used it since Elements 14.  I had the catalog saved and converted it but I want to move it to a different location.  It is currently on a 😧 drive which is a large HDD where all the photos or stored but I want to move it to the the C: drive which is an SSD that only has Windows and program files on it.  I want to see it if makes things faster by putting the catalog on that drive.  Anyways, when I go to manage catalog and select the one I am using (which is under custom location on the 😧 drive), I click move and it doesnt give me an option of a place to move it to.  

My computer has a 4th generation intel core i7-4790 processor. Is this adequate to run Photoshop Elements 2021?  Looking to upgrade from Photoshop Elements 2018, which works fine. Windows 10 home  

I have a photo of a person taken from a slightly high angle, that is the camera is above her head looking down. The backgound is a bookcase and the verticle parts of it show a lot of parallax. I'd like to correct that so the bookcase looks normal, but when I do, using the "Correct Camera Distortion" filter, it widens out the bottom of the photo, making the bookcase look good, but also making her look fatter. That's not gonna fly. So how can I fix the bookcase without affecting her?

Hello, In PSE2021, the share panel only proposes Twitter and Flickr. Shouldn'it propose more options, including email ?How can I get the other options ? Many thanks, Patrick

I have windows 10 and Adobe photoshop elements 2018 just doesn't open. It did when I first installed it but now it doesn't. I have seen some previous threads but they don't seem to solve the problem. Grateful for any help. Thanks.   [Moderator: Moved to the Photoshop Elements forum]

I've Element Photoshop 2020. I can't find the photo merge compose auto match color tone anywhere on the menu. Can anybody help me please?

PSE 2021 Puzzle effectAfter selection of the puzzlepiece, the piece go to te middle of the picture. I can only move that piece in horizontal and vertical position.I can't turnig it.

Hi there. I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 & Premiere Elements 2020 Bundle from Dell. But I didn't receive serial/redemption numbers. I tried to call to dell support 24/7  but they're closed lol. And my order history in Adobe profile is empty also. How I can get serial/redeem number with no Dell and Adobe. Thank you

It used to be simple 15 years ago or so when I just had one camera, uploaded them to the computer, and tagged and organized them with the Elements organizer.  In the last several years with cell phone cameras being so good, I hardly ever use the DSLR anymore and there are tons more photos taken between my phone and my wife's.  It is nice how they automatically upload to Google and even automatically tags stuff with faces and places on it's own, but I am trying to figure out a way to have everything in one place like I used to have with Elements when I just had one camera.  What is a good solution to have all of the photos (ones from a camera, my phone, and wife's phone) all in one place?  I have been continuing to just upload pictures from both phones to the computer and tagging them with the organizer but is there an easier way?  And it would also be nice to view them all form the cloud too so we can see them from out phones.  

In a Facebook group I'm in a user was wanting to change some clothing that has patterns in it, to just one solid color, or to replace the pattern with a different pattern.I can make solid color clothing, like a white sweater, any color I want  with no difficulty, and maintain the clothing texture through the color change. I jsut can't figure out how to change clothing with patterns in it to a solid color, and maintain the texture of the clothing.In the image below (which I got off of pexels) is it possible to change the jacket to a solid color, lets call it blue, and maintain the pattern / texutre of the jacket material?I'm running PSE 2021 / WIN 10 and the user is running PSE2020 and WIN 10. 

I am currently running Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 on Windows 7. I am upgrading to Windows 10 and a current version of Photoshop Elements. 1) What verson of Photoshhop should I install.  2.)How do I go about transferring all pictures, caption and notes. 3.) What is the difference between Export/Import and  Backup and Restore.

Cant download either , I have a brand new Dell Computer. It meets all requirements.  it gets to 100% setup and the message boxes start popping up 1st one is (Adobe PhotoshopElements 2021.exe - System Error. The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem).the next box says the same but the file is VCRUNTIME140.dll.I've tried removing and reinstalling like 10 timesI've tried updating Windows and all drives. Cant figure out? I spoke to someone at "Asurion" they were unable to help and redirected to Adobe (they are closed right now) and so is Dell.I'm frustrated, disappointed and sad as I had a project to work on... help?

I just downloaded Photoshop Elements, but have an immediate issue with it. Why does it ignore Windows Scaling I wonder? I have a very high res monitor, but PSE just ignores the Windows Scaling and makes everything really tiny. PSE does support it's own scaling but to 200% and that's it!! Is there anyway to get other values? 100% is way too small and 200% is way too big.I also wonder why it completely ignores Windows colour scheme and make everything a horrible grey. Is there any way to change the colour scheme?I can live with the UI colour I suppose but I can't really live with the horrible scaling.

I dragged the image on the another picture  and I placed the image in the front of the market. How do I blend the image and the background together ? 

I am using Photoshop Elements 2021. It is doing something Elements previous versions did not do and is aggravating.  I am trying to get my photos from the memory card into the organizer. The box that comes up has a place to check to tell the computer? to open Elements organizer when finished transferring. Well, the organizer does not open and I don't know where the images are! Please tell me where to find them and fix this problem. I am using windows 10 home.  

I use font Work Sans Semi Bold that is obligatory for what I do. Unfortunately, a letter "t" looks strange after "s" and "c". It has kond of a wave on the top. There is no such a problem after other letters. How I can fix it? I know that there is an option for standard version of Photoshop, but I have no idea how to fix it in Photoshop Elements.

Hi. I have just upgraded to PSE 2021 for windows and find that I do not appear to have face tilt feature. is this standard with 2021 and if so why is it not there? many thanksMike

I have PSE 12 with Topaz filters; every single time I use it lately it crashes!! It won't "save as" photos, it doesn't keep any of the changes I've made with my filters, ie: change to bw or use de-noise, etc.  What the heck is wrong and how can I fix it???

I've 2020 element photoshop. I tried to use the stamp tool when I saw couldn't use the clone because the area to clone had not been defined on the screen so I tried to use spot healing when I saw option click to define the source point to be used to repair the image on the screen? Can anybody help me please?
