Photoshop Express

   I paid for an account and now I am getting this message. My account was obviously hacked. I don't know this 7y account it is referring to - so how can I get my account back?  It is terrible that there is no customer service # or email here. Someone help    Picture with private information removed from a public forum... Moderator

My PS Express App is always loading and I cannot tap any other things and will reboot after I swip to background. 

when I go to the yearly upgrade and 'agree and start free trial', the screen moves to payment and I completed that and hit 'subscribe'. The next screen asks me to enter my Photoshop express password. When I do this, it is not recognized! I've tried the 'forgot password' (though I did not forget) but the system fails to send the notifiaction to my android where I can verify. I have been to my web account and there is nowhere to upgrade the android PS Express app there either! There is no way to upgrade. I already changed my email address sign on as the email I FIRST used was changed by the app to another of my emails and the password did not work. I therefore changed my email address on the web, to the second email address, that adobe wanted me to change to, even though I had never given that address to Adobe!  The system for upgrade is an umittigated mess!

How do I merge 2 photos into one overlapping to create a whole new picture by using specific elements and colors from each one? Also, why is it not letting me use the ALL-in-one and 100GB storage?

For printing I can select A4 portrays but nothing for landscape. On the iPhone app. Anyone else have any idea. 

Hi…hope someone could help…or point me to the right direction, I’m trying to import a set photos to make a collage in PS Express, (also I tried in Adobe Express mobile app) however it looks that the system only retrieve a view of the first 100 photos from a Lightroom album, and I need some of the ones not listed or previewed, is there a setup or view mode that allows me to see all photos in the album no matter the quantity?

New user here, not sure how to add a text behind a picture in PS express , is there a how to guide for this ? Thanks

the actual resolution of the picture is 6000x4000 but the export option its stuck at this.

Hi Everyone! Was hoping to get some help with this. My photoshop express updated and it only kept one of my 10+ custom my looks saved. I use these all for work and not sure how to get them back! Anyone have any knowledge in this and how to get it back? Thanks! 

Recently we noticed that Adobe Photoshop Express Photo Editor is no longer working on our chromebooks with the new ChromeOS 109.** It was working great on previous ChromeOS versions.I have a ticket open with Adobe and they just keep pointing me to help docks for Adobe Photoshop which is not what I am looking for. Basically you can download and install the app through the Google play store.Then when you try to run it, it force closes or hangs. Here is the link with it working on ChromeOS 105.**https://shared-assets.adobe.com/link/9aa7f7d7-032b-4741-76b8-ab2e14544982 Here is the link of it not working on ChromeOS 109.**https://shared-assets.adobe.com/link/e5d48ca6-651b-4f01-6903-573dd29efba2 Has anyone else experienced this?Thanks

I am running Photoshop Express 23.30.0 on an iPad pro 4th gen.   It works just fine on .jpg files, but when I try to open a .orf file (Olympus camera RAW) it freezes until I shut down and restart the app.   I have tested the .orf file with Photoshop on a Windows PC, and it works just fine.   I have also logged out and in, and restarted my iPad.    Any suggestions?

I don't see any of those features in the anroid version for Samsung 23 ultra. I would like to auto remove backgound. But I don't see that option

Adobe would you please PLEASE get ride of the [cursing removed] pop-up screens in this app! OR at the very least, the option to turn it off! Open, POP, close that one, POP, close that one, click to open a file, POP, close it. I have clicked these pop up three, now may I edit thee?? I've started actively looking for other app options because of it. No reason for this--especially when paying a subscription fee. 

Please add remove tool option in Photoshop express Mobile app.Only heal option is available now.Please give Remove tool access atleast for paid subscribers to quick edit our photos in mobile.thankyou

I'd like to be able to change the background of my images in the mobile app like I can in the desktop version. I have seen multiple sites that say you already can and if that's the case, I can't figure it out. So my follow up suggestion is, if this is already a feature, to make it more user friendly or at least offer an in app tutorial. 

I just want to access photoshop express projects on both my iPad and my iPhone.  Why is this storage option so impossible to tease out of the interface?  I see projects done in Photoshop Mix.  So why the heck are the ones from Photoshop Express not up there?  Frankly, the whole cloud storage with simple Adobe subscriptions is just needlessly confusing, without the bonus complication that aspects will be turned off in Feb. 2024.  

Photoshop Express free on iPhone used to auto enhnace images automatically when opened/edited via album. It no longer does that since an update in May or June I think. Is this a bug or intentional ?   In addition when opening the app first. The Auto Enhance toggle needs to be switched on every time you open it. Another bug or intentional ?   PSE: 23.29.1 - Issue also in previous versions iOS: 16.6 - Issue also in previous versions (iPhone 11Pro)   There isn't a specific iOS topic — only iPadOS.

Two different Android devices, using same account, had been going on for several days: there are 3 borders that I cannot use, 2 are premium, 1 is standard: thin black, black bevel, and black circle. They just indicate a download in progress.

I am subscribed to Photoshop Express Premium but not getting the premium features. I don't have the replace eyes feature, the whiten teeth feature, the latest retouch features or animated collage features. I'm using an iPad Pro 6th generation  

 I cannot see the pictures I have posted on PS Express. I have uninstalled the PS Express from my IOS and reinstalled it again, still cannot find the profile icon and pictures posted. Any ideas how to overcome this? 

Hello everyone,   is there any possibility to adjust the Title-Layer in PS Express, so that I don't have the text in 3 sperate  lines - e.g. extend the Text-Layer horizontally? Couldn't find a way to do this, is there a gesture I should try or did I oversee a 'style'?   Thank you!

The geodata and other meta date of the photos edited in PSX will not be exported. All are lost. I didn't find any setup to fix it. It's not really professional.
