Photoshop Express

I am finding that doing cut outs in messages is better quality than in Photoshop express. I would like to paste my cut out onto another photo and then to be able to move the layer. Am I missing something? I cannot find where to move the layer. The below example should show you where I'm stuck at and give you a basic idea what I want to do. This cut out was done in Photoshop and you can see that the bottom underneath the legs didn't cut out. I'm surprised that I cannot paste the clipboard after that I would like to move the girl over to the right so that it looks like we are both together.  

Suddenly, about a month ago, the Mix Workflow disappeared from my screen. I’ve been emailing & chatting back & forth with Adobe Customer Support and the latest email I received stated that the Mix Workflow has been discontinued altogether from PS Express Premium. Is that really correct? I've attached screenshots of my screen and the email.I tried to restore purchases and get the error message that my subscription has expired, although it does not actually expire until March 2024. Screenshots also attached.Since the Mix-Cutout with transparent background is the only feature on PS Express that I use, I tried to cancel my premium subscription purchased through Apple, but since it has been over 90 days, they will not refund or prorate my upgrade purchase price. Hello! So I downloaded ps express on my iPhone 15 max pro I am able to access my videos over there but when I moved to my iPad Air gen 5 (same update) same software etc, the video tab isn't on there? I've uninstalled, deleted cache, restarted, EVERYTHING!!! I'm loosing it 😂😂 AND customer service isn't helpful... my friend downloaded because I recommended it and she was on an iPhone yet the tab wasn't there 🥲 it's the same update what is the difference???im so lost 😞 

 Hello, My name is Flo. I've been having issues with creating a scrapbook for a collage feature in photoshop express for iOS. I get a content failed due to no internet connection error followed by the app creating a regular standard collage:Please see the attached video for the issue.

I'm using an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I've used the subscription level of PS Express for a while now (as part of a larger subscription package). For a while, everything seemed fine. Now, when I run photos through PS Express (even is I make no edits), it drastically changes the quality of the photos. Is this caused by the conversion of HEIC to JPEG? I have the setting on maximum quality, but the file size does change from 2.85MB to 2.5MB.  I tried to upload both photos, but when I upload them, they look the same, which leads me to believe it's a compression issue. Still, the quality is so different. It's frustrating. Anyone else having this issue? 

Hello people. I've been doing edits in this app for last 3 years, and really great and simple app... lovin it.Last few months I have problem with select tool.When Im selecting parts of image, after every... like 10 seconds when I move focus on other part of image... whole selected path is moved to the left few pixels, so I need to do same proces again. And when Im done with it second time, again same problem after few seconds. If someone can help me would be great. Thank you. 

It has worked with no problems until about 1.5-2 weeks ago. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. It still works on my iPhone 7. 

Looking for insight. Sometimes I have multiple healing tools available, like clone healing, patch healing, etc. But other times it's just brush healing and I can no longer find the clone or patch options. I have a premium subscription. How do I get the tools back? Or where are they located?Using PS Express on my iPhone 14Thanks

How can I delete photos from Photoshop Express, but not my device?

Hey,I use PS Express Prenium. For 4 days when i download the photos, the application freezes and i can no longer do any editing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I doesn't work. I'm using an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Please solve the problem. Thanks a lot.

Dernièrement (environ une semaine) une mise à jour a été effectuée par Adobe et depuis, il est impossible de faire des retouches photos. L'application bugue. J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé l'application plusieurs fois. Rien n'y fait...Merci de solutionner le problème ! 

In my photoshop express, loaded on my android tablet, there is not the subject mask optional. Why? On the app loaded om my android smartphone there is.

Hello, I'm having issues with using the Scrapbook for Collage feature on the iOS PS Express App, which is below: When I click on Start Now and select my photos, I then get the following error:  The issue is I am FULLY CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET. I have attempted to reinstall the app and even power cycled my iPhone but still that same error. When that error occurs it just creates a regular standard collage and never does th e scrapbook cutouts. Can you explain why I'm getting this error? Does it have to do with my account? Thanks! 

After consulting the support team its clear to me that the option to save presets in Photoshop Express is left out in the desktop version (Windows 11), compared to the tablet/smartphone (Android) version of Photoshop Express. It is a key feature for me when using Photoshop Express, and I would love to be able to use Photoshop Express on both tablet (Android) and desktop (Windows 10/11).Another great feature would be the option to share presets across devices / through the account I log into the app with.

I have been using PS Express for some years, but I can't no longer log in... I have tried to log in with my Adobe-account via  e-mail, Apple, Google and Facebook... But PS Express just starts and imediatelly close, and I'm back to the log in page again...

I go into preferences and change resize from original to 2000.  When I save a photo. It saves as original still and when I go back to preferences my selection has charged back to original.         {Title edited by Moderator}  

GreetingsWas trying to find my way around using Adobe Photoshop Express, IoS App to open eyes in a picture. I select, face-> Eyes -> Size / Height...nothing happens. There is NO open eyes option. I am using paid subscription version.Can someone relate step by step way of doing so? Attaching the screenshot of the options I see online.Thanks,

Hi all - does any know where I can find the specs to the preset borders in PS Express? For example, I select my photo and navigate to Borders. I choose Basic because I just want to add a 1" border around the photo. There are approximately 56 borders to choose from. But I don't know the dimensions of each border so I don't know what to expect.  Also, is the following is possible?  Keep the full image while adding a border:  decrease the dimensions of the image so the border is added around the full image rather than cutting part of the image off? I'm happy to research on my own if you know of a good tutorial for this. Thank you!
