Premiere (Beta)

Hi, I’ve found a consistent issue in the latest Premiere Pro Beta version. When “Enable Mercury Transmit” is turned on (to preview the timeline on an external monitor), I can’t trim clips normally by dragging their edges in the timeline. The clip only shortens or extends a few frames at a time, and then stops.I have to release and drag again repeatedly to make any further change.As soon as I disable Mercury Transmit, trimming works perfectly again.  This happens with all clips, even those without effects, proxies, or AI enhancements. Steps to reproduce: Enable Mercury Transmit and choose an external monitor.Try trimming a clip in the timeline.The trim operation becomes laggy or unresponsive.Disable Mercury Transmit → trimming works normally.System Info: macOS 15.2 (24C5022e) — or replace with your exact OS versionMacBook Pro (M3 Max, 16 cores, 32 GB RAM)Premiere Pro Beta (include your build number here)External monitor connected via HDMI/Thunderbolt&n

Beta build 47 I'm sadly on a Windows 11 machine that has a smaller monitor and I need DPI scaling on for me to see what I'm doing. It's currently set to 200%. This seems to be an issue in the current stable release, too, but I've noticed it in the BETA and figured staff might be more active here?The timeline marker and CTI are on the same frame, but they're offset by a pixel. Not too bad, and I'm sort of used to this slight misalignment.The CLIP marker though, that's off by two pixels when fully zoomed in. Makes me worried it's misaligned in time, but it's not. It seems to just be a display issue. Likely exaserbated by DPI scaling set to 200%. Note: I have not enabled Audio Time Units in years, so I'm pretty certain that everything is truly properly aligned in time, and what I'm seeing here is just a display issue.

Adobe Premiere - 25.6.0 BETA. ****PLEASE ESCALATE Hi - I've been using Adobe for 20 years.  Never seen this.Both options not working. Trying to drag 4k footage into a 1920x1080 sequence.I tried numerous projects + different videos + multicams - all do the same. No matter what option I choose - I always have to scale it down.  PLEASE HELP. Please NOTE:  In PREMIERE 2025 (25.2.3) - it DOES work.  This Beta needs an update. 

Hallo, mir ist in der Beta version aufgefalln, wenn ich ein Projekt schließe und dann versuche wieder ein neues zu öffnen, öffnet das programm den Ordner nicht. Jedoch tut Premiere dann so als wäre dieser bereits geöffnet und ich muss über den Taskmanager den Task beenden, weil ich nichts mehr anklicken kann. Habe das erst seit ein paar Tagen also denke ich, das liegt an Premiere selber.  mit freundlichen grüßenManu

Premiere Pro Beta Blur Effect does not have mask option. I downloaded and opened the non-beta version and the effect has the masking options (pen, shapes, etc).

while i using the new object tool to rotoscoping any object, the selection is not shown any help ?

wheres the masking option gone?

When using the Object Mask Tool and hovering over a clip on the timeline, it just infinitely loads and never lets me actually use the tool.

more ui customizability is always nice to have and the issue on square vs. rounded corners is pretty often debated. why not just allow both options so everyone is happy?

Premiere crashes instantly when trying to add/delete a control point with the pentool to a free draw mask.   W11 B102

I am trying to use Tiktok template but the circles whic indicates follow, like etc. don't fint 100%. For example i draw circle around profile circle and it seems way lower on tiktok. Is there a trick or anything should i know? 

I'm currently trying to manually mask using the pen mask tool, a small portion of an image so that it would gradually fill into the frame. But no matter what keyframes I put it doesn't seem to change. Any fixes for this?

In the current beta build, on an existing mask, the Add/Subtract buttons of the Object Mask Tool are greyed out if you have used the Hand Tool (instead of the mouse wheel) to move the view in the Program Monitor.Also, the new Object Mask Tool should make use of the Ctrl/Alt/Shift keys as modifiers. The old masking used Shift/Ctrl as Add/Subtract respectivally. I believe Ctrl was for point selection.

When i work on an project sometimes lumetri panel is gone. After restart the program its working again.V 25.6.0

"I’m on the latest update of Premiere Pro Beta. Suddenly I can’t trim my clips in the timeline. I’ve tried deleting cache files, uninstalling and reinstalling – but no luck. Does anyone know what I should do?

a few weeks ago i was able to copy something from beta into normal premiere by using Command C and Command V. now its not working. is that because I opened beta using "disable any 3rd party tools". or did they get rid of this feature?

I exported captions and they didn't show in the video. My usual workaround is to export them using Media Encoder. However, this too has failed for the first time. Please review this feature. 

unable to render my source file in Premiere Pro normal and beta version too. Please fix this issue ASAP. 

ey everyone,I keep running into a weird issue in Adobe Premiere Pro Beta. Sometimes my Program Monitor screen looks like it’s split into two halves (one side showing video, the other side black). The timeline won’t play properly when this happens.The only way I’ve been able to fix it is by closing and reopening Premiere, but that’s just a temporary solution. After a while, the issue comes back.Has anyone else faced this? Is there a permanent fix or a setting I need to adjust?Thanks in advance!

When the upgrade of the mask tool came it worked perfectly, until this update...now the tracking is bugged and does whatever it want, it distorts my mask and even if i want to do the tracking myself does't work, because the keyframes doesn't react when i modify a section of my mask. Can anyone help me with this?

When selecting 'Replace with AE Comp'  AE will open, create a comp of the correct length, but no media will be imported. Copy/paste from Prem to AE is also broken.   Adobe After Effects (Beta) Version 25.6.0 (Build 82)Adobe Premiere Pro (Beta) Version 25.6.0 BETA (Build 88)

I opened a file I setup last evening in the previous beta bld. Premiere has crashed twice and completely locked my system and shut it down. I'm working with a simple edit (attached screen shots) one video clip and an animated sequece the reveals the video using track matte. All I'm doing is cutting dead spots out of the video track and tightening up those spaces by deleting the cut video with the delete key. Premiere crashed, never recovered, would not quite with OPT/CNTRL/esc and eventually my entire system crashed. I repeated this twice with the same results.

I am having a problem on using Adobe Premiere Beta app for a while.. Firstly, I could not open Beta app becasue of errors. And now, it is not seen on Creative cloud app?  How can I solve this and use the app again? Thanks.Erdag

I'm not keen on some of the menu items now being hidden away in sub-menus, in particular the "render in to out" which I often use. I find it easier and much faster to find a thing in a long menu than a menu full of sub-menus.
