Premiere Pro BETA not installing

Hey everyone, In Creative Cloud desktop app I don't have the Beta tab under Apps. I can find the Beta option online but when I click to install Premiere Beta it directs me back to the desktop app and displays this message... I know this can't be accurate. I also have a colleague with the exact same laptop, tech specs, software, and he has the option and is able to install Beta software. This is my laptop... Any ideas? Thanks. Jamie

Each time i try to export my project, My app closes authomatically. I have tried to export my project but as soon as i hit the export botten, it closes. I haven't been able to update the app because of my system requirements, Exporting projects was never an issue until i was asked to update app. Please help.

premier pro beta - object masking

I'm using Premier pro beta version 26.1.1. The new masking tool is nice, but it has issues, particularly when I create a mask and track an object, then I want that exact mask to be applied to a different layer (over laying a video only in a specific area) I copy the mask over and it becomes just 1 static shape, it will not maintain the mask tracking/path forward and backwards. I tried manually masking with the pen tool since it was a simple shape, and even when when I create keyframes for a mask path it will not move, it simply keeps the most recent edit and remains a static unmoving mask. This essentially makes the feature useless for me. I have successfully used masks in this way in the regular version of premier pro so I'm thinking it's a bug? Am I missing something or is this just an issue that needs to be fixed?

Pen Tool v Obkect Masking tool

I used to be able to use the Pen tool to pull this seltcted area into the Obkect Mask Tool doesn't appears to work that way; and the Pen Peel doesn't appear to be working anymore; highlighted objcts clear as soon as selected.. How do I get control of the outline and is the pen tool inactive now>

Can no longer Ripple Edit an unselected clipNot Prioritized

Am I imagining it, or could I - in ye olden dayes - hit B to select the Ripple Edit tool, go to the end or start of a clip, see the cursor change to the ripple edit cursor, and then just grab-and-drag the clip in (or out) point? In PPro Beta, I have to select the clip, THEN hit B, and only then can I start rippling. Is this a new, bad, buggy, behaviour? Laggy build, keeps losing frames, cannot turn off GPU acceleration, and cannot exportNot Prioritized

In every version of Premiere (Beta) version 26.x, I have experienced a major dip in performance, so much so that the app is frequently crashing. If I want to click a different part of my timeline, I often have to wait for 2-5 minutes before it is able to unfreeze and show me the part of the video I clicked over to. It keeps giving me the error message, "Error retrieving frame XX.XX.XX" and replaces it with another frame from way later in the video, or just makes it a blank slide. Looking online, it seems that turning GPU acceleration off can help with this, but I can no longer do that because of this update. And now, I cannot even export. Even a small portion of the video, trying to export it begins encoding, and stays on 0% forever, makes no progress ever. This is unusable at this point and it is very frustrating. Please help me. I have tried three to four different versions of the Premiere Beta, and nothing is working. Please, can I at least download a version of 25.0 so I can export

Hi. I am trying to import a video from my projects, PC, I’ve tried a lot of things. Basically what I’m getting is: I import project/ video (same video from project) to (beta) and I get the file name in upper left hand corner-the bin?- I’m pretty new to this and still learning. I could use some help trying to get just the file name from PP (beta) into the other bin where I can drag and drop it into timeline. Thanks!

Example:clip >modify>audio channel setting default preset (transcript playback works fine)clip >modify>audio channel setting 'Sony FX6' preset (transcript playback breaks) Use case:I record with Sony FX6, boom mic audio is on channel 3. I transcribe the source clip using channel 3. When scrubbing/reviewing the clip I only want to hear Channel 3 audio (good audio track). I have used this mp4 video file 1000000 times in other projects of the same format, but this time I can't add it. I have already tried converting it to different codecs, but nothing helped. I often encounter this problem when using other videos. I can't understand what the problem is? Only the audio is added. What is the limitation? The most interesting thing is that this video file was created in Premiere, in the same version of the editor.
