I am experiencing a problem with the new AI Assistant in Premiere Pro Beta. The Assistant panel loads correctly, I can create new chats, and messages are sent successfully. However, every prompt immediately returns the following error:"There was an issue processing your request. Please try again. If the issue persists, please start a new chat."The error occurs with every prompt, including very simple requests that do not require media analysis.Examples:"What version of Premiere Pro am I using?" "What can you do?" "Give me an example of what you can do."The error appears almost instantly after sending the prompt.System Information:Premiere Pro Beta 26.5.0 (Build 42) Windows 11 Creative Cloud Pro subscription Generative AI features included in plan Adobe Firefly works normally in the browser Creative Cloud Desktop is up to date System Compatibility Report shows "No conflicts to report"Troubleshooting already performed:Signed out and back into Adobe Creative Cloud Created multiple new Assi

In the ECP, if I change any value (eg. Crop Right, Audio Level, etc) using the up/down arrow keys (eg. to nudge the audio level down by 1dB) then press Enter or click off the number field, the value appears to adjust as expected. But then, if I play the clip, or click on something else, the value jumps back to whatever it was previously. If, instead of using the up/down keys, I either scrub the value with my mouse pointer or type the value in directly, Premiere accepts that value and stores it as expected.System infoApplication: Premiere Pro (Beta) v27.0.0.33OS: Windows v10.0.26200, RAM: 127.91 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 32
Premiere Pro Beta frequently hangs when exiting and has to be force-terminated in Task Manager. After Effects Beta shows the same behavior. Stable Premiere Pro 2026 on the same Windows system closes normally.Troubleshooting already performed:Tested with empty projects. Reset preferences and caches. Removed third-party MediaCore plugins. Tested without Creative Cloud/CCXProcess startup. Tested different audio devices and with external audio hardware disconnected. Tested CUDA and OpenCL renderers. Removed problematic/duplicate LUTs. None of these changed the shutdown hang.Important diagnostic finding:Windows Wait Chain Analysis showed one Premiere thread waiting on another internal Premiere thread. In Process Explorer, the waited-on thread contained calls from:dunamis-ingest.dlldunamis_http_setSendRequestCallbackdunamis_ingest_updateMPEventThis appears to happen during application shutdown.Expected result:Premiere Pro Beta should exit normally within a few seconds.Actual result:Premiere r
When I export a sequence, Premiere is creating two separate files instead of one completed video file:04 Social.mp4 — video 04 Social219ef3b2-e0b6-4d97-9bfb-7ccdfe61236f.aac — audioExpected BehaviorPremiere Pro should export one MP4 file containing both the video and audio together.Actual BehaviorThe export finishes, but Premiere creates the MP4 and AAC audio as separate files. The AAC file is also being given a long automatically generated string of characters after the original file name. This is happening repeatedly when exporting from Premiere Pro Beta 27, so it does not appear to be a one-time failed export.I have attached a screenshot showing the two files that Premiere creates after the export. Please investigate whether this is a current Beta export/muxing issue. I would be happy to provide my export settings, project information, or additional testing information if needed.
If inputting value change via numerical keys when using 'enhance Audio' feature tab, only the first key press is accepted. eg, changing 'mute dialogue enhancement' from default 50% to 75%, only the '7' is accepted, not '75' when using numerical keys. Slider is fine, but box doesn’t seem to accept multiple inputs at the same time.

In Premiere Beta, each time I apply Warp stabilizer to a clip, while it analyzes I get this warning on top of the normal warp stabilizer banner. When it finishes analyzing, both banners go away. I-m not sure what is causing this but I get both banners one on top of each other every time.
(Beta Premier Pro) - Macbook Pro M5. When I am wanting to select a LUT (under the Color Tab), the window gets cut off and I cannot scroll up to see the options unless I move the whole interface down and then I can see the window options at the top.
Exporting renders 2 separate files. Audio and Video. I have used the same export setup forever and they have always made a single file and this is the first time where it is always making 2 files. So it’s not my settings. I have almost 400 GBs free on the drive, so space is not the issue. It happens in both Premiere Beta and Encoder Beta.
I’m just updated to Beta 27 and when I export my sequence it delivers the video and audio separately as 2 independent files. I’ve tried nesting the video, using Media Encoder and nothing works.I’ve tried loading a previous version of Beta, however it no longer allows me to access the project i have been working on. Help.. I’ve been trying to sort this all morning and I have a 11.30 deadline!
Steps to reproduce:With a clip selected, go to the Color tab Hover the mouse pointer over a control (contrast, hue shift, etc.). You don’t even need to click on anything.Result: CrashExpected: Not crash System info Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v27.0.0.38 OS: Windows v10.0.26200, RAM: 127.91 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 32
I was color grading a project with a previous build and was working fine. I updated to Build 38 and now the project keeps crashing while doing almost anything in color mode. Sometimes it happens doing the exact same thing as soon as I re-open it, other times it lets me work for a little while and then another adjustment makes it crash and the cycle continues. It has happened doing exposure adjustments, previewing a hue selection, selecting several clips to create a group. It seems to be stable if I do color adjustments directly in the properties panel within the Edit workspace. I have tried importing the project in a new project but that didn’t work.
I edited a video just fine but once I went to the new Color tab it crashes immeditaly after touching any of the dial controls. Do i serioulsy have to start over in Premiere Pro 26 or wait til the new Pro v27 comes out to continue coloring?
After experiencing Installation problems on Media Encoder 27.0 (29th August build) - but since resolved - I am now getting errors again on Premiere Beta V27.0 Build 41 installation. It appears to install - then I get error pop up that the enhanced speech module has failed to load due to conflict.Tried Reboot but doesn’t help.Tried ‘Retry’ message but no joy I’m afraid - See attached messageTried uninstall then reboot then reinstall Build 41Premiere Beta now reverted back to Build 33 on its own. Edito normalmente como en la versión estable, pero cuando entro en la pestaña de color o se cierra solo o cuando presiono alguna herramienta de la pestaña color, se cierra automáticamente.
Attempting to add a LUT to a clip in colour mode causes Premiere Pro to crash
Premiere beta 27.0.0 Build 38 / System: Mac mini M4 32 GB macOS 26.6.2When opening a previously (partially) graded Premiere beta project in 27.0.0 Build 38, clicking Show/Hide Adjustment icon on an un-color-corrected clip in Color Mode crashes the app. Reproduced every time I tried it.
When going into the Color Menu, Premiere Crashes. It worked fine one week ago. This happened on a Project larger than 2MB.
I’ve tried several times, including quitting and relaunching Premiere, but in version Beta v27.0.0.38, when I export a H.264 using one of the built-in “Match Source - Adaptive Medium/High/Low Bitrate” settings, it does not multiplex the audio and video - I’m left with a mute .mp4 file and an audio-only .aac file. The workaround is to export as a QuickTime ProRes and convert it to an mp4 in Media Encoder which thankfully still works ok. Steps to reproduce:Export any sequence as an H.264.Result: Audio and video are separate files.Expected: Resulting mp4 should have audio and video muxed. In the export dialogue window within premiere beta it says it cant send to media encoder because “Media Encoder is not installed”, but it is. see attached screenshots. is that a bug? Hello,I'm trying to add a horizontal guide, but even when I request "horizontal" from the drop down menu, it still creates a vertical guide. I'm not able to create anything but vertical guides. Seems like a bug in this Beta version.
Render in latest Premiere Beta results in separate ACC audio file. The sound is not muxed with video mp4 file. Same problem in Premiere and Media Encoder. Using Nvidia RX5080 GPU with laterst drivers. Can merge the files in VLR or handbrake.
