Hi!Talking about Color-Panel: In a music video I have around 400 single clips (many cuts, different cameras sceneries, light situations etc.).So e. g. I create a color group “studio, red light, Sony 7sIII” of 30 clips doing a grading as Im doing with many groups getting matched to e. g. ““studio, red light, ARRI cam”. 5 days later I’d like to change grading of just Sony footage in that specific scene: As in the overview those groups look similar after color correction, I m a bit lost how to identify the clips belonging just to Sony footage. (just one example)my trick for now: clicking at the group and over exposing extremely, so I can see the white and “damaged” in the overview. But this is a horrible work around which does not really help.So, in overview: how can I identify or/and filter clips belonging to a certain group?

Ever since the update 4~ days ago premiere becomes so laggy when editing 4k files especially in color mode, the scopes become useless. I have the footage on one internal NVME gen 4 m2 ssd. the cache and scratch disks on another and the the cpu on another. all NVME g2m4. will attach other specs below. help would be great.Using Premiere Beta v26.5

We have heard your feedback: Those of you that have your own transcripts, already complete with proper spelling and punctuation, or in a language we don’t support, don’t want to re-transcribe using Premiere’s Speech to Text feature just so you can use captioning and Text-Based Editing.   Captioning and Text-Based Editing requires Premiere Pro to have timecodes for every word. We are publishing a JSON spec format that supports word-level timecode for captioning and Text-Based Editing. Developers can now build support for exporting to this spec, or write scripts to translate from other transcript formats to this JSON spec. I’m unable to make any changes in the Preferences tab because the error **"Invalid type conversion"** keeps appearing whenever I try to update the settings. What could be the problem and solution for this?

I’ve matched my cam C to A and B.Now I need to save what I’ve done as a preset so that I can send it to an editor to apply to all of his CamC footage. Save preset is greyed out in effects control view and is not available at all on the actual clip adjustments. I’ve right clicked color effect, clip and adjustment. Doesn’t work for any.Anyone actually liking this new color mode? it’s driving me insane. I have so many issues at this point.  

HelloI am loving the new color mode! Question: how do I erase a sequence adjustment or LUT from a specifc clip or selection without affecting the rest of the sequence where I still want it?

Hi!Premiere Beta, talking about grouping-order in new Color-Panel:Example: I’ve set a group of clips. Later within this bigger group I’ve set a new, smaller group, which will automatically be placed after the firstly set group. But I need the new group placed before the old group as the old group. old group: general Color-processing with specific LUTnew group: sub-themes with fine tuning before LUTright-click at the new group shows: “move group to the left” (Gruppe nach links verschieben)Perfect! But when you do, it just modifies the clip which is marked. Even when marking all affected “new-group”-clips, still, just the single main-marked clip will get affected. Which is annoying when you have a group of 40 clips, this means you need to move all new-group-order manually to the left =creating chaos.So, what can I do, that the whole new-group will be placed to the left before the old-group?

I’m not sure how feature requests work, but will the option to enable and disable video tracks be added for the color page, similar to the full timeline view with the old Lumetri color page? I am unable to enable/disable video tracks, so if I have media layered on multiple video tracks, even though I can see the thumbnail, I can’t see it in the program feed because it is underneath another clip on the timeline. It is extra work to keep going between the edit & color pages to toggle tracks on and off just to grade them.

Hi, currently editing on premiere pro beta 26.5. Last night I was able to color grade few clips but today, whenever i click on the color tab, the entire app stops responding, you can make changes on the color tab but the sequence screen(i dont know what its called, but its the playback screen) is just black. also, it wont playback. the clips on the color tab on the right side is also just black. i tried editing the file in regular premiere pro but gave me an error and the color is different. 

Hi everyone,I just started using the Premiere Pro beta to test out the new object tracking feature. No matter how long I wait, it gets stuck at "Initializing" and just keeps spinning.My setup: Windows 11, Premiere Pro beta 26.0, GPU 5080, CPU Ryzen 9800X3d. The footage is from an iPhone 17.Things I've already tried: clearing the media cache, converting the file to ProRes, and nesting the clip before tracking. Nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any ideas?

The color window does not have an auto button that I have found, and getting between controls such as simple shadows, highlights, dark - where is it? This is much like a watered down version of what DaVinci has. Please keep working on this - it is terrible and really limited.

In the new beta (26.5 build 13) comparison view is basically nerfed. I can’t use it in color mode to compare one clip to another, which is ESSENTIAL if you shoot with different cameras, but it doesn’t appear in the editing mode program monitor buttons either….which is also an extremely useful tool when comparing footages in order to find splice points, etcetera. PLEASE do not nerf comparison view...it is SUCH an important tool beyond just seeing a “before and after” for color grading!!!!!

With build 58, I notice a .prin file is created with the project. Windows says it's an "Adobe Media Intellegence Project Index File." What's that supposed to do???

Hi,Erstellung der automaischen Objektmaske funktioniert hervorragend, aber bei der Initialisierung gibt es keinen Fortschritt. Ereignis: Unbekannte Prozessausnahme. Tracker vor, zurück einzeln oder vor und zurück funktioniert auch nicht. Was mache ich falsch?

Loop Playback is great in Color Mode, but it shouldn’t stay enabled when switching back to Edit Mode - two different use cases, please fix.

Hi, I’m on the latest Premiere Pro Beta. The Object Mask Tool works and tracking is fine, but there’s no highlight/outline showing in the Program Monitor. Overlays are enabled and I tried resetting preferences, but nothing helps. Is this a known bug or is there a workaround?Thanks.

Finding the shortcuts to switch between exposure zones a bit clunky. Could you add Previous/Next Zone shortcuts as well as individual ones? Much easier imho –exactly the same as the ones you’ve added to cycle through the Color Hues. Also, it’d be great if shortcuts for Color&Contrast, Color Shift, Detail also worked in Styles.

To make my green screen easier to key I have been using secondary to pump up its hue and saturation, then denoising and blurring it a little, before adding ultra key. How would I do something similar in color mode. I can see that for now at least the Lumetri Color panel is still available as an effect so I could put that onto my clip first, but I’d rather make the full leap to color mode if I can.

I’m currently working with the new Premiere Pro Beta color grading tools and ran into a workflow question.My footage comes from multiple cameras (Sony FX30 and DJI Air 3S), and each camera requires its own specific LUT for proper color matching. The issue is figuring out the best way to manage this efficiently in the new color grading workflow.Right now, I’m unsure how to structure the process so that each camera source automatically gets the correct LUT applied without constantly switching settings or breaking the grading workflow later on.What would be the recommended approach for handling multiple camera-specific LUTs in Premiere Pro Beta? Is there a clean workflow for organizing this in the new system?

I have a decent computer with 64GB of ram, 6GB of GPU with an Intel Core i7900 3.0GHz. Unfortunately windows won’t let me update to windows 11 (I use windows 10) because of the Trusted Platform Module version 2.0 (TPM 2.0). Today I finally updated Premiere Beta to it’s latest version (26.3.0.067) and when I opened it I got this warning message:  Does this mean that I will be stuck with the current official version of Premiere (26.2.2) “forever”? 

Will Adobe Premiere Pro stop supporting Windows 10 after October 2025?

Noticed that even in the beta there is no support yet for ARRICORE. Will the ARRI SDK be updated soon? The format has been out for quite a while and we have had to deal with the format in some projects already.

In the old Lumetri color panel there was an “auto” button that got levels and colors to a good starting place. I can’t find an auto button in this new Color system of 26.3.0 beta. Is it there?
