Premiere Elements

Hola, a ver si sé explicarlo... Estoy importando imágenes PNG a Premiere para montar una animación. Los personajes están perfectamente recortados en el PNG (sin fondo), pero una vez en el programa, aparece un sutil pero visible contorno al rededor de cada imagen. Nunca me había pasado hasta ahora.Aquí pongo un ejemplo: He dibujado una cara completa con los ojos mirando hacia abajo, y en la capa/canal de arriba he colocado otra imagen en la que sólo he dibujado los ojos mirando hacia arriba. Se puede ver que toda la zona del ojo (incluyendo parte del color de sombra de la piel) ha quedado contorneada.También pongo otro ejemplo de un segundo personaje recortado colocado sobre un fondo, todo él tiene un contorno grisáceo/blanquecino.

Hi, I have a problem with Premiere Elements 2021, I click twice and the program does not open. installation carried out without any problems. Can you help me fix this? I will add that I removed the program and installed it from 2 times and still the same.

Hi everyone,I was using Premiere Elements 8 until today and I've just decided to update my setup 😉I've got a big problem when I import a video with Premiere Elements 2021 : the snapshot is ok but the video has psychedelic colors (green and pink) as shown in the screenshot. The only way I found to fix it is using the auto-smart-tone but it takes time.- this happens with any video: from YouTube or made with Samsung 7 or S21 etc.- no problem with pictures loaded (jpg)- no problem with my computer Windows 10, Photoshop etc.Maybe can someone help me?Thank you !

My Premiere starts and gets to eLive successfully, and even creates a new startup file. But when I try to open any of the three tabs (quick, guided or expert) It crashes. All of my graphics and system drivers are up-to-date. 

Somewhere during startup up Premiere Elements 2020 is searching for a network disk that I do not always have available. So when my NAS located at z:\ is not present the PE refuses to start. I get a screen where I am offered to send a crash report (which I have done but received no feedback).I have looked through all settings and changed default storage location to my D:\... which is always present. But still somewhere in a setting I am not able to locate there is a reference to this z:\ disk.The only clue I have is that after start up without doing any other changes and when I do "Lägg till media" and select the "Filer och mappar" (swedish version and I suppose it is "Add Media" and "Files and folders" respectively in the english version") the default location it is opening is "Z:\Stefan\Adobe\Premiere Elements\18.0". And I cannot find where this is configured. So somewhere in PE it is still referencing my "Z:\ disk".When the z:\ i mapped and available everything works fine. But I am g

Hi, I have a HUGE video file (506GB) -- converted from an old VHS tape from the 1980s. Wedding video 1 hour long.Format is MPEG-4 within an MP4 container.I load the file into Premiere Elements and it totally chokes -- takes forever to edit. No surpise there.Question: if I compress it, will I lose lots of detail? It was originally 720-480 and I upconverted it to 400% in Topaz.I need to do scene to scene light correction.Edit first (even though it will take forever and most likely crash PE OR compress first and then edit?

Hey all, I'm new to premier elements and I have a question about importing images (specifically, an image displaying text). The raw image is very clear even when zoomed in a lot, but when I put it in the timeline and play the video, it looks very fuzzy and it's hard to make out the letters. When I pause the video in the timeline, it's very clear. I tried rendering the whole video but it's still fuzzy and now after rendering, it's fuzzy even when paused. I'm afraid the result in the final video will be fuzzy. How can I correct this or will it be clear in the final product? thank you (I've attached a picture for an example)

I am having trouble burning a DVD with adobe premiere 14. It burns the disc with a region restricition so that it will play on some DVD players, but not others. I have burned discs in the past with the exact same settings and not had this issue so I am not sure what has changed and why it is putting a region restriction on the disc now. 

OK, so my computer just recently got installed with a new drive, and Dad redownloaded Premiere Elements 14 onto it like on my old drive, but now Premiere won't let me upload .webm files into it, and more importantly, whenever I export a video, the colours are all washed out. On my old laptop drive, Premiere would export videos perfectly, and there would be absolutely no quality or colour difference between the original file, and the video I edited and exported on Premiere. I've attached three screenshots so you can see. How do I stop this? It's driving me crazy, and it means I can't edit and export any episodes until it's fixed. What's going on and how do I get it back to the way it was before?

I'm editing iPhone app video for posting as the first screen in the Apple app store. Required size for the video is 750:1334, 9:16. I there a way to setup the initial video in portrait mode? Many posts for how to rotate a specific clip, but I need the whole video in portrait position. How to accomplish this? I'm using Windows 7 and Premiere Elements 12 and now 13.

I recently got a new PC running Windows 10 and purchased Premiere Elements 2019 to run on it. So far, I have not been able to burn a playable video disc. My BluRay player gives the error "Cannot play this disc. The video format of the disc does not meet required video output format of this product. Disc purchased from abroad may not be playable."I am burning to the same external optical drive that I used with my previous PC, which also ran Windows 10, but with Premiere Elements 14. I was always able to burn playable discs successfully using that drive, with DVD-R media.When I use Premiere Elements 2019 to burn a disc, I notice some weird limitations to begin with. On the Export & Share screen, I choose DVD, and Type = Disc. The only format it offers is MPEG. The only resolutions it offers are SD 576 (720 x 576) and SD 480 (720 x 480). These seems like very low resolutions. Using Premiere Elements 14 on my old PC, it had options for higher resolution output.What am I missing? Have d

Premiere Elements comes with about 50 music scores.  I am wondering where or how I can get more music scores for my videos.

I recently took video of a SpaceX launch, but I was using a heavy lens and the video is relatively shaky.  Is there any way to edit the video to center the rocket?  I'm an astrophotographer and I use software to superimpose multiple images, but this is not a single point of light I'm trying to track.  It's a dynamic object; it's brightness changes, the trail changes, it's angle and trajectory changes.  I just want to keep the brightest thing in each frame centered.  I can't imagine that's so hard.  I think this is possible with Premiere Pro.  I've seen some videos of soccer balls being centered and what not, but nothing like this.  Any ideas?

I have some miniDv tapes that I'm dubbing to DVD with a JVC-SRDVM600 professional Deck.  Some of the tapes were recorded in 16x9 SD mode.  Please note, this is not HDDV.  The dvds created form these tapes always play in 16x9 format, and look great.  However when importing from the DVD with Premiere elements 2021, the resulting clips are 4x3, beginning from the upper left of the original format, and cutting off the right sided of the clip.  The clips also have black bars on the sides, which the true 4x3 clips did not.  When setting up the project, I changed the video setting to D1/DV NTSC Widescreen 16x9 preset.  If I right click on the imported clips, the Pixel Aspect Ratio says it is the D1/DV NTSC Widescreen 16x9 Setting.  However, the project and exports play in the 4x3 format described above, with the black bars on the sides.  Any ideas how to resolve this?  VLC has no problem importing and exporting in the correct format.

I'm using PE after a long period away from it. I managed to edit my video but have an issue with the export. I've tried several formats, including the default Quick Export, and the same thing happens - when I play the exported video it displays the filename and is otherwise all black for the first 3 seconds until my actual content starts. What do I have to do to have the exported video simply play my content without the filename and initial blank 3 seconds? Thanks. 

Guys,I'm curious, what "Use Hardware Acceleration" parameter means. I’m trying to render or export my project and getting 100% CPU loading (see the attachment). Why are not the video card features being used?I’ve tried to do the same in Movavi Video Editor and got only 20% CPU load and 95% GPU. And obviously the export has been done much faster.Does not Premiere Elements 2020 support Nvidia Quadro cards? Or I need to use Premiere Pro to have “all the features”? Why is that "Use Hardware Acceleration" parameter present in Premiere Elements then?Thank you.My system: i9-10900, 64Gb 2666 RAM, Samsung NVMe 970 2Tb, Nvidia Quadro P1000 4Gb.OS: Windows 10.

J'ai première élément 20 mais comment faire pour avoir une vision globale de tous ces éléments et en fonction de ça et du montage qu'on veut faire pouvoir changer de place un ou plusieurs éléments ? 

i have a powerful pc with amd ryzen 3950x cpu and radeon rx6900xt graphics card all latest drivers installed on windows 10 pro, premiere elements 2020 video editor always gives non compatible driver found message and then closes  , i have tried the various so called fixes but nothing, any ideas would be appreciated as adobe offer no support on this matter 

Hi, I'm finally using my Premiere Elements 2018 to edit some gameplay videos, and I've added some subtitles to a clip. However, after rendering, some of these subtitles swap with, or even replace, others and end up in all sorts of different positions across the clip. Has anyone had this issue before/know how to resolve this? Kind Regards, Eddie

Hi,Is there any quick tool to convert vertical iphone videos to horizontal videos by filling the black side bars with a blurred zoom-ed in sample of the movie, in the 'quick' mode of Premiere Elements?I know that you can do this manuallyby using the 'Expert' mode, running two copies of each movie on parallel tracks and zooming in/blurring the second track but this seems very long winded when you have multiple clips to edit (d'oh - rookie error for years in filming iphone clips in portrait orientation!) I just wondered if there was a tool where I could just push one button on the movie and it would convert it, ideally staying in the 'quick' mode as I'm a newbie?

I have Premier Elements 12, recently upgraded to newer phone, (third phone and second camera since Elements purchase). All other device upgrades worked fine. Elements 12 will only upload the audio part of video with only a black screen from this newly recent device's video. Tried the free trial 2021 version with this device's video and it uploads video along with its audio just fine, so it's not a device problem.Need help in figuring out what's up with Elements 12.  It's still a useful program for my needs, don't really want to upgrade to 2021 just yet.  Anyone? Help.

missing MSVCP120.dlltried EVERYTHING including installing uninstalling reinstalling uninstalling reinstalling ALL of the C++ runtime things on microsoft server. I would like to do some video edits for my youtubes and have a paid for disk of Adobe premiere elements 15. Ever since I upgraded to windows 10 it will not run saying i have a missing dll file. I worked for days trying everything. Uninstalling and reinstalling many time, uninstalling and reinstalling the c++ runtime things for multilpe years. I doanloaded hitfilm express but that will not run either! Finally totally frustrated i installed a whole new drive and put Windows 7 back on it. Preiemer still will not run and now windows will not allow me to update, so i upgraded to windows 10 again and guess what? ya same missing dll files for both preiere and hitfilm. i am ready to smash this thing and buy a whole new computer. i gave up video editing for a tyear because of this problem.

Trying to see if there are options to speed up the export while maintaing my source video's quality.At present, I am recording a live stream output in OBS Studio. That recording is then cut/edited in Premiere Elements for broadcast on a local public access channel. The editing is limited to cutting a larger 1 hour, 30 minute MP4 file down to the 30 minutes required by the format and adding overlays. Currently, exporting the 1080p video takes about the 20 to 30 minutes (same as the runtime) but trying to see if there are ways to speed that up in the export settings.Is there an option in the export profile to the affect of "Match source video file properties"? Thinking along the lines of trying to reduce the re-encoding for potions of the video file that are otherwise not modified.

Win 10iTunes InstalledAPE 2019 I am loading three mp4 files to a project. All created in te same place, iPad camera.The third one gives me this error messageThid type of file is not suported or required Codec is not installed.Nothing has changed. How do I correct this? Thank you Cheers! Phil

Where the Elements licence covers 2 devices, can 1 of them be used on a PC and other on a mac? If I download for PC can I use same licence key when I download for the mac?
