Premiere Elements

Help - I have Adobe Premier Elements 13 & it is loaded on a HP 450 Laptop with an i5 processor. I have been burning DVD's quite happily since my last glitch - solved that by getting a new lap top. Now I am getting this new error message - The Data Rate of this file is too high for DVD. The DVD is only an hour & a half so it is not huge (have done lots bigger in the past) - I have rendered the data all to no avail I keep getting this message. I have never had this error before but see that it has been around for quite some time but the fixes are all tech talk & I am a plain English type of old lady. Yesterday before I attempted to make my DVD - when I turned Premier Elements 13 on - there was an upgrade  - so I ran it - silly me!!! I have since uninstalled & reinstalled the program (without the upgrade) but to no avail - still getting the message  Now I am not tech minded so please can anyone help me in plain English? Hello, I have a digitally purchased version of Adobe Premiere Elements 15. Despite having no issues for several years of use, suddenly Adobe Elements 15 will not launch on my PC (Dell latitude e7440). Once launched the application spends a few moments initializing before it crashes and fails to run, the tab closes itself. The Event viewer shows the following error (see below). Hi. I upgraded from 14 to the 2021 version.  Seems when I go to select in and out points in a clip. the "In and Out" selector is not visable. I did not have this issue with 14. Is there an on/off button i am not aware of?

I only want the blur effect to be for about one minute. How do I set an end time? 

I am running Premiere Elements 2021.1 (Version 19.0, 20210127.daily.2235820) on Windows 10 Pro 20H2, build 19042.804).  After using it for less than 1/2 hour, the memory usage maxes out (16GB) and the SSD usage goes to 100%.  The screen goes black and comes back, but no longer using the nVidia GTX970 GPU, but rather the Intel integrated HD Graphics 3000 on the i7 2600k. I have disabled the Intel graphics device in the task manager, but the problem persists.  The nVidia GPU is using driver 461.72. Since I have only been using this a day on this particular machine, I cannot say what all triggers this, but so far it was a file save requester and narration.  Any suggestions for how to fix this?

I HAVE IT ON TWO COMPUTERS AND BOTH SAY THE SAME THING. 

Even my APE 8 and 12 will not start. Helper from Adobe was logged in to my computer for many hours and deleted all my photoshop files, apps, programs, settings etc. And I can not get help with finding all this again. The apps I have downloaded but all other bought programes is gone and all settings for my apps. Someone have a nice tips for me how to find this? Thanks

I want to upscale 1080p Footage to 4k but it's just getting Blurry. Hi,I have bought Adobe Photoshop Elements & Adobe Premiere Elements in Nov 2019. I recently installed it in my new laptop (installed version Adobe Premier Elements 2020 version 18.0 (20201207.....)) and was editing videos (merging multiple video files capptured form camera, handycam, mobile after editing and smart trim). I need help on three issues, please share tips - that would be great help :). Specially first one as I lost good amount of work: 1. Error or corrupt file:I faced an issue yesterday while working on a project (I already created and exported 5 video projects in this laptop). Suddenly Adobe premiere element was not responding, I had to close it and open it again, since than I cannot see some clips (40% clips that I trimmed are showing as gray boxes), I searched those in Expert mode (project asset) to see it in Clip viewer but cannot see the clip or it's smart trim version. I tried creating a copy of the file and try replacing the clip too by right click

Running Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 on Windows 10, i5, 12MB RAM. Regardless of whether I export to MP4 files or directly to YouTube, I'm getting very erratic, jumpy, shaky videos. The audio seems normal but the video seems to be stuck in some high-speed loop.  If I export small sections of this video, sometimes they export properly, other times they export in this erratic format.   Example here ==> YouTube ExportDoes anyone have any ideas on this? Thanks in advance.

After I tried to reset my Windows 10 OS w/ keep files and apps option, the Elements application seems to not exist where I installed the software.  However I installed it to my external drive and now it has disappeared all together.  Can't find it on the ex. drive or interanl drive but the files seem to all still be there with previous project saves. I can't seem to reinstall the program either and I don't know what to do. How do I get Premiere Elements back?

I just upgraded to Premiere Elements 2021. I'm working on a video I created in PE 2020.The title geometrictravellowerthird is not rendering properly.  When I see it in "edit mode" it looks proper.  It rendered properly in PE 2020It renders like this in PE 2021 

Hi, I am using PE 2021 on MacOS Big Sur and unable to import MTS files from SD recorded with Canon XA10. The import worked fine with MacOS Catalina and PE2018 and stopped there after upgrade to Big Sur. Therefore I decided to upgrade tp PE 2021 hoping that this version will fix the issue, but it is still there. PE 2021 or Organizer recognizes the SD card, but then it is failing with something like "This device does not contain any supported media"(Sorry if this is not the correct wording, as I am using German version which displays"Dieses Gerät enthält keine unterstützen Medien")It's not a problem with the SD card as iMovie does not have a problem to recognize and read the MTS. Also, there is no problem to import NEF files from another SD card or mp4s from a Sony action cam.Is this a known problem or is there some setting I need to enable/adjust? Thanks,Gerald

The lion's share of the text will still be in English, with only an occasional Chinese Charactor needed. In other words, I don't want to switch my system fonts to Chinese or even the fonts in Adobe Premier elements. I only need an occasional few charactors in Chinese.For example, I might need to type my name "Robert" in Chinese in a text box or title field. That is written "罗伯特" in Chinese ... Adobe Premier Elements recognizes the last two charactors of "伯特" (yes, there are just two charactors there), but does not recognise the first one "罗". So that charactor is always replaced with a vertical box containing an X inside the box, making the entire name look like this:   (

(Sorry if this is a duplicate post,  it was showing up error on the first try) Hi,  I have searched all over and have found nothing to help with my application.  Looking for information on what would be the best Presets and even the best Multiplexer, Video and Audio Settings, in the Share tab part of Premier Elements 9, for a particular finished video that I want to use in a certain application:   I have finished edited master videos I want to save to the computer made with PE9, but now I want them saved as a master in the proper and best quality format saved to the computer, then upload a copy of that master file later online to a cloud or website, in order to make them available for online digital streaming and online digital downloading, with less play back problems as possible for viewers.  Yes PE9 is dated, but it works well, and want to keep using it for what I'm looking to do if at all possible.  I have already saved them to DVD masters, and

Windows 10, APE 2018, Epert Mode.I used Shake Reduction on five clips in a video. When I try to export I get this error message. Shake Reduction is in progress or has encounted an errorPlease restaart Export once progressis is complete or resolve the error and start again. I have rerun Shake Reduction, as best I can tell turned it off on each clip, restarted the program, I do have fades on each clip. Project facts:- 150 MP4 video clips from GoPro, mobilephone and Sony Photocam (Total 71 GB)- 300 JPG photos (Total 560 MB)- 450 video transitions- 150 audio transitions- 40 titles - length approx 55 minutes System: Win10 PC with 64GB RAM / 3 HDD / Nvidia GTX2080 Ti (basically a video editing beast) Problem: Until approx. a length of approx 50 mins everything was ok. Then first instabilities occured and now PE crashes when I try to work. Memory consumption goes up to 55GB. Various low-level exception messages caused by some videofilter (that I did not apply in that project). Steps taken to analyse:- googled ... no result 😉- upgraded Win10 / Nvidia drivers ... no result- reinstalled PE 17... no result- upgraded to PE 19 ... no result - imported to test version Premiere Pro ... that crashes as well (caused by the same videofilters mentioned in the low-level exceptions)- removed all video/audio-transitions ... no result- checked EVERY clip/photo for a videofilte

Hi guys, there are plenty of free transistion packs for Adobe Premiere Pro and I am wondering if I can use those also for Premiere Elements? Same for some Effect presets and more fonts. Is that possible? Are the special packs for Premie Elements or can I use those for Premiere Pro as well? Thanks for the help and kind regardsHans
