Premiere Elements

Hi,First of all, I already used motion tracking in Premiere Elements a couple of months ago and it worked well. Now, it does not. First time, the video was taken by Iphone XR and this one - by Iphone 7.I have a 10 seconds clip (my test clip), where my daughter moves the ball from one side to the other one (back and forth) for 10 seconds. I want to follow the ball and attach a NOT-anumated object to it from the graphics panel, for example, Panda from the Baby category. I track the ball (the program does it very quickly) and attach Panda to it. The tracking happens only for 2 seconds and then the object (Panda) disappears. I thought the problem is the length of Panda object (as it shows shorter than the clip), but it is not an animated object, so it should last for the duration of the clip. I tested by tracking the object (ball) and playing the video before attaching Panda to the ball, and the yellow rectangle only moves for a couple of seconds and then disappears, like it gets detached

Hi,I'm running Premiere Elements 2020 on Windows and I've tried, multiple times, to change the default location for Scratch discs. Everytime I close my project and re-open it again, the default settings are back. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.--Bill

I've been on hold for freaking 2 hours, all I want to ask is what are any suggested windows based computers to run a current Adobe Premiere Elements that I already have. I do not want to switch to Apple unless last resort. Many gaming laptops say they video edit well but in forums I read a lot of people who have had issues with Adobe not jiving well with the operating systems....? Some have great success.

I purchased this from an Online retailer and was provided with a redemption code to install it.  I now have a new PC to reinstall it but no longer have the redemption code.  I've tried contacting the retailer for this, they said they can provide the redemption code but have not heard from them over a week.  Is it possible to reinstall the software without a redemption code?  Do Adobe have my details to validate the purchase and provide me with a reinstallation code?

My PE 13 has started not responding for a minute or so everytime I open the program or when I add a menu. In Task Manager it says Adobe PE 13 not responding. If I wait it will finally come back alive. It also seems to be slower than normal when I add a video to the timeline. It will show up on the time line but takes longer than usual to show the audio waveform.

Spent hours carefully adding a blur adjustment layer, only to find after saving and exporting the layers have moved out of place. Help! Thanks

Downloaded free trial of Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 seems to download perfectly. Launches to the home page but then won't open the video editor workspace. I used to use Elements and wanting to see how it works before i purchase but not very impressed at the mo!!😂 can anyone help!

Inserisco nella traccia dei files in 4k, ma quando vado a creare il e convertire in mp4 (massima risoluzione), l'immagine risulta di pessima qualità.Una cosa strana che ho notato è che, nonostante il programma mi preveda la dimensione del filmato di 60GB, alla fine il progetto che esce è di al massimo 2gb con qualità pessima.Avete riscontrato anche voi questo problema?Grazie

Hi there, so the first thing I want to disclose is that I'm a complete amateur when it comes to video editing. So I wanted to ask.  I took some raw footage on my iphone (.MOV files).  I added about 18 short separate files (about 35Mb - 65Mb per file -- or 30 - 45 seconds per file), which I was to trim down in the program.  Anyway, I noticed that the images on the preview were very grainy.  Like the program had compressed the files and lost a lot (a LOT) of information.  I figured, it was just the display, and when I export the final project it would be ok.  However when I exported the file, the video quality was better than on the preview screen, but it was significantly lower than the original files.  I equate it to buying a 4k BluRay movie but only able to watch it on my parents old CRT Tv with the twisty knobs, that's how much the difference in quality was from the raw footage to the finished video. The second issue I had was that th

Hello, I cannot open my last project files anymore. For some reasons it tells me that the project file is not compatible with my version of premiere elements. I didn't change or update anything while working on it the last days. I have no clue what is wrong. Any help or recommendations?

hello there!, im trying to make a movie where it involves a green screen suit. and I recorded the short film on my 16inch 2019 MacBook pro which I have adobe premiere elements 2020 installed on. but the problem is when I use the ultra key effect it just turns the green screen suit into a black figure and not make it disappear. 

I created a DVD with menus and saved as an .iso file. Now I want to re-edit but how do I get the .iso file back into premier elements 2020 or Premier Pro - the original file is damaged?

こんにちは。映像Codecが安定しなくて、iphoneやipadでは映像が映らない事があります。PCとかだと何も影響が無いのですが、どうもプレミアエレメンツでは些細な事で手持ちのipadでは映像が映らなくなるようです。プレミアプロの方がCodecは選べると聞きましたがそちらの方が確実に失敗は少なくなるのか、ベストな設定方法があれば教えて頂けると助かります。  一応念のため上が映像が出ないもの下が映像が出るものです。

Just installed Premiere Elements 15 and am unable to capture.  I have tried connecting my camera to my computer via my Matrox card with a IEEE 1394 Firewire cable and also to the computer directly using the same cable, getting the same error message.  My camera is a Canon XL1s.  Any thoughts on what I should do differently?Thanks much!

Hi all,This is my first time posting so i'll try to do my best at explaining. I recently went to Indonesia and used my iPhone, a GoPro, and a Mavic Pro drone to capture some great footage of my trip. I recently bought Premiere Elements to help me organize and create a video of the trip. I have everything put togther on a timeline the way I would like it but realized after rendering that my HD drone footage looks very poor quailty. The drone footage itself is good quailty on its own but seems to demish when put into my timeline. I have tried to change the video rendering settings to export with no noticable change in quaility. I read a couple other forums and looked online trying to apply suggestions to mine with no luck. My iPhone photos and videos seem fine and my GoPro footage seems great. This drone footage quailty is basically the last thing I would like to complete my project. I am using a Windows 10 laptop and my drone is a Mavic Pro. Any help would be greatly appr

The first clip for my video is raw video to which I applied an effect (Vignetting).  I then added snapshots following the raw video, and for some reason they appear with the Vignetting effect also.  When I try to remove this effect from the snapshots (selecting each clip and then selecting the effect edit), the effect does not show up in my list of effects, so I cannot delete it.  HELP!

Having problems editing .MOV files from Nikon Z7, ie can hardly see them in timeline, they don't seem to load properly altough they are visible in workspace - any similar experience anyone?

Die Anwendung fehlt jedoch oder ist beschädigt. Laden sie eine neue Kopie von Adobe Apllication Manager unter http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager_de herunter.Ich habe die Creative Cloud in der aktuellsten Version installiert und diese Maßnahme bringt nichts.Gibt es sonst eine Möglichkeit das Programm als Vollversion zu starten?Michael
