数年前にプレミアムエレメンツ13を購入してデスクトップPCで今でも使っています。最近ノートPCも新しく購入したのでここにも13をインストールしようとしたのですが行き詰まっています。アドビアプリケーションの古いバージョンのダウンロードをするにはマイアカウントのページ注文履歴からダウンロードできるみたいなのですが何故か13のことが載っていません。13はもうサポートも終了しているので無理なのでしょうか？

Hi All, Premiere Elemenets 15 can't produce square videos for Facebook, but can PE 2020 produce them? It seems like a pretty standard format now but I haven't seen much conversation recently as to whether this feature has been included? 

Hi - i've tried exporting a video from prem elements a few times. Directly to Youtube at first twice, with no luck.i've now exported it to my computer and it's fine for 4 minutes and then it cuts out. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to fix this please?thanks

I purchased adobe elements to create videos for work. It is now on my laptop but I want to use in on my my larger screened computer. How do I transfer the app to my MacOS 

I am trying to pixelate a face, but when tracking using keyframes  the video freezes.

I have an old Panasonic NV-GS180 Mini DV camcorder with a lot of content on Mini DV tape that I want to get onto my computer hard drive and start editing. The first problem is getting the camcorder to connect to the PC (using Windows 10).  Apparently there is no driver for this camcorder.  The only outlet sockets are Firewire/DV, 3.5mm jack socket for RCA output and mini USB.  Before I purchase the Premiere Elements software does anyone know if it will accept a live input stream from the camcorder via the mini USB or Firewire?  Thanks in advance.

Permiere Elements 14 issues with subject upgrade:Intermittant crash on launch.On full project exports mp4 files with zero content.Cut project in half and exported file only plays halfway through. Pixelan 3d six pak transitions play OK in timeline but are corrupt on exported mp4.Been struggling with this week and have pretty well exhausted all the support tips I can find.Thanks..Jim 

表題の不具合に関しまして非常に困っております。 明日サポートセンターに電話もしてみようかと思っていますが繋がらない・治らない可能性もありますのでこちらにて質問させていただきました。どなたか改善に向けアドバイスをいただけると幸いです。 先週からPremiere Elements使用時に不具合が多発していてまともに使えない状態となっています。（一年以上何も問題なく使えていました。） 症状①タイムラインの動画のプレビューができず緑色の画面がプレビューされる（音声は流れる）対応：https://helpx.adobe.com/jp/premiere-pro/kb/cq02250242.htmlこちらを参考に「Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs」「Layouts」「Styles」の名前の変更を行った→問題なく立ち上がり、動画のプレビューができるようになったが、すぐにまた①の症状になった（保存などの小さなアクションをしただけでも、①の症状に戻ってしまう）症状②「書き出しと共有」にて動画ファイルをレンダリングをすると途中でCPUが極端に落ち、処理が止まってしまう（60～80％→1％以下に落ちる）昨日までは1時間強ほどの長さに調整すればレンダリングができた。今日からは30分程度の動画でも40％程度で止まってしまう。対応：CPUの熱の問題を考え、温度を計測。レンダリング時でも最高60℃前半CPUが落ちると40℃程度になる premireの再インストールを何度も繰り返したが治らずPCのCドライブのみのリカバリも行ったが、治りません。  他のソフトやPhotoshopも問題なく使用できています。 よろしくお願いいたします。 スペックOperating SystemWindows 10 Home 64-bitCPUIntel Core i7 @ 1.80GHzKaby Lake-U/Y 14nm TechnologyRAM16.0GBMotherboardMouseComputer Co.Ltd. trying to render in 1080p but premerie elements 2020 just freezes after 6% completion... what gives? program is useless to me if it doesn't render the video? my CPU gets pegged at 100%.. is there no way to offload it to the GPU or is there someway to help the CPU out?

I just downloaded Premier Elements trial for evaluation. I tried to import an Atomose Ninja V 10-bit video (.mov) from the drive, but all I get is the audio. It does not seem to be able to import the high resolution video. Is Elements compatible with this resolution or file type?

Is there a way to convert files created with Premiere Pro to the format used by Premiere Elements?

I'm a longtime user of an older version of Premiere Elements, but new to 2020. I want to tweak Motion on a video clip. I click on the FX pencil icon at the far right side of the screen. Instead of showing me Motion and Opacity, it says, "Applied Effects: No Effects Applied." I know there are no effects applied -- that's why I'm trying to apply them. How can I find Motion? The objective is to adjust its slider to make the video larger.

The project is very simple and includes still images, transitions and audio (voice and soundtrack).The images are created in photoshop and include hand drawing, text, geometric shapes.When exporting I noticed the images were not as crisp as they should be. There is a lot of aliasing as if the image was upscaled. (I do understand the difference between the preview, the rendered preview and the final export.)As it is my first project, I did not pay attention when creating it and used the default settings wich later found that they (mostly) cannot be changed.My first images were 4k jpgs, exported from photoshop files in 4k. Beim Klick auf „exportieren und freigeben" zeigt mir ein Fenster an: Verwackelungsreduzierung wird noch ausgeführt oder ist fehlerhaft, und lässt keine Exportierungsmöglichkeit zu.Ich kann nicht erkennen, wo ein solcher Vorgang nicht abgeschlossen sein könnte.Nachdem ich keinen Fehler gefunden habe, schaltete ich von „Experte auf schnell" und anschließend auf Verwackelungsreduzierung, klickte auf einen Clip und ging unter „Anpassungen“ auf „ganzer Film“. Dabei bewegte sich nichts. My videomerge did not work on exporting a 4k movie. Two of my tracks export you can see the green screen just like videomerge did not work on 2 out of 3 videomerge clips. It all looked fine in the editor but after export 4k videomerge seemed not to work on 2 out of 3 clips. Anyone else had this. Using Premiers Elements 2020. 

When I try export my video from my timeline to my destop I get a black screen that shows my title but when I click on the play button it is completely inactive-- there is no audio or video.  Sometimes it will show the first shot of the video but when I press play, it does not respond and when I scrub there the video there is only black

I'm using a Logitech USB camera which includes the microphone. I use Windows 10 with the Camera app. It records in mp4 format. However, when it renders in Premiere Elements 15, the audio and video are always out of sync. How to fix?

so when im playing around in the timeline my timeline plays by milliseconds and not seconds and its a little irritating. any one have any suggestions? i want it to play the big lines not the small lines. 

Hi,where can I get more visual and sound effects as well as transitions? What is in Premiere Elements is not sufficient for my projects. I want to have up to date effects to download. thanks!

I used to be able to use CTRL+L (PSE7 and 10 and others) to get to levels, which I can do now. Then I would hit CTRL+A and auto levels. Now with PSE2020, instead of the commands working I get the eye dropper. The control commands do nothing? I can't find the setting to make the keyboard work for Automatic? What am I doing wrong? Also as I did the sequence of close an image, using X  I would get warned "save changes..." and I could hit ENTER then it would say SAVE, and "confirm Save As" which defaulted to YES, so I could just click, click, click, click (save as quality level was last, which still works). Now it stays on NO so I have to use the mouse. Can I set the default as Yes? 

I don't seem to be able to apply shake reduction at all.  Is it  because Elements doesn't seem to have an appropriate preset for this video format?  This happens with portrait or landscape video, even in a brand-new project where the clip is the only media (so my understanding is that Elements should have chosen appropriate settings based on that clip.)    Am I missing something, or would I have to generate a new preset or two by copying and tweaking the xml files for the presets? Thanks!

My problem is the following:I activated  premiere elements 13 back in 2014 and it has been working fine for years. Recently though I switched windows and changed to a static IP adres (I have no idea if these things have any effect). On my new windows I tried doing a project in Premiere Elements and it said I'm on a trial version so I chose the option to activate my license. I got a message saying that I need to deactivate my license on my previous computer. The problem is I am still on the same PC and I am logged onto the same account from back in 2014. So I would like to know:-How does Adobe assign a licenseto a PC (is it IP, Windows, PC hardware, location ? I have no idea)-How do I deactivate my license from my "old PC"-Does deactivation mean I can still activate it later I would appreciate any kind of help, have a nice day 🙂
