Premiere Elements

Hi there I was looking to create a project that I can post in my Instagram story. PLEASE don't tell me that Elements doesn't support this format?  thankfull for every answer

As stated in the title Prem Elements 2020 Help tab not functional "no response"; online help, getting started etc..... clicking on any of these items nothing happens. On top of that Prem 2020 does not recognize my video camera to capture; "no supported device detected". I have this software one day and am ready to send it back. Prem Elements 12 worked great (broke my rule; why upgrade?)Any help on the help would be appreciated; Probably need to upgrade the ieee 1394 firewire card ( tried both legacy and Win 10 drivers) Windows 10 (v. 1909) 64bIntel i7 4790K@4g32g memorySony DCR VX2100 

I'm trying to overlay a photo on top of a video clip, which I've done successfully. However, it makes the part of the video that it occupies fuzzier than when it wasn't there. My playback is at full.The video resolution is 1920 x 1080The photo resolution is 366 x 991 I have noticed that it only gets fuzzy after I've rendered the footage.

Hi, I recently had several old (1938-42) 8mm home reels scanned professionally. The video seems to be stretched horizontally. How can I re-proportion the video frame to correspond to the original proportions, which I gather were 1.4:1 for that film? Using iMac and Mojave. Thanks!!!

I have not used my camcorder for three or four years, but have now finished making a film of a holiday and done everything as on previous occasions and was planning to burn it to a DVD as before. My version is Adobe Premiere Elements 7. Unfortunately when I click "Share" and then click "Disc" the little blue circle rotates for several seconds and then the Adobe programme crashes completely. I have tried several times, but the end is always the same. Any ideas helpful, please!

This is a new purchase/install as of 4/2/2020. I open an .mp4 file and it plays fine in the editor. I trim off the front and back then save to an mp4 file. New file's audio is out of sync when played back. As a test I opened the newly exported file back into premiere to see if the audio was correct. It was not. The audio becomes out of sync when I export. (HD 720) Also tried Higher quality setting. No change.I need help with this fast.Thank you

I am looking for assistance in how I can edit a full basketball game and then use the highlights from multiple games in a new project for a highlight video.   I have used the "Smart Trim" functionality and renamed my clips within the expert timeline, but I have not found a way to use these clips in a new project.   Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone, I am a new user, just recently purchased Premeire Elements 2020 for use to edit videos for my church during the current quarantine. I have many years of experience using various professional video editing software solutions, and decided to go with Adobe Premiere Elements for the simplicity and quick ability to edit prerecorded footage together for use in YouTube streaming. Thus far I'm finding the program quite intuitive and easy to learn -- however, I am continually running into instances where the program is locking up during the editing process. Now, I know my computer is capable of heavy video editing (WIndows 10, Intel 8 core i7-9700, 2 1 TB SSDs, 32 GB RAM, MSI GeForce GTX 1660Ti graphis card), and I'm only editing one or two video clips and audio tracks per session at 720p 60fps, and this program doesn't seem to be capable of handling it. It bogs down, chops and locks up after just a few minutes of adding transitions and FX to JPG slides within the timeli

I want to use Thirdparty' s effect on Premiere Elements 2018. Premire Elements 2018 can import Thirdparty' s effect?

I have problems updating Premiere Elements 2020 on my MacBook Pro 2020. I get the message that there is an update, but it won't download, because Adobe Updater doesn't work on OS Catalina 10.15.4. Can't find any solutions on the community, getting help from Adobe is even more challenging. And the chat robot is the worst invention ever. Fire it!!! Trying to post something here is also incredibly complicated! 

I am trying to record narration over the video I'm creating in Premiere. However, the recording process repeatedly stops after 20-30 seconds. I thought maybe the issue was a lengthy silence (1 second), but tried it w/out taking a breath. Same issue. I tried playing a song into the microphone. Same thing.Please advise. I've tried an external usb microphone as well.As I've seen in other discussions about the narration, I've  not had this problem in Windows Movie Maker.

I just bought Premiere Elements 2020 for the purposes of being able to burn Blu-Ray discs using it. Now, all I get is an 'Incompatible Disc' message for the project. It occurs with any and all video file formats I have tried (MPEG2, AVI, M2TS). This is the type of disc I have been trying to use. It seems to be the ONLY one available locally for purchase. Ideas? What do I need to fix? This software is brand new and I got it for being able to burn Blu-Rays as I cannot find other Blu-Ray burning software.

Randomly while editing, elements will flip a clip upside down, it will also flicker and look filtered like a negative. that clip will also run into the next clip so the visual keeps playing but you can hear the next clips audio. Please help.

What is the easiest way to recombine multiple clips in to one clip for the purpose of cropping the entire clip at once rather than cropping each individual video clip seperately. I am using Ps Premiere Elements 2019. I have researched this and cannot find a way to do it without Exporting and Sharing into one new clip. I was hoping for an easier method. Thanks

Hi,I am having problems with the videos I want to import in my Abobe PE project that get distorted.If I read the videos with an other program, no problem. See windows media player below:When I import it in my Adobe PE 2019 project it renders the video in negative colors.Does anyboby have an idea what can be done here?Looking forward for your helpBest regards

 I am using first time and I created a video in Adobe Premiere element and then clicked Export and Share, Recommended for this project. However, the file name of my video ("abcd.mp4") is displayed in the final video when it first starts, and whenever I pause the video. I don't want the file name to be displayed. How do I remove this?

I've been happily working on a project in PE14 (on a  WIN7 PC) but today when I click the Render button justabove the timeline (I use Expert Mode) it does not render - it just starts playing the video thats being worked on.There is no continuous horizontal orange line above the timeline - its just orange above some of the textsthat are on the video 2 line.  There is even a short green line.Yesterday (or day before) I could happily render - but it appears not to do so any more!

My premiere elements 2020 keeps freezing.  I have 1 T of space, Windows 10.  Any help, please.

When watching an mp4 video created by PE 2018, every once in a while there is a slight flicker, i.e. one single frame randomly has a higher luminance than the others.  These "flashing" glitches are never present in the preview, only in the mp4 after export.  They are definitely not present in the original files and seem to appear in different places even without making any changes to the timeline.  I've experimented with different settings (turning maximum bit depth, hardware acceleration, etc... on/off) but different settings only lead to the glitch appearing in different locations. Has anyone else experienced this?  Please help.  This is EXTREMELY annoying for a perfectionist like me.  I want a clean professional looking output.  These random flickers ruin it for me.

im trying to set the aspect ratio settings ..its disabled how do i fix this wont let me upload my footage from my canon camera saying the size width and hieght isnt the correct format when i try to bring it up on the time;ine 

When I try to upload a video to YouTube the upload progress starts normally first. It runs smoothly to about 20%, then it starts again. This progress repeats all the time, until YouTube says that the upload doesnt work. When I do the same thing with a 10 seconds video it works. Whats strange is that my video is 1.3GB big but its only 4 minutes long and has a resolution of 1920x1080p@60fps. I asked so many people, even the YouTube team on Twitter, but nobody was able to answer my question. So now my question is:Can anybody please tell me what im doing wrong or better even send me some Screenshots thats show whats the best export settings for normal YouTube videos with a resolution of 1920x1080p and 60fps? I used the export setting where the settings are chosed based on the imported file and another custom export setting that I showed in the pictures.

I got Adobe Elements 2019 as a present and have never been able to use the Premiere editor to do anything.When I load or import a video and then try to edit it the video it displays with extremely "jittery"  with audio and video to the point I can do nothing with it. Oddly if I save or export the jittery file from Premiere it runs fine in a player, so I assume it is some settings or hardware issues. IS it possible to purchase Premiere videp editor outright so that I own it rather than merely subscribing at a monthly or yearly rate?
