When I create a video I can post it to YouTube in 30 fps only. When I set custom export settings to get the video in 60 fps the upload doesnt work for some reason. Please tell me how I can export videos in 1080p60 and watch and post them where I want.
This is pretty urgent as I need the showreel completed by Monday! Hi everyone, I'm using Adobe Premiere Elements 11 on a mid 2012, '13 inch MacBook Pro with 4GB of Ram and a 500GB hard drive. I am am currently trying to export a short 8 minute showreel onto a 1tb hard drive that is 5 years old and is 50% full. I have done this tonnes of times before and had absolutely no issues whatsoever. When I try to export the video using the Vimeo SD setting the progress bar immediately goes up to 1 hour and 43 minutes and doesn’t go down very quickly. Normally the progress bar says it will take several hours and then goes down very quickly and generally only takes about 30 minutes in the worst cases. Any suggestions?
I have tried several setting to export to youtube and the quality is terrible. I have a Gopro Hero7 & and i am recording in 2.7K. I bring footage into PE2020 and export 4k becuase the next lowest is 1080P (where is 2.7K?) . The video quality on youtube doesnt go any higher then 1080P https://youtu.be/J9D_UCLnGgI . If u right click on the video, choose stats for nerds it say Codec= AVIC. When i video is labeled AVIC , youtube dumbs down the quality. What you want to see is VP09 https://youtu.be/Oh5X8bUo4n8 How do i export a video from PE2020 so i can get higher then 1080 and ultimately VPO9. Could i record in 1080 on the gopro and upscale on the export? I greatly appreciate your help, i have searched for hours for the answer. I have tried exporting strait to youtube from PE2020 as well as saving the file then uploading via Youtube uploader. One more thing, the video above that is VP09 is was exported the same way in PE2020 but for somereason that short video
I recently upgraded my computer hardware so I could do 4K, I'm using an AMD Ryzen 7 2700X processor with an XFX Radeon G570 Graphics card, Windows 10 home 64 bit. And I've been able to load everything up to 4K 30fps but when I try for the 60 I get a message that say "file not supported or missing a Codec." I installed the HEVC Codec today, and I even went throught the processes Adobe gives because of a similare problem with the 2020 version, but it didn't fix it. By the way I did restart my computer after adding the Codec and it seemed to help with viewing the file in VLC, but Adobe Premiere Elements still won't accept it. Does anybody have any ideas?Appreciate any help you can give.
My computer crashed.. I lost everything.. I got a new harddrive installed.. can I get my old premier elements 18 back to put on this harddrive.. and no I have no info on it.. I can't find a way to call and verify myself so they will let my install on computer with a different harddrive.
I'm using Premiere Elements 12 and can find no option for saving/exporting my finished project as an mp4. What am I missing?
This is a commonly posted issue, but I have tried many of the things listed in other posts and no luck so far. When I try to play an mp4 video from a video camera in Elements, it will play from a split second to maybe 1-2 seconds and then pause again. Strangely, it worked fine for the first 15 minutes or so of it being newly installed on this computer, but now every time it only runs for a split second. HP PavilionIntel core i5-8400T CPU, 1.70GHz, 6 cores12 GB RAMIntel UHD graphics 630 I watched Task Manager while trying to play the video as was suggested, but it doesn't appear that anything else is hugely impacting CPU or memory use. Turned internet and antivirus off, no difference. I don't have the option in preferences - audio hardware to choose no device, which seems to have worked for many people. I run the program on my home computer no problem, which is older and I'm quite sure is less powerful. There's no orange bar at the top
My videos automatically fade to black on the last frame. I want them to not fade to black and end on the last full frame of the show. I've fiddled aournd and gotten it to work but have no idea what a did to get it to work. So each time I have to fiddle. Can any one point me in the right direction. adobe Premiere Elements 2020, iMac
I'm really curious as to why this happens. One clip will be fine but the next will not have audio. I am uploading recordings of my desktop or games being played but I don't understand why one will have it but not the next. I always wait for the imported clip to finish conforming before I drag it to the track. They are all mp4 files. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated!
Is it possible to edit 2 to different speed frames together in Premiere Elements ?I'm wanting time-lapse sky on normal speed foreground. Thanks
HiI have a clip.I move forward 5 seconds and cut with CTRL-KI move forward another 5 seconds and cut with CTRL-K.I now have another clip behind the timeline marker. Now I want to delete that clip, fill the space, and move timeline marker to the last edit point without using the mouse. Is this possible? (Note if I hit backspace it will delete the clip in front of the timeline marker (don't want to do this), also if I just hit delete on the keyboard it won't do anything unless I use the mouse to select the clip first).Thanks.
Anyone else have an iusse where the screen/window is poorly sized and most of it is unassessable - no matter what i do, i cannot access the entire right portion of the screen (see pic) it ALWAYS looks like this... - all i can do it watch the video the program pre-renders for me - i cant edit it or use any options - been struggling for hours and tried every logical fix including Plugging laptop into 3 different monitors (widescreen, normal, and ultrawide)changing display resolution in settingsuninstalling and reinstallingdownloading any and all updates untoggling and toggling full screenEsc key just toggles exit.
Hi, I have licence for Premiere Elements 16. In my acount I have it in My Products tab (see photo). But I don't have it in Orders History. Why? Problem it's, from where can I download install version Premiere Elements 16 for Mac OS X???Best regardsRadek Barczak
HelloCan anybody reproduce this please before I report it to Adobe.(Well I've already reported it via automated tool but I intend to follow it up). Steps to repro1) Have a clip in a project.2) On menu: Window - Dual Monitor workspace.3) Arrange so preview window is at the top, timeline window is at the bottom4) Select clip5) Press pan and zoom. [Timeline now disappears] 6) Press done.7) Press zoom out button.[Adobe Premiere elements crashes] I think dual monitor workspace is a bugggy mess.Windows disappear, they don't stick to their resized positions and sizes. The default size of the Windows do not reflect the size of the current display. The workspace is never restored the same after opening or restarting Premiere. The shakey video may make things clearer.
Hi I know I can group multiple clips next to each other, but rather than group, how can I merge the clips to then become one clip? Thanks...
I have just bought Premiere Elements 2020 (DVD) and tried to install on my Mac (Catalina) but get Error Code 1. I looked this up and it said to uninstal previous versions of the installer. However, when I try to run the old uninstaller, I get a message that it needs upgrading and to contact Adobe support. Catch 22! Help!!!!
My editing mode changed for no reason and I just noticed it. The last video I put together a few weeks ago was in the widescreen format. I just started working on a new project I'm 10 minutes into it and I see the screen in teh video program is smaller so I checked the setting and they are 720x480 how can I change that? Do I have to start over or can I change this in the project I already started? Ric
Hello, the premiere video 2020 editor does not start, circled = _ 30 sec and then it stops, what can I do about it?
The best way I can do this so far...Save project as another title.Select all clips.Deselect clip in question.Press delete.Move clip to the beginning. That's fine if I'm starting a new projects with one clip every time, but what would happen if I wanted to add another clip to the new project?Premiere Elements won't open another instance of itself, nor does it have a multiple document interface... Any suggestions?Thanks..
Hi I'm using on the keyboard J, K, and L to quickly go through footage. Several presses makes it go faster. Is there any way to increase the maximum speed, I feel I could go through my footage faster. The hardware is more than capable. Thanks.
I've upgraded from Premiere Elements 2018 (Version 16) to Premiere Elements 2020 (Version 18). I have several projects I created in PE 2018 (in Win7) which I now would like to continue editing in PE 2020 (in Win10). When I open a project using PE 2020 which was created in PE 2018 the render function does not work. The little yellow line indicates that the video should be rendered and when I render it the rendering window opens up showing that it is being rendered but when the rendering is finished the yellow line does not turn green as it should to show the the clip was successfully rendered. If I create a new project in PE 2020 the rendering function works as it should. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Here is my scenario. I have a lot of very large video files being used in my project assets for my project. I have now finished editing my video and I now want to trim the project assets on my hard drive (pointing to my project) to save on disk space. In other words I only want video on my local hard drive that is being used in the project, the rest can be discarded. Why do I want to do this? At a later stage I may want to juggle the order of the footage around, therefore I want to keep my edit point. I will not be introducing new footage however, only existing in the project. I need to save disk space. Note I have the original files (backups) on my server for all the video sources in my project assets, so I don't really care if I discard footage on the local hard drive (they are just copies). Now I appreciate I can bounce and export everything down to one video (which is pretty much the whole point of Adobe Premiere Elements) , but that won't keep my edit points or pro
Hey Guys! Is there anyway to add a countdown timer to videos in Elements 2020? Like a timer that is running while you are doing exercises to show how much time you have left! Thanks so much for your help!
I made a simple six-second video for a game I am making, so I need it to loop. When my video gets to the end it like cuts off, so if you loop the video in any player, game, media viewer etc... on a computer, you do not get the video seamlessly looping. How do I achieve this in Adobe Premiere Elements? (not pro)
