Premiere Elements

My SJCAM 4000 (GoPro copy) resolution is 1080P PAL 30fps (FHD 1920*1080). Premiere Elements 2018 has this only in NTSC and I want PAL. Would appreciate a suggestion for Project Settings.

I have a new computer running windows 10 and I installed Premiere Elements 10 from the old computer which was windows 10.When I go to import a any video I only get the audio. The video is grayed out. It worked fine on the old computer. I am frustrated. Can any one help?Thank you,ccpjr

Ok I am VERY confused with this. I have recently upgraded my gaming PC to quite a high end. My specs are: I9 9900kf @ 5.0ghzGTX 2070 super 32gb ram @ 3000mhz  I went to render a video and watched my temps spike really high and just BSOD everytime i go and render which is very odd for a high end PC, Now I am assuming PE 2018 doesn't have GPU support or is there a way around this to stop my PC from BSOD when rendering ?  Kind regards

I'm trying to find out if I can add a Photoshop Elements 2020 extension to Apple Photos? I use Apple Photos to store all my pictures and I'm hoping that adding Photoshop Elements will be a seemless transition so that I don't have to move pictures all over the place. Being able to open the pictures in Apple Photos, edit them in Photoshop Elements, then save them back to Apple Photos would be phenomenal. I have searched but have not found a difinitive answer. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...

I have recently bought adobe premier elements 2020. Used 2014 version for several years  with no problems. When down loading a video from a file on my computer to premier elements , I do not get the entire video . For example , say I have a video on file that is 58:15 in length. Once downloaded to elements it might give me 47:20 or 54:00 but never the entire video ! I have a  DELL Optiplex 960 computer. Intel processor , core (TM) quad CPU . 8.00 gb of ram ( 7.84 gb usable ) . desktop 6h0fqur. Windows 10pro .I used the same computer when I successfully used Elements 2014. Right now I  am in desperate need of help with this matter as I have clients waiting for their EDITED videos ! Please help me! 

I've uninstalled/reinstalled till I am blue in the face.   The splash screen comes up and it looks as if various moduals are being loaded then the splash screen disappears then nothing.   I have Windows 10 Home and it is all updated. PElem has been working just fine.   Photoshope editor loads just fine,Please Help - Thanks DAve 

Hello,I used to have PE 9 along with PSE 9 installed on my computer. The problem is that I was forced to reload my computer. I have reinstalled PE and PSE without any issue because I had saved the downloaded files when I bought the package. I have made several attempts at updating the 2 programs without any luck. I came to the conclusion that the updates were no longer available. I have managed to find the updates for the camera raw (version 6.5) and photoshop elements (version 9.0.3).Now as far as version 14 of PE and PSE is concerned, I have the downloaded files that I have reinstalled without any problem. I have proceeded to the updates without any issue. My concern now is the following: I don't know how long updates will be available from Adobe for version 14 and I would feel much better if I was able to save copies of the patches available for this version. Unlike version 9, I have been unsuccessful at finding them. Can someone provide me with a link where I could find those patch

Hi, I'm trying to deactivate a PC for my Premiere Elements 15 that I have - the hard drive failed on the computer and I can't deactivate it that way.  I've tried going to Adobe Customer Care (via the virtual assistant) and keep getting "Sorry, we're closed. Please visit again."   So, I can't re-install PE15 on my new PC.  Help? Bill

I have had this issue multiple times now... Wen I record (via my webcam) in permier elements, the video keeps getting cut off, but I don't know this until I finish recording.  I just recorded a 9 minute video (and it seemed all good while I was recording), then when I hit "pause" to stop the recording, only 2.5 minutes uploads to my timeline! This has happened multiple times.  I thought maybe it was a fluke, but now I think it's an issue with the software.  Anyone else have this problem? Help!

Hello! I know how to export the audio as its own file, but is it possible to export each audio track as a separate file (i.e. three files for three tracks)? This is necessary for me because I send the audio files to someone who does audio mastering, and they need each audio stem to be separate.  Thanks!

Since buying a new PC with Windows 10 and installing my existing version of Premiere Elements 10, the clip monitor will not display the video in the Timeline. Do I need Adobe Flash Player and Adobe Air installed on my PC?I also have a Laptop with the same version of Premiere Elements 10 and that works fine. I noticed that the laptop has Flash Player and AIR installed on it.Or am I barking up the wrong tree? Any help would be much appreciated.

Every time I click on "Export and Share" and "DVD," Premiere crashes.The CPU on my computer maxes out at 100% and then it crashes.  I also can't render my video, that crashes as well.

After saving my project and closing elements, I can't reopen my projects anymore. I've extracted the project file and the xml file seems fine. I've ran it trough a validator.The strange thing is that all my projects wont open anymore. Even the autosave projects wont open.I already moved my media files to invoke the relink flow but that doesn't make a difference.I can't find any logfiles...  

Hello, I have a video with two separate audio tracks. When I add the video to the Elements, the program does not recognize one of the tracks. What is the best way to get around this? The software is 2020 Premier Elements on Win10. Thanks

I have done the google verification sign on process and still get this message when I try to upload a video to Youtube.  Any ideas?  I tried to upload directly to Youtube but I'm guessing the format isn't set up as its won't upload. Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this appThis app has not been verified yet by Google in order to use Google Sign In. Thanks!

Hi, I have Premiere Elements 2020.1. I have a DVD disk with two audio tracks. I'm able to import VOB files into Premiere, but for some reason they all use first audio track and I cannot find a way to switch to the second one. Am I missing something? Or this indeed not implemented in Premiere Elements? If not, could we please consider it as a feature request? Thanks

I have downloaded some music to my windows computer and want to add this to my video..  When I access "Add Media" on Premier Elements 2020 and search my "downloads", the downloaded music is not there.  Is there a way to do this.  Thank you.

Hello dear folks,I have a 2013-14-ish HP PC (at my business) that I have then period Elements, and a 2018 PC at home with then period Elements. I am trying to send project (video editing files to home for further editing at home - the more recent device). Codec problems. Everytime I open Elements 13 I'm having the same problem - previous clips are not showing, despite me saving as I'm going along.I click on the greyed out squares on the left and then have to re-import the clip from the folder.Everything is on a hard drive.What am I doing wrong ?Thanks  

two video clips, and two remixed sound clips.I import them.sound clips are fine, and the waveform appear.one sound clip has the sound.one clip loses the sound. that clips windows can play the sound. PE can not.PR is just plain losing the sound track.happened before.happens now.sound is there at the start, and about the time the waveform is half done, the sound disappears.windows 10, pe 2018 with a version every year, I would think that problems like this would never happen.yet there are forum pages of how the brand new version fails. why not make working more important than changes and new features? I have two projects to complete today,and the tool PE is just not able to do the job. hours spent trying to do something which should simply just work,not endlessly screw up. help!am I not saying the proper prayerwhen importing files, or when placing them?it does not seem to be clear in the manual 

I've created a simple line with the titler, set the keyframes to make the line blink and now I'm trying to save this as a preset to use of other video timelines.  The point of this is to focus a presentation on a specific word or phrase with a blinking red underline.  I'm at a loss on how to save this simple title as a preset.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  PE2020.  Thank you.

HiI have made a movie with premiere elements 2020. This no longer supports a facility to burn DVDs. Some  people are recommending iDVD but it seems this is not supported under Catalina, and they want $ 42 to buy DVD creator. Any recomendations on reliable and trusted free software or is it best to buy this? I assume I cannot import the 2020 file into an older version of Premiere and burn it there? Thanks Chris 

I just purchsed elements premier for my mac. When trying to install I keep getting error message 1. When I  check in the trouble shooting suggestions the solution is to try again. Not working, any suggestions? 

I'm a rank beginner editing my first video (actually a series of still photos), using Premiere Elemets 2020. After loading and applying transitions/effects to a lot of photos, I've decided it would be better to make 3 short videos rather than one long one. How do I separate and save segments of my timeline into independent videos?
