My Adobe Premiere Elements 4 and 7 cannot take in propram  activation Mpeg 2 component,because adobe web site not open.?And my new Adobe 2019 vob material mutei n timeline, video ok ?

I have been unable to find a way to lengthen the time that an overlay title displays above the timeline It is appearing for 4 seconds and want the overlay text to appear for 8 secondsThanks for your help!

I play fortnite on a stretched resolution and when I try to upload a video to youtube I get black bars. Im assuming because I play on stretched res. How do I change the aspect ratio in premiere elemnts 14?

Editing software for Elements 12 usually works well after importing most media.  But, after importing certain DVDs with between 40 min. and 1 hour on them, the audio and video are not synced in the timeline.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

Everytime I try to save a project or export or render in my premiere 13 it always fails. When I try to export as mp4 I receive message like Cannot open C:\....  for writing. Please check the output filename and file permissions .. What can be the reason ? Thanks

When I try to open Elements 2019 Organizer from within the Photoshop Elements main page (with Editor. Organizer and Video Editor options), nothing happens.  I CAN open the program directly from my applications folder, just not from within the main PE screen.  I am running Mac Mojave. ver. 10.14.3.  Anyone out there with the same issue?

I have used Premiere Elements for many years, I use in fact P Elements 9.After a disc crash I have reinstalled PE 9 on my computer.The problem is, that when I start PE I can only open *.prel - files when I try to open old projects.What to do so I can open also *.prproj - files?

Which transition is used in quick edit?  I can`t find a similar transition in expert mode.  the film ALWAYS jumps at the end of the transition.PLEASE HELP

Hi I am new to Adobe Premier Elements 2019 and learning as I go. Unfortunately I can't always find the answers I'm looking for and so this might be a simple question. I inserted a title into my project and then I copied and pasted it between two clips with a view to edit to the text so that I create natural intros to each segement of the film as it progresses. However now it seems to override a section of the next video when I do that - leaving the audio playing whilst showing the title clip which I don't want. I have checked and the video and audio are still "linked" so I don't know why the software is defaulting to this - especially when it didn't do that for the first title I inserted - right at the beginning of the project. Any help with much thanks.

I am looking for the presets folder on a Mac for premiere elements 15. Can anyone assist me with locating it.

Everytime that I open my Premiere elements 13, a message pops up saying that i have a new update. The problem is, that when i select "update now" it will update, and then say "update successful" and then i close out the dialog box, it will reappear in just a few seconds.  I contacted technical support and they sent me here.

Auto creation error 0x00000005 at startup.Is there any way to remove this startup error?I looked on the web and according to some it may be that the 3D driver for nVidia is the issue. Whilst I am happy to follow any instructions to remove the 3D element of the nVidia driver, I do not wish to remove the nVidia driver itself.I use Windows 10 Pro. My apologies in advance if this is a duplicate thread.  Here is my issue....Exporting and Upload time appears to be very long.I am using an updated computer (PC), above average internet speed, yet the time to export my video as well as upload to YouTube/Vimeo appears to take three times the time compared to my previous video software (NERO).The file is just .98GB or less than 1 and runs about 23 minutes.Perhaps the time is normal, however any help/suggestions would be appreciated........otherwise, as much as I love the flexibility and features of Adobe Premier Elements, the time spent to export and upload is a deal killer.  For me, it is more important to save time versus using a program that has more features.Thanks.[duplicate thread deleted by mod]

I've been using PE 13 to edit video shot with a Sony camcorder for several years. I start with several chunks of video (around 2 gb each) of MTS format video. They are added to the timeline in the order they were shot. In PE13 everything is good and audio is in sync from beginning to end. I recently installed PE 2018 and starting with the second chunk of video the audio is behind the video. Not sure if the time difference accumulates from new chunk to new chunk but this didn't happen in 13 and does in 2018. Has anyone seen this and is it a correctable think in 2018? I haven't found anything in the prefs that would account for or correct the situation. Thanks!

As I try to add a 1:10:00 video to a project, Elements is shortening it to around 35 minutes. I can't figure out why. Any help?

I am unable to edit videos in premier elements 19 from my gopro 7 I have no problem with my Gopro 3+. Do I need to upgrade to Premier Pro to achieve this or do I need to install a software to enable me to edit gopro7. Any ideas Thanks Tony

so after placing clips from assets to time line , recently there has been no yellow line above the clips , I was told that this is good news because it does not need rendering , the problem is however , I need to render the clips to allow me to scrub thru them , if I don’t render them first , the playback is jerky and slow and I’ve no chance of editing anything , I tried it this way but it’s almost impossible and Takes like forever , please help

I’ve had countless issues with adobe PE since downloading it. I’d heard great things but have spent more time trying to get the software to work than it’s worth. It crashes all the time despite me having a brand new and powerful desktop and Mpeg 2 doesn’t seem to work consistently.ive tried to make contact in the last week for a refund but chat never seems to be available. Super frustrating. Why is there no email option? Adobe, I would like a refund!

I recently upgraded from Elements 11 to 2019 and now my mpeg-2 clips have no sound track.  I converted the mpeg-2 clips to mpeg-4 and the audio was there but the video quality went down.  Why did I have no problems in 11 and now Elements 2019 will not work with mpeg-2 clips?  I have read in other forms that Elements 2019 does not support mpeg-2 files anymore.  if this is so, somebody please tell me how to get a refund because all my video clips are in the mpeg-2 format
