Premiere Elements

Ok Technical questions you will need to answer my question 2018 version running on Windows 10. Here is my question. I resize an image in photoshop and when I import it to Premiere, rather than having a smaller image it occupies the full screen in lower resolution. I would like to import the image(s) as a tiny picture on a large background image. Because I am doing stop motion with 1000's if individual images, resizing each image individually using click and drag is 1) exceedingly time consuming and 2) not very consistent. Any thoughts would be great thanks!

When I put something from Bandicam or the Windows 10 Xbox recorder into Premiere Elements, the audio almost always eventually separates its sync with the video by seconds.I think this has to do with framerate. Is there a way around it?

I have a mac desktop and can't figure out why Pr Elelments contiunes to crash over and over. I just purchased the software but becoming very fustrated with not being able to dive into the workings of the software due to the frequent crash eposides. Anyone with insight on how to solve this problems I would really appreciate it. Thank you. Tried various forums and reaching out to Adobe customer service but haven't recieved a response.

When I use Time Remap to slow or speed up my video the audio always is messed up.  What is the simplest way to keep it matching the video whether I slow or speed it up.Thanks in Advance.Chad

I think that I am going crazy. I have a lower third that I created in AE that I am trying to merge into a green screen video. One of them is showing up correctly, but the others aren't and I am not sure why.  On Video 1, I have a moving background, video two is my green screen, and video 3 has my lower third. I have also used a Motion Title just to see if they were all working. The motion title is, but the lower third (black background) is simply blacking out the screen and showing only the lower third.  Any ideas?Thanks,Drew

I use Premiere Elements 12.1 on an iMac running High Sierra 10.13.  When I use Freeze Frame and export a photo, it has a distorted look.  It seems as though the image is "squeezed" together.  It looks fine if I include it in my project, but exporting it for use in Photoshop Elements for example has a distorted look.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks.Rick

I can easily add beginning text.... or even add text in mid or end-   I am, however, having difficulty figuring out how to add multiple text blocks at different time line point.   For example:  I have a 5 minute videos.  Intro text with a few lines is established.  1 minute in I would like to add a new block of texts.   at 3 minutes in a third new block-  etc.   Is there a way to do this in all one edit?  or do I have to import the same clip 5 times in order to obtain the 5 different text locations?

I have premiere elements 15 for video editing. when opened, this is always in NTSC 29.97. I live in Belgium and here is PAL. I always have to open a new project and then change it to PAL. Can not this happen automatically if I open elements that suddenly appear in PAL? Txs

I shoot videos as well as photographs with a separate camera. During many of my nature videos I find that I want to add photographs that are not part of the original film.   I edit using the Premier Elements for both ……  is there a way that I can add still shots to the editing process?

Dear all,I have shot 1080p 240 images/s videos with my gopro. When I try to import them with premiere elements 15, it says that it's unable to import the video. Anybody knows how I could get the codecs?VLC and other softwares can read the video without problem...

Hello,As the title says - shake reduction system is just broken. And I'm not talking about the shake reduction itself (it's pretty neat), but the UI/UX implementation. For the last couple of days I was making a video from my two week trip to New Zealand. I had about 200 clips on my timeline. My videos were recorded in 4K and I wanted to make an output video of FHD - just because I wanted to use that extra pixels for cropping.This raised a major problem - when I wanted to use shake reduction PE warned me that the clip needs to be the same resolution as the project. This is ridiculous. I had to transcode my shaking videos to FHD (major quality loss) just to make an shake reduction (which introduces another quality loss, because of cropping).When I was done I was left with 25% of my clips being in FHD. I've rendered the video just to see 2-3 black frames between two clips resulting in a black flash on the result video. I've opened my Premiere Elements, loaded up my project just fine, made

I am having a strange issue with Time Remapping.  When I make a particular clip speed up it is getting cropped at the end.  Here is the process:  I right click the clip; select Clip then Time Stretch.  Then I set the speed to 200% and click OK.  The clip speeds up but it is cropping the end of the clip off.  If I select Undo, the clip is fully restored at normal speed.  Any suggestions?

Hello everyone,I recently purchased a new laptop and a code for the online download of Premiere Elements. I entered the redemption code, got the serial, and a download thingy popped up - and that worked fine. But then, when I try to install the program, it opens up, and as it reaches the 6% mark, the box flashes and just freezes where it is. I've tried downloading it a few times now, and the 6% issue is actually progress...it was not even showing a progress percentage at first. So uh...what do I do now? Thanks for any help you can offer.

I have premire pro elements 15 and it's been working fine. Yesterday I edited a video and exported it as a mp4 h.264 nothing out the ordinary. However, when I went to upload it to YouTube it said that the file format was not recognisable even though it's an mp4 file. I then went to watch the video back on my computer and it wouldn't play. It said that the file format is not recognised. Expect the file is clearly an mp4. I've not played it with the settings. I have no idea why its not working. It's saying it's an mp4 but nothing else is recognising it as an mp4 file. Any one know why this is happening or any advice on how to fix it?

Hello, I was recording a video on OBS and it looked fine, the quality was very good. Then I put it into my timeline (I use 'Adobe Premiere Elements 2019'), and it instantly became lower quality, and looks pretty bad. Please assist me with this.

Hi all.As a first time video editor i decided to trial Premiere Elements 2018.But every time i attempt to launch i get a "we have detected and incompatible graphics driver" (or similar) error, then the program just shuts down.I have read about a "baddrivers.txt" file which i should remove, but the instant i do, it is recreated.I have gone into nvidia manager and turned everything OFF for premiere but still no joy.My system is a HP Z400, win 10, 10gb ram with a gtx 750i driver version 417.35 (most current).2 days in and i have made no progress myself so am reaching out to the community for help.I

I downloaded the 2 files for Win 64 from this page Download Adobe Premiere Elements 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, and 9  When I start the extractor (File 1) it works away for a bit and then comes back with the message but there's over 160GB free on the partition and my account has administrator rights.I ran the .7z file through WinRAR and it says the file is corruptDoes anyone know how to resolve this or have a good copy of the installer?Thanks!

I am brand new to Elements, and I can not edit out unwanted video in the middle of a longer video.  I have read all the tutorials and follow the directions, but when I go back to look at it, the deleted material is ALWAYS still there.  Any suggestions[title edited by mod for clarity]

This one is probably for Steve...PE14.1 on a WIN7 PC...I've used Steve's method for drawing lines on maps (cropping from one graphic to another).Now I'm trying a more complex route on a map that involves several "steps" - the route is nota simple "crop from left to right" or "bottom to top":Now, its a bit tricky getting the intervals between the various steps in the timeline correct.Assuming I wish to move the 4 keyframes through which the red timeline (above) goes a bit to the right,is it possible to select the four so that they move together or do I have to move each one individually & hopethat they reappear in sync?

I am using MP4 files shot on a Drift camera. Most files import with no problem but some show as audio only. The file plays OK in windows media player. Any suggestions as to how I might correct the issue so I can use the clip in Premier Elements please?
