Premiere Elements

I have lost my serial number and am reinstalling

I am new to Premier Elements so please excuse this questions which I see if often-discussed - I am just getting my head around some of these concepts. I installed Adobe Premier Elements 2018 on my Windows 10 machine. There are videos which I am able to play through WMP, Movies & TV App, and iTunes on my computer and the audio works fine. However, when importing to Premier Elements there is no Audio track.After researching on this forum and Adobe's help content, I installed GSpot and it says they were encoded with AC3 codec, and that AC3 is also installed on my computer. I tried googling AC3 and Premier Elements but didn't turn up anything useful. I'm confused what could be happening and why there is no audio for this set of videos. I've confirmed I "do" hear audio for other videos on my computer that were recorded with different devices. Is there any definitive way to figure this out? Thanks for your help,James

Bonjour,j'voudrais investir ds une tablette graphique XP-Pen .j'ai retenu le modèle wireless DECO 03 mais je voit que quasiment tt les autres modèles ont un branchement. est ce que le wireless est vraiment utile ? si le cable est long...on s'en sort non ??? j'ai peur que sans branchement, l'autonomie de la tablette diminue trop rapidement et donc avoir une usure prématuré. sinon il y a le modèle XP-Pen DECO 03 sans wireless mais avec écran 16:10 ( la zone active fait : 10" x 5.62" , 8192 niveaux de pression, https://www.xp-pen.fr/goods/show/id/322.html ) que pensez vous de ce format ? est il plus agréable ? moins ? le Star G640S me semble vraiment petit et le Artist série est bien trop cher... pouvez vous m'aiguiller ??!!! encore une question... pour pouvoir décalquer sur tablette graphique comment ca se passe? BonsoirJ'utilise Première élément 15.j'ai sur ma timeline des séquences en 1920x1080 et d'autres en 1920x1440. Mon problème c'est qu'avec le format 1920x1440 l'image ne couvre pas la totalité de l’écran de prévisualisation, il y a des bandes noires sur les cotés. J'ai fait un test et exporter mon projet et cette différence de format persiste.comment pourrais je tout unifier?A mon sens j'imagine qu'il soit possible de réduire tout les plans 190x1440 en 1920x1080 n'est ce pas ? mais comment faire?d'avance merciCdt 

I am creating a series of videos that have standard opening and closing titles but with different content in the middle, like a series of short TV programmes. In order to reduce the amount of work involved in creating a series of programmes with many shared elements, so far I have been copying the project folder, saving the new programme under a new name and changing the video content. I dare say this is not the best way to do it but despite a lot of searching I have not found a better workflow. So far this approach has been working fine, but the last video I have been working on will not play the opening or closing music. This is music that is provided by Adobe - the music called "Corner Pocket". The clip is there in the timeline but it will not play. I have tried deleting the clip and creating it again, but still it will not play the music. The music channel is not muted, and the audio mixer shows the music level at 0dB, so I can't understand why it doesn't play. Do you have any sugg

I just purchased Elements Premiere 2018, I Previously used Premiere 2015 I upgraded to better work with 4K video.The problem I'm having is I cannot get the video to play in the timeline, do you know of any way to fix this issue?thanks!

Probably no suitable answer here, but here goes.  I shot an interview with an individual, and partway through I suddenly noticed that sunlight peeking through a curtain from behind me was causing big streak of sunshine across the person's chest.  It was too late to start over.  Is there anything in premiere elements of a masking nature,  or copying and pasting a good part of the body over  the sunshine streaks?  Just asking!  I know the best way would be to reshoot the interview, but that's not possible!

Probably an easy question but after years of use this is the first time I've opened PE16 and seen the guide menu in the middle of my work space. Can't figure out how to turn it off. How do I permanently turn the menu off?Thanks in advance!

Can you help me .I opened my computer to work in premiere project but i don’t find my project in my hard drive , i tried to search it but I did not find it it was deleted. I tried to recover the project file from recovery program and was recovered but the project file is size 0KB and when I open it show me message : the project appears to be damaged, it cannot be opened

For some reason when I watch a clip on my movie player the audio is just fine and the audio is synced and everything but once I drag it into the timeline its no longer synced with the video. I tried everything with sequence and everything and my audio still wont sync with the clip even though my video is perfectly in sync when i play it on the windows video player

Hi,I am a long time Premiere Elements user. Today I have downloaded Premiere Elements 2019 for evaluation but found one important feature missing. When I start Premiere Elements, it shows this screen, which do not have any use for me:Till Premiere Elements 2018 we had an option for not to show this window and get directly to the editor, but now we have to manually make a couple of clicks to start and close this unnecessary window. As a professional, I feel serious pain doing so.Can anyone kindly suggest how I can get rid of this screen and go directly to Premiere Elements Video Editor Window?

Is it possible to capture video content directly in Premier Elements 2019 from a Canon HV20 camcorder?  By capture I mean play the tape with the video content on the camcorder while connected to Elements via a IEEE1394 cable.  When I select "Add Media" in Premier Elements 2019 I do not see an option for this.  I only see  "from Element Organizer" and From files and folders".  In Premier Elements version 11 I saw options that appeared to be for capture from a camcorder.  Since upgrading to 2019 I do not.  

How about a list of features/capabilities hat are either removed or hampered in 2019.

Hello,As shown in the screenshot below, I would like to know if it's possible to AUTO adjust the speed of a clip to end at the same time of the audio track. So in this case I would need to increase the speed of the last clip to end at the same time.Thank you.

You know how most of the things that are filling up my computer storage are the videos and photos of my Adobe Premiere Project right? And how if I delete it, Adobe Premiere Elements 9 will need to look for that specific video/photo? Well, I have copy/moved all the videos and photos that are related to my project from the original computer storage ( Local disk ), to the removable hard drive I have that can hold a LOT of storage. Now, my question is, if there is any way for Adobe Premiere Elements 9 to read, get, and use all the photo and video information from the hard drive instead of the Local Disk so it can be used in the project? If this happens, then I can delete the videos and photos that are from the local disk which can free up a lot of space while the  copied photos and videos that are in the hard drive are being used for Adobe Premiere Elements 9. Please reply and ask me questions if you are confused, I am trying to explain it the best that I can.I can't upload a 2 hour v

Hello,I am interested in possibly purchasing Premiere Elements 2019.  I have a desktop computer whose integrated graphics processor (Intel HD graphics 2500) utilizes Intel Quick Sync to permit fast, hardware-accelerated video encoding through the graphics processor, instead of the CPU.  On the Intel Quick Sync page, it lists Premiere Elements as being a software package that utilizes Quick Sync for encoding.  However, I can find NOTHING on the Adobe website, or the Premiere Elements pages in particular, that confirms, or discusses, this.  I have understood that in 2011, Intel created a plug-in for use with Adobe products, to utilize Quick Sync...Intel® Quick Sync Video encoder plug-in for Adobe pro and consumer products | Intel® Software However, this plug-in no longer appears to be available, and so I am at a loss as to where to find the information I am looking for, regarding Premiere Elements' possible Quick Sync capability.  Basically, this is a large part

Hi!What is the easiest way to pixelate a smal objekt in a videoclip?

I have some audio in my song. I added a completely different video to another track. I also have several other tracks. I need to move the video track to the left to sync this new video track with my existing  main audio track. When I try to just drag it from the Left of the clip toward the left, nothing happens. I therefore just cut the clip, move my timeline marker a little to the left where I'd like it to start, and then hit paste. This process works well---BUT, other tracks are then moved simultaneously. I can't get this NOT to occur. I have even unlinked the audio with the video from this added video tract that I want to move. Then I pushed the audio from this new video track to the extreme right, and just try to cut and paste the video only. Again, when I do this, other tracks move and I end up unsynced in those tracks. How can I  just cut and paste on 1 track without it affecting other tracks?Thanks.LNovik
