Dear Forum,I am trying to reposition text in my video to an exact pixel location and Transform Text is not working. I right click on text, select Transform -> Position and the pop-up says X position: 0, Y position: 0, which is already odd, as the text is not located in the upper left corner. Then when I enter the pixels I want the text to go to nothing happens. I attached a screenshot of what I am looking at.Here is my computer information:iMac 21.5-inch Mid 2011Processor  2.5 GHz Intel Core i5Memory  8GB RAMGraphics  AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512MBOS High Sierra Version 10.13.3Premiere Elements 2018The file I am working from was created in PE15 for Windows, so I thought this may have been part of the reason, but I opened a new file and tried some Default Text and the same thing happens. I have tried restarting, and next I will try updating my OS. I would appreciate any other recommendation very much, as this feature is crucial to my projects.Thanks,Chris

I apologize for my English. The special effect of image stabilization to a 59-minute video clip was selected. After hours of processing the error message, the export is unavailable due to a stabilization error. Software reset, the computer, remove the stabilization effect does not help. There is no stabilization effect on the roller, but if you try to export the same message about the ongoing stabilization or stabilization error with a proposal to eliminate it before exporting. How to fix this image stabilization error in Adobe Premiere Elements? How do I get songs that a purchase from Amazon digital music to play in Photoshop Elements 10?  Some will play and others will not.  They will import to the audio line, but will not play.  Are these encrypted?  If so, how can I get them to work in Adobe products?  If they are encrypted, why is this not disclosed on Amazon so that you can consider this in your buying decision?  Please help me resolve this problem.

I published a 6gb 4K movie, using XAVC, MP4, 3820x2160, , 29.97 frames per second.   The final file properties says 32.3Mbps.   I plan to play it through the USB port on my 4K Sony UHDTV.  What minimum speed and class of memory card should I use that's fast enough but not more than required since I don't want to pay for what I don't need?  Should write speed be a consideration only because I don't want it to take forever to transfer the file to it from my computer?

I am considering upgrading to Elements Pro from Premiere Elements 15 and wonder if after spending heaps of time compiling the organizer in 15,  if I can  use it if I change to Pro or are clips just imported direct from my hard drive?Arthur[title edited by mod for clarity]

I am working on premiere elements 15, and I'm trying to get my file to work on an older version, but it's not working. Is there any way I can export my file so that it will work on an older version? I got that kind of thing to work on adobe illustrator before.

I can export to Apple ProRes 422 HQ from Premiere Elements 11, but when I try to import, I get an error message saying that it is not supported or need an additional codec. How do I get this codec for Premiere 11? Or do I just need to upgrade ?

Hallo, mein Premiere Elements hängt sich seit kurzem dauernd auf, besonders wenn ich ich Schriften bearbeite.Mein Macbook entspricht den Anforderungen, hat noch knapp 170GB Speicher frei,Programme habe ich währenddessen keine geöffnet und selbst bei 10 GB freiem Arbeitsspeicher hängt er sich auf. Cache von Premiere habe ich gelöscht. (Welche Voreinstellung ist da am Besten? 5 GB ist automatisch eingestellt, soll ich lieber mehr oder weniger einstellen?)Was kann ich tun, damit er sich nicht mehr dauernd aufhängt? (Am Macbook liegt es auch nicht, es ist noch nicht mal ein halbes Jahr alt)Danke schonmalLGHeidi

Using Premiere Elements 15.  When Freeze Frame is selected the software doesn't seem to recognize my installed version of Photoshop Elements 2018 (version 16) . . . wants me to download or install a new trial version of Photoshop.  Of course the oposite problem exists when I open Photoshop and select Video Editor, it does not recognize that I have Premiere Elements 15 installed.  They were purchased separately.   Are these two versions compatible?  If so, how can I link them?

When I open my video from my computer I have audio however, when I transfer the videos to Elements 15 the audio is gone.

I have Adobe premiere elements 14 for windows. How can I create more awesome transition and effects for my travel videos and photos.Like you could do in pro version. Do I need AA?Examples like fast zoom in and out at a different footage...Thanks.

I have downloaded the trial version of elements to see if it meets my needs.  I have been using Picasa but it now time to move on.  I have tried opening organizer but it stops when loading "mediacore components".   I have tried running as an admin and have unistalled and redownloaded and reinstalled.  No need to buy it if I can't run it.  Any Ideas?I am running windows 10 pro 10 N version 1709 os build 16299.248   32G memory core I7

Recently Adobe Premier Elements 2018 was advertised for $69.99 on the website. I tried to purchase but kept receiving a "Product Unavailable" error over the course of a number of days until the sale price ended. I called in to the support number and they put me in touch with a manager who informed me there were a lot of people who tried to purchase and had the same problem and that they are fixing it and it should be available again on the website for the $69.99. I've patiently waited a week now and I still don't see the product being advertised again for that price. Please advise... I am hoping Adobe will follow thru on this sale price as I had intentions of buying it but there was a problem with your website. Thank you!

How can I change aspect ratio at the start up. Or before exporting the video?I have elements 14.

Installed PRE 2018 on a computer which also had PRE 14 installed.  Both worked fine.Installed a new larger hard drive and re-installed PRE 2018.  Now I cannot open AVI video files.Any suggestions would be appreciated.  I installed the latest DivX, but I don't think that is the problem.

I got Elements 11 right when it came out and have used it for probably 2 years. I have just upgraded to Elements 15. When I render the timeline of a video containing multiple clips, it freezes severely during playback every time it switches to a different clip. If I pause and un-pause on the new clip, it will play fine until it switches to another clip, then the same thing. I never had this problem with version 11. I have tried both the different render qualities with the same results.
