Premiere Elements

Hello. I am looking to start my YouTube channel where, among other things, I will make music reaction and commentary content similar to Shawn Cee and Anthony Fantano. Shawn Cee likes to add zoom-ins and other subtle effects for comedic purposes, which I would also like to incorporate into my videos. I have linked some examples for reference. Would Premiere Elements be an adequate software to make this type of content? And is Photoshop Elements good enough to make basic thumbnails? Hai there, this never happens again. Got Premiere Elements 2023 and got black screen while editing. I just see no preview. nothing.    I already googled for about ten minutes, i see something with update Mac but it is just the latest update.  Please help! Apple M2, Sonoma 14.4.1.    Thanks

I hope someone here can help. I am using Premiere Elements 2020 and am having an issue I have never encountered. I am making a compilation of many videos (both landscape and portrait) and when I add in the portrait videos they become blurry. Totally crisp before adding them. I thought maybe because they are portrait so in a separate file I reconfigured them to add a background layer that made them landscape size. I have exported in different sizes ( SD 720x480, HD 1280x720 and HD 1920x1080) They are all crystal clear until I add them to my montage and then they become blurry. I have spent hours upon hours editing this and was finally done until I realized this and its going to take hours to fix IF I can figure out how. Any ideas? Playback is on highest.

I have a video clip that's a certain size, and rather than stretch it to fit the canvas, I'd rather shrink the canvas to match the video clip. How do I do that? Currently using Premiere Elements 2018, but I assume most things should transfer over fine.

how do you invert the direction of the scrolling titles in Premiere Elements ? Instead of moving from bottom to top, make them move from top to bottom

Hi! I'm using Premiere Elements 9, but there's no synchronization with imagen and audio because the image is slower than audio and it's causing problems when I'm editing. Why can I do? It's there a poblem that can I fix in "Preferences" or is my laptop?I hope your answer,

There are comments here about crashing on MP4 export. If I can buy Premiere Elements 2024 for OSX, I'll need to work entirely in MP4, import and export. Have these problems been solved?

I have Photoshop Elements. Premiere Elements is available for $49US when combined with Photoshop Elements, but $99US otherwise. The chat computer won't let me talk to a sales person to sort this out. Can anyone here help? (I'm in eastern Canada so really need to do this online.)

Adobe could make a Media Encoder Elements.an Encoder specialy made for the Elements Series. Why should they do that? Well, why am I unable to modify my project settings preferences as I want... need... to be? I have to use handbrake to convert all my 60 FPS rush to 59.94 FPS. (One mistake in the convertion and it could ruin an other hour of your time...) I mean returning to my wishes... Media Encoder Elements would have all the properties of the video target prepared to convert. I have recently been running into issues where Premiere Elements is unresponsive for basically any action. I have been trying the create slideshows through the organizer but doing simple actions such as editing an existing slideshow (just adding text captions) or even just loading an existing project, the program will freeze and soon after clicking on the app will show “Adobe Elements 2023 Organizer is not responding” warning message. At this point I’m trying to just export my projects so I can edit in another program but even trying that, the program freezes just 10-30% into the export process. Does anyone have some advice on settings or any fixes?I have tried reinstalling the program and have restarted the pc. I am running Windows 11, have an AMD Ryzen 5 processor and have an AMD Radeon RX 5600 GPU.

I want to describe my own experience with APE (2021 and 2024) and HEVC files. I hope that it will allow saving time for people who must or want to work with that format. Quickly: HEVC format is supported by APE (2021 and 2024) but that support needs improvement. There are still bugs and various issues which lead to user’s frustration and waste of time. First, something positive. APE is capable of handling even very demanding HEVC files. I tested it successfully with 4K 60fps without any issues. I’m writing it as I’ve found many posts in this community forum that Adobe Premiere can work with 4K 30fps HEVC only. No! I have purchased Premiere Elements in 2022. When I try to capture video from my Sony Digital 8 Videocamera, this is  not  found and does not appear in the capture device options . It only shows wdm as  capture device option (which I do not have) and no webcam or other device. I have set the videocamera both in player and Camera mode but with none of them it works. No device found. The videocamera is connected to my Win 11  64b PC via Firewire and it is found  without any problems by other softwares such as Vlc and Cyberlink Power Director.  What could be the reason  ? I checked whether any update was vaailable in Premiere Elements but could not find any . My version is Adobe Premiere Elememts 2022 - Version 20.0 . Thank you

whenever i try to open premiere, I get this "failed to perform the database operation as the organizer database is busy premiere elements". on the rare occasions when I can open it, whenever the autosave happens, this error also comes up and closes premiere.  I've been trying for a few hours to find out what's causing this but I can't figure it out, anyone got an answer?

Premier Elements 2023. Concerned about size of some of my .PREL files I took one of these, deleted all content, resaved and checked new size - no change.Archived that now empty project and created a Trimmed folder. That folder has pics, movies and music from a totally unrelated project. How has that happened?

How can we use Premiere Elements to achieve the special effect shown on the following video ? (moving windows)

I've been using Premiere Elements for a few years.  I love this software.  It does everything I need it to do for my very small service.  If I understand it correctly, Premiere Elements is not backward compatible with previous versions, which I found out the hard way.  I was in hopes of going back to old videos, sync them up to all attached elements, basically clean them up, then create an MP4 to file away (which, I realize I should have done at the time).  As I had mentioned, I have used this software over the years.  Is there a way to identify which version I had used to create a particular video so I can download it again (I still have a license for them) and fine tune these old videos?  I'm presently using PRE 2022.  Thanks in advance.

OK...this is a problem that no one really seems to have a handle on!!!???  When I import a video file onto the timeline (it doesen't matter how I do this), the audio track is blank, although the audio plays when I am in "Media Player."  It seems to be mostly ".wmv" files, but I have experienced it on some ".mpg" files.  THIS IS NOT A HARDWARE PROBLEM!  if it where, it would happen on every file I tried to import.  I have recently noticed that if I restart "Premier Elements" these files will sometimes import with audio, but not always.  I hope Adobe can figure this out, sence my research would seem to indicate that this has been a problem going back to ver 2020, as well as the "PRO" version.Thanks for listing,Waynebtw, I do like this program, just wish this could be figured out.

Vor kurzem noch hatte ich ein Samsung S20 von dem ich problemlos Video-Clips in Premiere importieren und bearbeiten konnte.Jetzt habe ich ein Samsung Galax S24 Ultra und kann Video-Dateien nicht mehr direkt importieren. Adobe hat mir das Programm "Handbreak" zusätzlich installiert. Meine Clips muss ich zunächst in HANDBREAK importieren, dann decodieren und dann erst die decodierten Clips in Premiere Elements importieren. Das funktioniert zwar, ist aber total umständlich und eigentlich nicht zumutbar. Geht das auch anders?Samsung sagt, das neue Betriebsystem ANDROID 6.1 habe Adobe noch nicht berücksichtigt. Die Ursache läge bei Adobe!Ist das Problem bekannt und ist das für ein entsprechendes update vorgesehen? Wer kennt das Problem?

Hello, Since today i have a weird problem with adobe premiere elements.When i add a motion title everything works fine (the download of the title takes some time, really slow download speed @ adobe). When i add the title to my timeline everything works fine until i want to change the color. In special the Graphics section.  I see all different "colors" but they won't load. they seem like they keep loading but for now my mac is loading for 30 min and still nothing.  If i press a random color and apply, i get the following error :Premiere Elements has encountered an error.[/Users/Adobe/pre/main/Mezzanine/Src/MasterClip.cpp-1853] What i allready tried to do :- turn off mac to have fresh boot (multiple times)- no premiere elements / mac updates (all new updates are ok)- open a new project and just adding a title - deleted premiere elements and reinstalled  A friend of me have premiere elements on his windows pc and he doesn't have the

I'm trying to do some motion tracking in my videos, and I'd love to just use my own graphics.  Unfortunately it seems like the only ones I can use are the clip art provided by the program, and to put it politely, they are entirely unsatisfactory.  How can I use my own graphics?

I am trying to export a video file in Premiere elements 2023. I get an error message when trying to export.prel file to mp4. "An internal error has occurred. Check if there is enough space on the disk."  Thereis planty of space on my hard drive, and I slo tried to eport to a large flash drive with no success. I opened and closed the program as well with no success. 

I haven't used it for almost 2 years.  Really need it now, but no matter what I do the program will not start.  I have tried many recommendations in the forums and still no luck.  How do I get program to work?  I am extremely frustrated.  I bought it, but it doesn't work!

Vor 11 Monaten habe ich bei einem Softwarehändler Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2022 mit zwei Lizenzschlüsseln erworben. Bis vor drei Tagen liefen die Programme auf meinem Notebook. Leider hatte ich einen Festplattencrash. Die Lizenzschlüssel habe ich nocht, leider fehlt mir der Downloadlink. Adobe-Hotline verwies mich auf die Community. I have Photoshop El and Premier El 21, but am trying to make a dvd of my home video, but there is no option under "Tools" for Movie Menu.  Also uner Markers which is just above the timeline, only offer a Beat Marker and a Timeline Marker.   Please someone offer some help.  Does Version 21 not offer these things like my last version of 14 did.
