Premiere Elements

I have browsed through a search for information on personal websites and as informative as they are there was no mention of brands of websites.I am retired and would like to set up as quickly as possible as time is precious. Is there a brand that a majority of video makers prefer. I would use it to present my travel videos. I noted in some of the discussions that the videos are usually uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo then embedded in the personal website. Can anyone recommend a website brand that I could design and run and would not take too long to master. Also, is it possible to edit videos on the website and to prevent downloading.

je viens de faire un montage video avec adobe element 15 , tout c'est bien passé, j'ai enregistré mon projet avant de  faire  un export (peripherique  au format HD20) tout  va bien  la aussi .j'ai  ensuite tout fermé mais aujourd’hui  j'ai voulu rouvrir mon   projet: il a disparu alors que le fichier .mp4 est bien là.est ce quelqu'un peux m'expliquer ce qui se passe car j'ai beau faire des recherche sur mon dd , je ne retrouve que mon projet datant de la veille.merci pour votre réponse gg

I have Windows 10 64-bit machine and have Adobe Premiere Elements 12 installed.When creating a movie with two small scenes and try to make an InstantMovie, the systems hangs.When applying the "theme" it shows the status 100% but stays there for hours....When clicking the popup a message says "not responding".How to solve this ?

I'll just list the steps that I'm taking, and then ask my question:Load up whatever video I'm going to be exportingClick on File, and then "Export and Share"Here, I have the "Devices" section selected, and the "Computer" subsection selected within itI export my videos at 1080p. For my Format, I have MP4 - H.264 selected. Beneath the Format drop down box, there's a little slider Quality, and here's where my question lies. You can basically choose between three options: Low, Medium, and High. Changing this obviously changes the file size, and it looks like the only other thing that changes is the bitrate: 5Mbps, 15Mbps, and 32Mbps, respectively.I've tried exporting videos at both low and high and compared them side by side, and to be honest, I see no difference. Can anyone tell me what the real difference is, aside from the bitrate number changing?

I have Elements 15 and I was wondering how to move a gif with it's animation from across the screen (left side to right side / up and down) while your main video source is playing. Thank you! I try to research these types of things but I get are the od Element videos.

Hello, Adobe Forum folks --Here's a puzzler for you!  I was editing a large MP4 file recently in Adobe Premiere Elements 15.  Everything went well until the export was 98% done, and then the project froze.  I canceled the project and deleted the prel file.  Then I re-did the edit, which saved OK in another location... but:I now have a Windows Shell Common file  s9no. on my desktop which is huge.  I can't delete it, can't rename it, can't refresh the Desktop. When I try to delete, I see this error:                              Could not find this item.  This is no longer located in C:\Users\******\Desktop     Verify the item's location and try again.Size is  31.6 GB !        The file may be gone, but the file marker is still there.    A

How do you flip an image or gif (Mirror Image) on Adobe Elements 15 Video Editor?Thank You. I tried looking it up but all I get are the old Element Video Editors.

I have a video that was captured at 60 fps.  I have imported into Premiere Elements 9 and the time bar advances the frames in 15 fps.  Can I change the frame rate to display and advance in 60 fps?

Hell clever Adobe people.I am in the process of creating an Elements video, but would like it to be in widescreen format ideally AND with text underneath the video, as you would see with a subtitled movie.Are either of these things possible?I can't see an option in the output section or in the settings to make the final video widescreen. And the video itself will have various video clips and photographs from different parts of the world so I wanted to write under each clip WHERE it was so it stands out, like a film subtitle.Any help much appreciated.Thanks,Gary

I was successful in creating an animated horizontal route on a map as shown on your website. I sometimes use circular routes and can't figure out how to create the circular animated line using the Crop Tool. Is there a different tool or method for doing this?

Hey.I've got a problem.When I started to work on a project, I accidently accepted, that Premiere "repaired" the quality problems in the clips that I imported to the project. That's a long time ago. But now that i rendered the project because I finally finished it, you can see quality issues.And these issues were not there, before PE "repaired" the clips.So my question is: does anyone know, how I can "reimport" the clips to the project and deny the repair?Or is there another way to undo the work by PE?Thanks a lot,Leopold

I have edited a short 2 minute piece but when I play it back it continues playing for another thirty seconds of black. How do I get it to stop playing when the video ends?

while loading a projekct, premiere elements 15 creates a "peak file". After having reached 99%, this causes a crash of the programm. A have no idea to fix this problem. It is not a probleam of the cash folder (is big enough - "maximum" - and empty).

I had to get a new laptop and I have my redeem code for my Adobe Premiere Elements 11 but when I click the download link, I receive a URL error.I took my laptop to Geek Squad for help and they could not fix it--- They believe the link is broken.Someone please fix it or help fix it.Anyone?I don't want to re-buy the product when I already own a copy. I've been a PE users since PE2 my only comment is that I would like to have multiple windows open at the same time. Example:Have the Adjust window and the Applied Effects window open at the same timeHave the transition window open all the time along with Titles and Text and Effects. This would be similar to PS tools window on the left side or the Panel bin or the right side.Unable to have the Movie Menu open and to edit a title that's on a scene menu in the beginning to see if it overlaps other titles I have to close the one window then move to the Scene Menu that corresponds that I'm editing to move the window so they don't overlap.With the bigger and multiple monitors today I have more desktop where I can spread out my work[Moved out of the Forum comments forum (which is for issues with these forums themselves) and into a Premiere Elements forum - moderator]

Somehow the movie I'm working on now has some blank areas right in the middle of a video scene and it won't let me close the gap.  Can someone explain how to do this?  It will not let me delete it or connect it by pulling it back over.

HelloI would normally save .prel files to a DVD folder on my desktop and then use ImgBurn to actually burn the TS_VIDEO folder (only) to a blank DVD.This time, I was going to burn the .prel file direct to a blank DVD from inside Premiere Elements 11. This is what I can see:What is Premiere Elements looking for here, please? Does it need me to open ImgBurn so that it can search for that application and use it to do the burning?Thanks!
