HiI've been asked by casting application to uploaded video but they would like it in 720 x 4 80 and encoder mepeg4.I can't find on premiere elements can anyone help me please. I'm new to all this and would like to help.Thank youmartin

Hi,I created a movie and now I want to Export it in 4k. When I exporteted it in HD, there was no problem and the file was about 2,3 Gb. Now I want to export it in 4k. It says thet the file should be about 13 GB, but after exporting it is just 0,3 GB and a worse quality than the HD Export.I tried it with standart 4k export settings for Computer and TV (always in about 30 fps).(I am using Premiere Elements 15)How can I fix this?Thank you in advance.

After starting to burn, I get an error message ' \Vobulator\BlockPlanner\BlockPlanner.app line 215'I have reloaded software, but still no good.Any ideas?

Hi!There's a little problem I've been having with my Premiere Elements 12 since the day I started using it and I'm finally fed up with it. It's a very minor thing, but incredibly annoying while editing longer videos. I don't exactly know how to describe it, so I've made a quick 30 second video where you can see the problem: So as you can see, there is some button that triggers the dragging on the timeline to become smooth, smooth as in the clips don't momentarily attach to each other when you drag them around the timeline. This is annoying, because you have to zoom in as close as you can to the timeline and then set the clips the way you want them to go. It slows down the editing process greatly. It seems to be a project focal thing, so once triggered in one project, it doesn't affect any of the other projects. It also doesn't go away by exiting the project and then opening it again.So, has anyone else had this problem? What is the button that triggers this? Thanks in advance!- Aino

Hi All. I am very new at video editing and have been using Movie Maker for a few months now. Although it is user-friendly, I find it very limiting so I plan to switch to a PE15. I don't want to use Pro CC since I don't want to pay a fee every month. I tried Davinci Resolve but I was too overwhelmed by it. Anyway, I am specific about the transitions. I don't want the old school type. I like specifically the slide, spin, swoosh, fast zoom in/out, etc. which I'm pretty sure are not in the default package. Is there a way to add them?

I have a long 30 minute clip consisting of videos, audios, titles etc. I realised I missed inserting an image and a title page in the middle. How do I move them all - there are many segments and they need to move forward together. Thanks.

I have been using Premiere Elements 14.1 trouble free to create over 50 videos until July 2nd.  I did a long trip to Florida and back, gone for two weeks -- had my Lenovo along, but didn't do any editing.Upon return home (Pennsylvania), on July 15, PE wouldn't work.  When I tried to load any .prel file -- any one of a hundred -- it asked "where is file XXXX?"  It can't find any of the referenced files.  When I point out where it is, the program crashes.Using the Geek Squad, I reloaded PE 14 and cleaned up junk files, etc.  That didn't work.  Eventually, we reloaded Windows 10 and I just reinstalled PE -- and everything else.  I've spent 10 days reconstructing my computer.Same problem.  When I load any project, it asks where the file is.  It's actually in the same place it was when I saved the prel earlier.  When I point that out, the system crashes.Any suggestions?

Hello,i am using Premiere Elements 15 for quite a while. Within the last weeks (did no use the program) a new error occured. I can create new projects and save them. I can reopen them and continue working.however - if i reboot my system (Win10 - fully patched), i am not able to open the project files again. Premiere says that the files are corrupted. this happens also with older project files which had been working in the past. i tried to delete all temp files (pre-rendering and all stuff that i could find related to the projects) - no effect.Is there a known bug with any Windows Update or so?Due to the fact, that i am using the Programm for my YouTube Stuff, i am in need of a fast solution. Sobald ich den Film, der aus einzelnen VTS-Teilen besteht, in das Fotobearbeitungsprogramm Adobe Premiere 10 bzw. 14 hochladen will, erhalte ich jeweils beim ersten Teil nur den Ton, aber kein Bild. Does anyone still have the 50p (or 60p) sequence.preset for Elements 11?

I'm a 1-day old user of Premiere Elements 15 on Windows 10.  Everything was going like clockwork until I closed the project, and tried to re-open.  Then I got a message saying the file format was not supported or I might not have the right Codec installed. All the imported clips are from an iPhone and thus in .MOV format.  After I close the error, Premiere ends up opening the project anyway, and I've successfully exported it to an .MP4 file.  Nothing seems to be wrong on the playback in Premiere or the exported file.  However, when I exit the project by closing Premiere, I get an error that "Premiere has stopped working".  Unfortunately, Adobe support isn't open on the weekend.  It all seems a bit shaky to me, and this is a very important project that is due tomorrow for work so I'm debating if I should just hold my breath and continue or stop and try to fix this (which is very risky due to my lack of knowledge on the innards of Codecs, etc). im thinking of buying adobe premiere elements 15 and was wondering if any special effects were included or if there are any free plugins to get things like explosions, gunfire, etc. into elements 15????? any help would be appreciated. i noticed i could get things like that with pinnicle for free but i want to get adobe because for the same price i can get photoshop included.

Ive have tried many ways to fix this problem and have spoken to the forums about this before and the problem has never been resolved. It seems people have given up or forgotten. Im going to retry and update you. The program wont even start up the start up page to get into the program. Ive restated computer, ive reinstalled it, which gets it to work then as soon as i close it down, id need to reinstall it again, thats too annoying. Please help and give me suggestions to fix this problem and i can say whether ive already tried it or not(i cant remember everything ive tried) If you could make the effort and help i would highly appreciate it.

Hallo,ich habe 2 Videos mit der Breite von 1280. Nun möchte ich die Filme nebeneinander laufen lassen. Ich habe ein Projekt gestartet mit einer Breite von 1920. Also verkleinere ich die beiden Videos auf 75%. Somit passen beide nebeneinander. Also so habe ich es mit Premiere Pro (testversion beim Freund) gemacht gehabt. Wenn ich nun versuche beide Videos nebeneinander zu setzen, sehe ich nicht alles auf der Arbeitsfläche. Also die sichtbare Arbeitsfläche ist kleiner als das Projekt.Wenn ich dann alles exportiere, ist alles richtig mit der Größe. Nur halt nicht auf dem Arbeitsbereich.Kann mir einer sagen, wie ich den Arbeitsbereikch auf die breite von 1920 bekomme?

I decide to open it to test if it work well. But it don´t opened. I become a error message that it isn´t working. Hi there,I spend a few days shooting some video clips on my Nikon DSLR and make the rookie mistake of using the shutter speed to control exposure (I know to leave it at 1/50, but hadn't shot video for a while) and now, after shooting at faster shutter speeds, my video look jittery. Not over jittery, but enough that I notice a jitter/flicker rather than smooth motion of pans or of people talking to the camera.I am using Premiere Elements 11. Is there any thing that can smooth out the video for me? I read about using motion blur to give the sharp jittery video a slight blurr, but my version of elements doesn't have that.Do the later versions have motion blurr and will it work 100% to make the video look good?Anyway, any advice on how to "fix it in post" is appreciated. If there are any third party apps or software that can help, please let me know.Ronald

I'm trying to create an effect where a clipboard swings into view on top of another clip, partially covering it, and then swinging back out in reverse to the way that it swung in.  The clipboard is a PNG image file with a transparent background.I have successfully created the Swing In effect using the Swing In transition as follows.  The clipboard swings into view as if it were hinged along the right-hand side.At the end of the Clipboard clip, I want it to swing out in the reverse, again hinging along the right-hand side.  However, I just can't seem to make it work using the Swing In or Swing Out transitions.  Is it possible to do what I'm trying to do?

In the videos I've seen for Premiere Pro, apparently you can just change apply the "transform" effect and change the shutter angle. But in Premiere Elements, changing the value for the shutter angle does absolutely nothing. The effects page on the Adobe Support site says that the shutter angle control is an After Effects effect, but I don't know what they mean by that, since this is Premiere Elements, not After Effects. Is there another way of creating motion blur? Or if there isn't, how can I get the shutter angle control to work inside Premiere Elements?I'm using Premiere Elements 15, by the way. Just in case the version matters.

PE15 started. i have work already 2 hours. everything fine.A few days later, i start PE15 again,( PC ran NO Updates!!!) but PE15 want to make an update of Something. And now i can´t start PE15. After importing my *.MOD moviefiles (from the JVC Everio camcorder), Premier Elements 14 is resizing the file, now I'm missing moviematerial on the left and right side (Only the center of the movie is still intact). What I see is a black field on both the right and the left, where I was expecting to see people. I've tried this: new file ->new project -> change settings -> tried every setting in the book, but the same effect still happens.What should I do?

My Premiere Elements 14 version has been working properly for many weeks, until some days ago, without any obvious reason that could be linked to the event (Windows/Adobe update), there was a change or bug during the youtube export. At some point you are always asked t classify your new upload into some categories. This field is no more active, at least it doesn't react to any mouse interaction. No big deal, I would say, but the field has to be filled to continue the export dialogue. Which means, I cannot do any direct export to youtube any more.Thanks in advance for all notices, that I can first export to a file and then upload to youtube, but for my father I would like to keep the prcess as simple as possible, and I simply cannot understand why it worked for a long time without any issues, and now it simply stopped wrking.Help or tipps and tricks very much appreciated.Regards Thorsten

HelloI am using premiere elements and I have created a video project and the format is .prel. I am trying to convert the video project to mp4 or MOV but for some reason when I click File, the Export option is not highlighted. Any ideas why?Your help is much appreciated.
