I have several videos that I plan to join but some need editing.   Which is better?1.  To edit each one, then join them?2.  To join them, then edit the ones that need editing in that string of videos?Thanks,Ernie

Hello,I am having issues with elements 15 rendering. I meet all system requirements. Upon placing a clip on the timeline it does not prompt to render unless i do something to the clip such as add slow mo and even after that the clip still lags. any help is much appreciated........phone support is no helpThanks

Someone help me to get into premiere elements 14 please. It had lagging problems then i turned off my laptop and now i cant get back in. I double click on the icon and nothing happens. I then try installing the program again, hoping a copied one will allow me to get in, but then a message comes up saying cant install because adobe premiere elements 14 is still open.

I'm trying to edit video and when I try and stretch out the video, my audio will end up splitting. So I'm left gaps in my audio after editing the video length. Please help!

I'm running Adobe Premier Elements 10. When I try to burn a dvd it doesn't recognize my burner.I've looked on other forums for tips/advice. i have not used my program in a while ,we curretly have windows 10. when i click on Video editor  new project it trys to open then nothing

I am using Premiere Elements 14 Organizer to create slide shows.  I'd like to change the default slide duration.  Is there a way?

I am using Premiere Elements 15.  I am guessing this is very easy, but I can't seem to figure it out.  I have a project with multiple video clips.  I am adding musical scores to them using the built in scores.  I want the music to change.  So for example, I inserted the Aura score to the timeline.  Then after that, I added the Outer Space score after the Aura score on the timeline.  These scores automatically have blank spaces at the beginning and end of each score, i.e., no music plays at the end of the Aura score or the beginning of the Outer Space score.  I don't want it to be that way. I want the music to go right from the Aura score to the Outer Space score with no gaps in the music.  Is that possible?

Can you help.After completing a project, and try to burn to a DVD - the screen goes light grey. It will not let me burn a DVD. This only applies to the DVD option. Other options are OK.Can you advise how to resolve this.Thanks.Ian

Hello.this has happened before but a re install sorted it. this time it hasn't. The problem is this. when I open elements to edit video from a go pro black it won't pick any of those films up. it doesn't register any vid file at all. mp3, mp4. nothing. even stuff created on the system its self. just nothing.

HiI have recorded several videos on a Canon XF 100 and can view the footage using the canon utilities software. However, I cannot upload the video from the card reader to Premiere Elements 11I have tried using the following route + Add Media then selecting Videos from Flip or camerasThe Canon XF comes up in the source menu but in the window below the following message appears This device does not contain any supported mediaWhat am I doing wrong?

I am using Premiere Elements 10 and my project setting is  is 1920 x 1080 p ,  29.97.  To date we have only been exporting as an mp4, either 720p or 1080p to upload to Vimeo and Youtube.  Premiere even has a Vimeo preset. However,  now we are lookin gto submit to platforms that require the following format: Apple ProRes 422 HQ   QuickTime .mov 1920x1080Is it possible to export a file lformat ike this from Premiere Elements?  I do not see this as an option in the share section?

I just uploaded my very first video into Premier Elements 15 and my actual video is extremely out of sync with my audio. I just did a fresh install of everything on my PC and feel like I'm missing an essential program or something here?

Adobe Premier Elements 10PC - WIndows 7 ProfessionalPlenty of RAMI have just starting using Menu with Chapter Pages, but when I upload an image for the the main Menu Page (via Browse), while it looks centered afterimporting into the heart shape, after burning it goes off centre. I have tried creating and using different file types including .jpeg, .pdf, gif, bmp, PSD, and even cropping them differently, e.g. into a square and they all burn similar, off centre, so that the image is partly missing as per example image below. Sometimes there is a black strip on the right hand side within the heart shape and the image is to the left of that, still off centre.  Does anyone know how to fix this problem please?

I am having trouble importing audio into Premier Elements 15. I have looked and most of the time when people encounter audio issues it is related to iTunes. I would like it to be known that this has absolutely nothing to with iTunes. This is with voice recorded audio from both a phone, and from my computers voice recorded program (stock program).I am trying to add voice recorded audio to a video. The video works fine. I can import the .mp4 files with no problem, it is the recorded audio that I am trying to add that is causing issues. when I try to import it I get a "The Importer reported a generic error." The files were regularly .m4aI have tried to convert them to .mp3, .wav, etc. Every time I get that error. In all cases the files play fine on my computer, the just wont import. I did try to convert them to .mp4. when I did this it worked; however, I would think other formats should work too.I am using windows 10 and have the xps15 9560 (I think off the top of my head that's the model

I'm rendering a gameplay video that has both the gameplay and a webcam video. I applied the NewBlue Cartoonr Plus effect to the webcam video and my render/save time is absolutely huge. It's a 43 min video and I would normally expect a 1.5-2 hr render time, right now my video is rendering/saving and is at 2% with 6 hours left to go!!!!! Does the cartoon effect really bog everything down this much? Is there a setting or option within element or the effect that will reduce my render time?Thanks,Joe

Hello everyone, I recorded about a 45 minute video with my iPhone yesterday, as well as some photos and other short video clips with my canon 60d. The iPhone is an iPhone 6, the camera was set to 1080p 30 fps. I used Lightroom to import them all (version 6, not CC). Lightroom was able to read the video from my iPhone and import the video into its catalog in the same folder as the other videos from my 60d, which is a Lacie 4tb drive. I'm using a 2011 MacBook Air. Premiere elements 10 can import the 60d videos, but I'm getting the "generic error" when I try to bring in the video from the iPhone. I no longer have the original video on the iPhone, it's deleted. I also tried to duplicate the file, to rename and change the file type to mp4, this did not help premiere elements. Any suggestions?

After adding several videos to the timeline, can you go back and insert an additional video to the very beginning of the timeline, or only at the end of the timeline?
