Hello, This is the first time I've tried to burn to anything after a project has been made in the Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 version. In the past when I used Adobe Elements 8 the "Burn to Folder 4.7gb" with "Fit Contents to available space" checked on enabled me to burn a media timeline duration of about 3 to 4 hours. Now, I'm lucky if I can "Burn to ISO 4.7gb" with "Fit Contents to available space" check on with a media timeline duration of 2 hours and 35 minutes. Here are my questions: Is there someway I can add "Burn to Folder 4.7gb" as an option in addition to the ISO one that is already built-in?Is there a way to adjust settings in order to put up to 3 to 4 hours of media timeline duration with "Fit Contents to available space" checked on? Whenever I tried to do this I would get an "insufficient disc space" warning, forcing me to trim the duration down on my media. This is not something that I would like to do, and sometimes not even possible, depending on t
Hello,I'm having an issue with Adobe Premier Elements 2019 crashing every time I launch the application.Doesn't matter if I launch as admin or not. Tried to Google my issue, but no results came up for the specific crash thread I seem to have an issue with. Can someone assist please? Here's the crash report:<?xml version="1.0"?><!DOCTYPE AdobeCrashReport SYSTEM "AdobeCrashReporter.dtd"><crashreport serviceVersion="2.0.3" clientVersion="2.0.3" applicationName="Premiere Elements" applicationVersion="17.0" build="20180830.daily.1636760" source="Windows-Client"><time year="2021" month="12" day="14" hour="11" minute="8" second="5" timeoffset="60" timezone="Romance Standard Time"/><user guid="307ee815-b69e-4b08-b8b3-fff3a603006b"/><system platform="Windows 10 Enterprise" osversion="10.0" osbuild="19042" applicationlanguage="fr-fr" userlanguage="en-US" oslanguage="en-US" ram="7998" machine="Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8365U CPU @ 1.60GHz" model="Intel64
I have Premiere and Photoshop Elements 2020. For several months I have been loading MP4 videos from an app on my phone. All worked well.Today when I tried to load a video I got the message "media files were skipped because they are not supported .."When I try to run one of the previously loaded videos in Organiser I get the message "The selected file cannot be played because your system does not have the required codec".I have reinstalled the HEIF and HEVC codecs and rebooted several times but no joy.I have not (AFAIK) changed anything recently to cause this.Any suggestions???Thank you.
I routinely need to do simple edits on zoom recordings. Zoom produces a 2736x1824 3:2 mp4 avc file which PE2022 easily opens, but I get black vertical bars on the right and left. (Yes I can zoom to eliminate the bars, but then I lose top and bottom content.) I have looked at all the mp4 project presets and none seem to accomodate 3:2 video. Can a 3:2 project preset be added? Some Other workaround? The 2nd problem is that PE22 automatically uses a 3840x1920 project preset for this video. That's just more resolution than needed, and everything needs conversion to that standard, leading to way slow performance. (I can manually select a project, and use the force selected project to this present check box, to work on these files in a 1920x1080 world, but it would be nice to work at the actual clip's resolution?Similarly, I don't see a standard way to export 3:2. I was able to make a 1920x1280 (3:2) custom export/sharing preset, but that adds black bars at the top and bottom. It's important t
When I open the Premiere Elements 2021, a window pops up with a suggestion to update. I can't go any further and choose anything. The window is constantly displayed on the screen and cannot be closed or skipped. The options below don't work for me. Apply the update in one of the following ways:Click Install Now or Install On Exit in the update message displayed in Premiere Elements.Choose Help > Updates (when the update message is not displayed).
I saved a completed DVD from Elements to a file system like the following: Open DVD > Video TS > sources > VOB. Is it possible to recover that DVD as originally created? I have a number of DVDs that elements saved that way.
When I try burning DVDs in Premiere Elements it wont let me do it directly and keeps giving me an invalid disk name message, (screenshot below) I have tried the date, test, and even "Dave" out of desperation does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? (I am on windows)
I have used hundreds of photos to make 5 slidshows. I want to produce a DVD that has menues to select which slideshow to watch. I could do that in previous versions of Elements but 2022 does not have an option to Creat a Menu DVD, oly DVD labels and covers.
Hope this makes sense....I am trying to a have a title appear while scrolling up from the bottom but have it appear inside of the circle. I have the circle black and white graphic on video track and I have used the track matte effect on the title track. When I apply the motion to the title it also moves the track matte which is not what I want. I want the Track matte to stay put and the text to scroll into the matte. I am using a slightly older version of Premiere Elements but does anyone have any idea?? I can't figure it out for the life of me.Thanks!!!
Can you copy an Organizer Album to Premiere Elements and keep the picture sequence you setup?I have an album with pics in a certain sequence. When I use the "Add Media' Option and select the al bum the sequence of the pictures changes. Is there any way to keep the sequence I setup? Thanks
Hello, Unfortuneately I don't get the GPU acceleration with my Nvidia GTX 1080 to work right. According to Adobe my card is supported for GPU acceleration. I use Premiere Elements 2022. Here's what I did so far:#1 Clean deinstall GPU driver with DDU and clean install new driver with NVCleaninstall. My current driver is 497.09. #2 I tried to find the allow list for the graphic cards to add mine. But I wasn't able to find the folder. SOURCE: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-elements-discussions/gpu-accelration-broken/m-p/12451675 #3 Google for other solutions and searched this forum, but haven't found a solution so far. I really like using Premiere Elements and my idea was to upgrade to Premiere Pro in a year or so. But if I don't get GPU acceleration to work right... I have to switch to another product. Maybe someone from the Adobe support or someone from this community can help me to make it work.
I want to burn a PREL file to disc at either full HD or 4K, but I do not see these options. 720*560 is the highest definition that I can find in Premiere Elements .I am using Premiere Elements 2020 on a Windows 10 PC. These higher definitions ought to be available, but I don't see where. Today I installed the latest update for PE2020. Can anyone help?Norman
Premiere Elements 2022 gibt den Ton nicht aus. Im Audiomixer ist der Audiopegel zu sehen jedoch wir der Ton weder an die internen Lautsprecher noch an einem HDMI Gerät weitergegeben.
I won't bore everyone with the long story. I'm in bit of a situation only having Windows 8.1 at home. I'm in poor health and unable to get out to a better PC. Is there any way I can Download Premiere Elements 2020? The Adobe website seems to offer only 2021 and 2022 versions which do not support Windows 8.1. Thanks
I purchased Elements (both Photoshop and Premier) to work on slide shows of my late parents slides. I was using Elements 8 and was having trouble with errors on my new Win10 PC. Told me Premier was running out of system memory (I have 64 G of system RAM). It would give errors when trying to burn to DVD, so I purchased Elements 2022 and I find that it does not even have the Create DVD with Menus choice! Can I download an older version of Elements that has DVD with Menus capability?
I am using a viddyoze animated template and want my picture of a house to show instead of the black background. anyone know how to do this?
I have Premiere Elements 19 with Windows 10. I have a project ready to burn and am getting this message, 'unable to access location for creating temporary burning files'. It's always worked before. Hello,I record my videos with an ordinary iphone with FullHD (1920x1080, 60fps, .mov-file). After cutting I have those problems with exporting the final file: My 2021-version of Premiere Elements cannot export in .mov. At least I didnt' find a way (even in custom-advanced settings). So I export in "MP4 - H.264". My problem:No matter which settings I try - middle oder high quality, 1920x1080, 1440x1080 or 1280x720, custom advanced settings compare with source... - EVERY video-result has a noticeable worse quality than the original Iphone .mov-file. So: Is this a thing I have to live with, or can I get better results with other settings? Thanks for your helping!Andy
How do I close a project without exiting the program? I do not see a "Close" option under the "File" tab. I have to use "Exit" which closes both the document and the program. It seems odd to have to restart the program every time one wants to close a project.
First time had any difficulties uploading to YouTube. It gets to the "Transferring File" stage and nothing happens - no error message. It's ony a 12 minute video - the only thing different to previous uploads is I'm uploading it as "Private" ?
Last year at the beginning of the pandemic I purchased Premiere Elements 2020 bundled with Photoshop Elements 2020. Photoshop Elements is slow to open but otherwise works fine. My issues are with Premiere. Premiere Elements absolutely obliterated the performance of my laptop. The specs were barely above the recommended, so I wasn't too too upset about it. I have moved on to a new computer. My gaming PC has the below specs: Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPERProcessor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHzInstalled RAM 8.00 GB (7.78 GB usable)System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor It's not a bad computer. I have no issues running and streaming modern games while recording audio from my mic and 1080p video from my webcam using multiple applications all running simultaneously. But if I try to use Premiere Elements, with no other applications open, it's a miracle if I can edit for more than 5 minutes before my entire computer, including the c
I got the automatic update and it is buggy as can be. Freezing, video freezes but audio keeps playing, lost edits after saving, jumbled edits after saving you name it. I tried to get help but you all know how hard it is to get an answer so I just want to go back to the previous version. Any ideas?
I am working on a project in Premier Elements 2021. After adding a few pictures, I select the transitions and many times it crashes, I have to close the program and restart.
Why does my Prem Elements program (2021) say this graphics processor is unsupported even though it is in the list of recommended graphics cards here: https://helpx.adobe.com/au/premiere-elements/using/gpu-acceleration.html
I've just finished building a system for editing video, and I am trying to use the HEVC codec for Windows 10. I have 4K 60fps video encoded from a GoPro Hero 7. The files play fine from Media Player, which runs at about 25% of the CPU. When I try to put the files into a project in Premiere Elements, the whole program becomes non-responsive. The CPU maxes out at about 2%, and the disk is running in the 3Mbps range. I have a Ryzen 9 5950x w/64 GB of RAM and 2 1TB 980 Pro M2 drives. I have a 7-minute movie, and the play button does nothing. If I try to render it says it will take 3 hours.
