I downloaded the trial version which was the 2019 version and it worked ok so I bought a license and was directedto install the new 2022 version. Now that version wont play  any clips without corrupting the picture with green patches and smears Ive spent hours asking for advice on here and been directed to graphics card driver updates which I have done with no effect.I have a 3 year old HP 7th gen i7  processor with two graphics adaptors. a Nvidia 950M which i find from the Adobe site is not compatitble with elements 2022 and an Intel HD 620 which Adobe says is compatible. Both have up to date drivers. Ive tried disabling each graphics adaptor in turn but nothing works. So I thought I would uninstall PE2022 and try PE 2021 but no, when I try to activate it im told my license key is invalid.So Ive bought a product which is not fit for purpose, which in the UK means I am able return it and get my money back - BUT HOW!there seems no way of communicating with the vendor exce

I am using APE 15. I have an aerial clip of landscape that is slowly panning right to left. I would like to add labels next to geographical features. I know how to add text to a clip but is there any way for the text to pan with the object?

 I downloaded the trial of Premiere Elements 2021 and tried to make a movie using MP4 files. Got an error message.  Then I tried to make a movie with AVI files. Got an error an error message: "This type of file is not supported, or the required codec is not installed."I am not going to purchase the product.  I suggest other people try it out, they may want to look for a product that will work with the files they have.  

I have owned Elements 14 for several years. During this time I have had one computer die and two computers wiped and sold.I now want to install Elements on my laptop and Windows 11 desktop, but I have just got a message from Adobe saying the serial number is being used on too many devices. In fact it is only one. The one I got the message on.How do I contact Adobe to get this sorted out? Any help greatly appreciated. Alasdair

HelloIs there any way I can export my Keyboard Shortcut Customisation to another Computer? It is really painful to do the customisation in all my workstations. Please suggest. 

Hello,I've recently been getting into making youtube videos using Premiere Elements 2021. Everything was going fine until a new update came out, and premiere tried downloading it automatically but froze/crashed in the process. After that I've had a series of issues with the program, specifically, rendering video playback so that I can actually edit without the playback being very choppy/stuttering. First, the rendering process would freeze anywhere from 15-20min in to a render. It would just get stuck on frame (Rendering Frame X of Y) and I'd have to cancel it or close the program. After testing out new preferences/settings and updating my Graphics Card Driver, I am now unable to even render the first frame (it gets stuck Rendering Frame 1 with an estimated time of 353141:4...) I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere Elements multiple times with multiple versions to no avail. This has been very frustrating as its made editing videos much more difficult since all my playb

Hi, I would like to crate a square video that will fit instagram.My source is 1920x1080.I used crop effect, and crated a 1080x1080 randering profle, but then I get my video withing a black frame.see attched.any idea of how to do it?Thanks 

Just spent hours learning Premier Elements 11 ( i know its old) made a 25 minute moviewith Pictures, movie clips, and music. Nothing copyrighted but after all the swearing and cussinggetting it right, it will not Export. It gets to 15% then stops and  gives an Unkown error report.I have tried removing files at that point but nothing changes, i also tried saving with differentsettings but that failed also. i bought this program back in 2013 but never used it as WindowsMovie Maker seemed to make do for my video needs, it came with Photoshop Elements. Does anybodyhave a clue as to why this is happening? I did not use MM for this as it does not like .MOV files.

Last year when Premiere Elements 2021 came out I was very unhappy with the performance. Later I worked with Gaurav Gupta and he gave me a patch to make Nvidia Quadro P4000 support hardware acceleration. I just found we have Premiere Elements 2022 now, and when I checked the hardware support list, I do not see Nvidia Quadro P4000 listed there. My question is, if I install PE2022 and use your last year's patch. Will I get acceleration from P4000 or how I can get a fix for this?

I customise my keyboard to make my workflow easy. I believe everyone else does the same.  I use the key Q to split a clip in my timeline. Now when I close PE and open it cannot restore that Q key's function. I have to navigate Edit - Keyboard... and close that window to restore the function. Not only the split function restore, some functions do not even work. I have found Delete and Close Gap function in more than one place, when I assign a key, it works in certain places and then it do not.  Strange, right!! 

Any idea when Adobe will provide support for the Nvidia Quadro P520 in Premiere Elements 2021?

I have had the same problem with Premier Elements 2021 and 2022.  I have an Nvidea GTX 1060 6GB card with the latest driver, and Win 10 21H1 X64 system, using a BENQ 32" monitor.  When I go to edit/preferences/general it shows the GPU as correctly identified, but says "Detected Graphisc Processor (GPU) is unsupported".  Help please!

I recently did a major upgrade of my computer,  PC, Windows 10 Home,  and now I get no audio when I'm trying to edit a video.  The Audio is on the clip and plays fine when I play it in any player, and if I render the video and then play it back it is there just fine.  It is only during editing that I can't hear it.  The audio track shows under the video track.  It really is there, but just doesn't play during editing.  Of course cuts are often made based on the audio track.  How can I get this back and working?  Thanks for reading this and for any help you can offer. 

This problem has occured 4 times now. The software just won't launch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Help! Premier Elements 22 will not pause my video when editing in expert mode. Have a iMac Pro workstation with all lastest updates etc.  I have used previous versions with no issues on this computer.  Once I hit pause the program locks up and needs a hard reboot to work.  Any ideas?/. Thanks

Running Adobe Premiere Elements 2019 (v 17) on Win10 x64.Trying to import .TS files for editing.No matter what size file I pick - from 300MB down to 30MB - Premiere Elements pops up the window Add Media Failure - The importer reported memory errorsThis machine has 16GB RAM and Premier Elements is the only application running. How do I fix this? I'd really appreciate an advice. Thanks! 

Every time I try to open one of my Premiere Elements projects, it will not launch. It seems like the last few times I've tried, it's taken more and more tries to get it to launch, and now I can't seem to get it to launch at all. When I click on the desktop icon for my project, the Premiere Elements program pops up immediately, then the "Load Project" window. It loads pretty quickly for the most part, but then hesitates a little once it reaches 100%. When the "Load Project" window goes away, I'm left with a blank Premiere Elements project that's frozen. I can't click any buttons or X out, and instead of the name I saved the project with, the default project name "my new video project_6" is at the top. I've actually saved other backup copies of this project in the past, but I can't get those to open, either -- same problem.

   Dear Adobe team, dear Adobe community, since today I use the Photoshop/Premiere Elements 2021 bundle. On Premiere I always have green horizontal stripes in the preview windows of the video (no matter which file: mp4, mpeg, avi, gif...). My system is a new Lenovo Gaming 3 (Gaming 3 15IMH05) with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 and the latest GeForce drivers (version 456.71). Also all other drivers as well as Windows are up to date and the energy saving mode is switched off.Can someone help me, because I can't use the program like this. Best RegardsKris

Can't see video portion of my clip though I can hear the audio. I just got premiere elements 2022 and when I add a clip to project assets like the guided prompt suggested and drag it to video 1 timeline, I can hear it but not see it as it plays.  It has a picture in the asset box.  What am I doing wrong?  Very new user.

Injstalled the program this spring and though not used very much it has always loded eventually. Directories seem all there and full of files but nothing seems to get the prog to launch now. The 2.0GB program is still listed in WIN 10 list of applications. Organizer and PS Elements 2021 photo editor all work as expected. Any suggestions ??

Somehow my Project Assets window was reduced down to a small sliver on the left hand side of my screen. I cannot view any my thumbnails and it makes it extremely difficult to know what videos I am attempting to select. No one seems to have a solution online, and I was on phone with customer support for a long time to no avail. Anyone have any ideas for a solution on this?
