Premiere Rush

One thing about me is that I'm creative. I love to make my own everything from sound to videos. I have plenty of music out on streaming platforms but don't really have anyone listening cause I have to get it in their eye sight so they can hear the message.  Marketing and promotion software is a really great software for me. I have great music and great messages in my music and this software would help make great videos for the songs I have.

This is probably a simple issue, but when I create a new project and try to select media from the "Movies" and "Pictures" folders, they are empty. How do I use the media from the Photos app on MacBook Air M2? Thank you.

    As per conversation on Twitter I am documenting my challenges with the Adobe rush app. All of a sudden for some reason I can no longer import images from Dropbox into my Adobe app.  I thought I had a work around where I would install the video fall the video files onto my PC and then sync my app to my desktop.. This also creates an error message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled countless amount of times in hopes that this would fix the situation.. Part of my challenge right now is that Dropbox is pointing the finger at Adobe and Adobe has been pointing the finger at Dropbox.. So I am stuck in the middle with no answer. My work flow has been as follows. I would fly my drone and shoot some videos of real estate properties. I then move the files into my Dropbox on my PC. Up until now this is allowed me 2 edit my videos on the flight with my phone using Adobe Rush. And just for some reason who knows why it is no longer functioning. It looks like Rush does not work with Windows 11. My issue was that my vidoes would not sync from my phone to my Rush cloud that I could see. First I thought ok maybe there is an issue with Android 12.  So I connected my phone via USB and copied the files to my PC. When I went I went to create the new project, Rush crashes every time I go to the folder to import the video files.  There seems to be a problem with Android 12 as well since it will not sync the files from my phone. Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 is my phone for the record.

When I choose the media and click 'create project', Rush comes to the 'preparing media' and gets stuck. and I can do nothing with it. It's totally same with the problem described in this post. I've checked the system requirements and they're ok. My computer also works well with Premiere Pro 2018.

The first clip (sometimes all of them) on every project I make has a video-audio timing problem where the video starts a little "laggy", and then it goes good but the audio sounds a bit before it should. Maybe is a problem with the screen records only (that"s the kid of videos I mostly edit on the app). It's a great tool to fast edit some short videos but it's so disturbing to always have to separate video and audio to coordinate them manually.[iOS app on a iPad Pro 11]

I render videos fairly often. Only on my iPad. Since yesterday I've been getting an alert that there's not enough memory on my iPhone. And twice the app has just closed on its own during rendering.  I'm not using my iPhone. I'm using the iPad which has PLENTY of memory. I've tried duplicating. Changing the file size. Title of video. Even deleted things off my phone and iPad just in case.  Won't even let me share direct to social media. what do I do?? 🤷🏻‍♀️😩😱

Bonjour j'ai un problème au moment d'exporter ma vidéo. Certaines séquences se retrouvent pixélisées et je ne parviens pas à trouver la raison. Se sont des vidéos filmées sur un IPhone en 4K et qui n'ont aucun problème de qualité à l'origine. 

I would like to be able to export animated gifs from premie rush, but I can't see a way to do it. If it's not possible, I would like to suggest it as a feature!

Hi there,In recent weeks, I found the video exported from Rush are not accepted by IG when I tried to upload them.I tried different resolution and frame rate settings, still the same.IG loaded my video for preview, tagging and even let me compose the caption, but at the very last step - the video won't publish. It just stated 'the video can't be shared' and does not explain why.Does anyone has the same issue? The same video is fine for upload on YouTube, Twitter etc. so it is clearly issues with IG??

The video is working fine, it just shows a black video when posting or sending to someone. How do I make the first screen the "saved" screen. It's the one in the upper left corner

On my final 48 hours of the free trial and it has taken me 30 mins just to open the community support window. Not sure if it's my system or a download issues with Premier Rush but I have not been able to use the thing the whole time. The Cloud page takes the longest to upload. Once it's finally up and running I open an application then things get even crazier. For example, the automatic downloads don't stop it hangs on to my cloud for hours if I let it. Never completing a download never allowing me to even test the system. Frustrating and now liking that I cannot reach support for immediate assistance.

Hi,I'm trying to install Premiere Rush on my Pixel phone. Looking at the supported android phones supportedmine should be supported, but unfortunately I cannot install Rush. It's a Pixel 3XL, which as mentioned previously, is supported according to the web link. I can install Creative Cloud with a issue, but any adobe apps give me the "Your device isn't compatible with this version" - Is this an Android 13 issue, or a Adobe issuse?  Hopfully someone can shed some light as I'm paying for somthing that clearly doesn't work when it should.

I'm trying to add graphics to a video in Adobe Rush on my PC. No graphics appear? Im using Windows 11. I've tried "Titles" and "Transition Graphics" and "Overlays" and nothing appears as choices. Any advice? I checked and Im using the most recent version of Adobe Rush. V2.7

hello! Is there a way to clear cashe files in premiere rush? I've deleted all the projects from my phone memory, but the app is still more than 20gbs, it's enormous 

hi,- imported videos are being imported shorter than orginal. For example 6sec clip ends at 3sec.- sound of the original clip is off by a few seconds as well- when I split the audio from clip and manually sync it back to the video, then I can extend the audio clip to full lenght of the original video. However the video file cannot be extend to its original length. (See point 1) very annoying for a paying app. How can I fix this pls? I trief the usual solutions of uninstalling etc. im on iPhon 13iOs 16.3.1 thanks

Hi, I get an error when loading graphics in Adobe premier Rush, both on the computer and on the mobile.

I don't understand why the app keeps crasbing. I've had no problems exporting my videos until today. I've restarted my phone dozens of times. I know it is not the phone. Is there something going on with this app? I am about to cancel my subscription asap.

Just says cant export. The original video on 1.7 gb i can export with no trouble. But my projekt i been woorking on for days, i cant!! WTF!? And the only customersupport is asking strangeres on the internet??  How do I get a refund??? 

I created a shot with the app’s camera but my shot looks to shaky. Is there a stabilizer feature on this app?

In the titles workspace, under My Templates I see the ability to install my own templates however upon selecting the MoGrt files I want to add, the app does nothing.   This is on the Mac OS app.   Any ideas? Any known fixes?   Also - Does anyone know if installed templates will sync across to the iPhone / iPad apps?   Thanks

Horrible. I figured it out and then froze. Uninstalled and reinstalled still crap. Complete waste of time!
