Premiere Rush

I have read numerous complaints about this issue among Adobe users which makes these applications non user friendly! Not good considering how much we pay for Adobe subscription! I have 3 devices: Desktop PC, iPhone XR and iPad. NONE of my videos are showing media assets in their respective videos ACROSS ALL DEVICES. The frustration over this unnecessary problem is making me want to CANCEL Adobe for making me waste my time! So for the questions that you Adobe folks may ask:1. I presently have all 3 devices open. Only iPhone and iPad are loading all assets in the subject file. Desktop is not loading the video asset (sequence). Why??? I thought Adobe uses Cloud!2. iPad shows the little red exclamation point upper right side as 'Project Status' but no status.3. iPhone does not show the little red exclamation point upper right side as 'Project Status' but no status.4. Desktop shows a grayed out area of where the video should be. The cloud should save edits seamlessly!Great. S

"We can't verify your subscription status.""Are you connected to the internet?"These error messages keep popping up when I try to open rush. I've followed the troubleshooting process, restarted my laptop, reconnected to my wifi - nothing has helped! Would anyone be able to help me?

I tried importing video files from a Fuji XT4 10 bit 4k and it just hung.  I also tried importing an h265 file made in DaVinci Resolve and it didn't work.  I saw there was a similar issue with the Fuji XT3 and was marked as resolved. But more recently someone else posted it didn't work. 

I am having the same issue. In the preview the video and audio is synced up correctly, but when I render it 3 minutes of my video pieces disappear, but audio keeps going and ends correctly.

Could someone help me with editing a video clip? The video has a ton of black background in it and I don't know how to make the video itself bigger, deleting the background

Hi this is my first attempt at stringing some still photos together. I took photos from Canon R5. Edited them in Lr on m6 iPad. I then try and add these to Rush. At this point the photos ar3 rejected with an error format not accepted? I checked an£ these are r3corded as JPEGs on my iPad. Any help out there?

I was wondering if someone can help me fix how premiere rush makes some parts of my videos glitch out or is pixelated. This is the first time that this has ever happened to me on premiere rush. I thought it only turned out like that since I film and edit on my phone but I've edited many videos before and this is the first time it has ever happened. I tried fixing it by taking out some clips or duplicating a clip deleting the old clip hopefully seeing if anything would change but it was the same. Please help me !!

Hi, I’ve just started using Adobe rush on my iPhone. I make videos with lots of clips and I record voiceovers over the top. I tend to record my voiceover in sections. I’ve found that if I record a voiceover on an audio track, when I then move the video clips around, it completely messes up my voiceover, either moving or deleting sections of it. In turn, if I edit the voiceover it messes up the video clips. So it seems that when I record a voiceover it groups or links the voiceover clips with the video clips. How can I stop this without just locking the whole audio or video track?Thanks

So, my version of premiere rush is not valid in the photo subcription packet. Started the trial period for Adobe Express to access rendering in rush again (it should be available in the free premiere rush version, but ok...) - thought about the subscription and willing to pay for it in the future.But: i've done 3 exports now and parts of the audio are now missing in different parts of the rendered videos. Even did a 4th render after having deleted the cache, other parts miss audio.After the HEVC codec desaster which i worked around by converting my iphone videos to h264 codec i'm ready to quit. So i'll wait for the end of the test supscrition and after that it will be a byebye to Adobe, if those problems will not be fixed. I am not willing to pay extra for software that does not work - the conversion workaround was ok for me, since Rush got an unpaid place in my photo subscription. I was willing to look over it. Just made a home clip and i used a soundtrack from rush and i got copyright violation notifications from both YouTube and Facebook. Facebook even muted my video. See below  What am i doing wrong? Track title: this is too easy 

Today my Rush videos are playing double speed in the interface (and I'm pretty sure I didn't click anything to make this happen!), happily when I render and export them they return to normal speed. How do I get normal speed back in Rush?

Hello,Arabic text should appear from right to left in a certain orientation since the letters in the words are always connected. Typing Arabic in Rush will show the Arabic letter in reverse. Is there a way to resolve this? And will Adobe inDesign help with this? on iphoneThank you

I've observed two different issues. Currently, I have brief segment involving a library graphic that allows one to edit text/shapes. This starts of bright for part of the duration then fades nearly away then rebounds brighter before reaching its end. I see no controls in the right-hand control to adjust anything like that. I want a constant text block of six words to appear for about 20 seconds, introducing my video. On another project, I've had the same library graphic appear, disappear, reappear, etc.What might be causing these?

Hello, im new to using rush and when i try to open a video file from my computer that has been clearly download it doesnt come up in the fold on the app. any suggestions? I am using a mac and it is a 360 video.

I'm using Adobe Rush on a Dell laptop. All of the transitions, overlays, and titles have disappeared. They were there this morning, so I don't understand why they're gone.  I restarted my computer. I uninstalled and reinstalled adobe rush. Please help. This is extremely frustrating.

I don't have a dedicated video card because I don't do a lot of video.  I decided to give Pan and Zoom a try on an image.  It wouldn't.  But, I was going from super small to full size. It wouldn't preview and it would smoke my GPU to 100%.  So, I turned off Hardware Acceleration and Pre-Render.  Still no.  It just goes black and eventually comes back once it is WAY past the photo.I finally tried changing the Start from super small to medium size and the preview worked-ish. It still won't Render.  I'm on Windows 11 with 32GB Ram.  My Video isn't "gaming quality" but for most of my photo processing it has been fine. Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 is the on-board video. I'd say it is definitely the video, but seems like others have been having similar issues.  Anything else I can try?  Any recommendations for a not-more-than-the-PC-price Video card?

I am doing the trial version right now. My movie won't download. I have tried deleting all transitions, text and music. I have deleted the clip at the 16 second mark (according to error message below.) Nothing will allow me to dowload! Once it downloaded part way through a clip and crashed. So I tried deleting that clip but then it just crashed at a different clip in the same general area. Please help! I don't want to starting paying the monthly fee if this is what the product is like.  

I have been using Premier Rush for a few months now making short videos for TikTok. I have recently tried to make longer videos of gameplay to upload to YouTube, but after rendering, the videos only play for 5-10 minutes and then skip to the end of the video like it is over. In particular, I've rendered a 42 minute video several times and each time it will play a certain amount (first it was 6:50, then 4:29 etc) and then skip to the very end like it has finished playing. I don't understand why it's doing this as all I have done is added a short slide at the beginning with a bit of text on it. The video file plays fine before putting it into adobe.

When I edit with the iPad Pro (2020 11inch model) in Adobe Rush, it does fine when connected only to the magic keyboard. When I connect it via HDMI to an external HD monitor it inevitably crashes after a few minutes of fairly simple editing. Does anyone have any idea as to why this might be happening? No other apps seem to crash when connected to the external display. I have a HyperDrive USB-C hub connected to the iPad Pro and a standard HDMI cable from the hub to the monitor. I haven't noticed any problems when editing in iMovie (and connected to external display) and have not yet tried Lumafusion. Was hoping to stick with Rush. Any help would be most appreciated. Travis

Using iPhone 12Pro. After I export my video from Premier Rush I repeatedly get an error when publishing to YT. I have published a few others with no errors.Here is the error:RushCould not publish to YouTube.Please try again later and makeSure you have a good network signal.CancelMy connection to WiFi is strong, so this is an inaccurate message. Real frustrating and not what I expected from Adobe. Please help!    

Created a projecto on OSX premiere rush and given it ample time to upload,  it's a 3 minute video and i've left the project open all night just to be sure,  there are no status indicators showing partial upload so It appears that it's all uploaded. When I go to use rush on any of my mobile devices I get an error that says:"Project StatusSome media can't be found.  This is usually caused by an upload from another device that hasn't completed...." To try and solve this i've tried:  signing out of and closing creative cloud then restarting my computer,  signing back in and re-opening Rush (like the troubleshooting guide recommends) Logging ouf of CC on mobile devices and restarting them, then deleting local data for the projects that are not working, and trying to re-download them from the cloud... but still error still occurs  I do have other projects that download just fine from the cloud on my devices. iPad Pro: &nbs
