Premiere Rush

Does anyone else find the synching between mobile and laptop/desktop absolutely terrible? One of the major reasons this app should be great is the ease at which you should be able to switch from mobile to desktop... But I find it really unreliable. I just created a project on my phone, no sign of it on laptop - no obvious place on phone to check if it's synched.  I logged out and in again on both deveice. Now my laptop displays the projects... but the video files are missing. Meanwhile on my phone all my projects disappeared.  So frustrating that an app supposed to speed up my workflow is now taking up all this time troubleshooting and getting on to support (who haven't resolved it yet). Right now, I just want to know whether this is just a problem at my end, or if others are tearing their hair out too?

I won't be purchasing the premier rush mainly because I seem to have had way too many technical issues with the app. On my phone it was constantly pixelated and I only did like 3 transitions and it was a 30 second video with music added. On my computer it was slightly different. It kept glitching and shaking then crashing on the screen , going different colours then I even saved it. That then came out as a black out video with no noise at all. I tried to do this 30 second video numerous times removing the app then re uploading and nothing helped.I heard others had  similar problems and that just scared me in to even purchasing. And paying the monthly fee. such a shame because it looked good.

I can't install adobe rush new version for android. My phone is not compatible. how can i download the old version?

Hi! I'm working on the latest version of premiere rush on my ipad, and an issue i'm having is when I import videos onto my timeline from my camera roll,  about half the clip gets cut off and i'm unable to make it any longer. it doesn't make any sense because the clip is  longer in my photos app. sometimes when they're entered on my timeline the beginning of the clip has extra footage in it that I had already edited out in the photos app, and the ending is still cut off as well. 

Help! I am heartbroken -- after spending 15 hours working on a project, it now will not open. When I open it I just get a gray screen. I can open other projects just fine. I can start new projects. But this big project I was almost done with doesn't open. I last worked on the project last night. When I was done I returned to the Home screen, then closed Rush as normal.  From the gray screen of death, I can't even return to the Home screen. Every drop-down menu is grayed out with no options, except Help and File > New/Exit Things I have tried that have not helped:Logged out of all Adobe apps and back inRestarted computerLogged out via Help > Sign Out, then restart, then log back inTurned Sync off and back onMade a duplicate of the project - that duplicate also gives the gray screen of deathEnsured Creative Cloud and Rush are updatedEnsure drivers are updated I can see the temp files for the project in C > Users > [ME] > Creative Cloud Files &

After nearly 15 hours trying to export with the error message of can not compile frame..... the research I have found on this tells me this has been an issue for awhile.  Hopefully turning off my GPU (which was bought just for this issue) and letting this render for the 5 hours seems to be the only solution as I have been trying all other suggerstions with no luck.  Is this going be fixed??? or should I look for other capiable software??

Hi, I am paying alot for this app. However, when I export a video in 4K (that I also shot in 4K) the video quality deteriorates tremendously. There is additionally a light blinkering that happens in the video. Please help!

I'm trying to export my 15 minute movie on iPad (9th generation) and keep getting the same message “Unable to render successfully”. The video files are H.264 (filmed on iPhone) and images are JPEG. Please can you advise what to do? My iPad in charged and has sufficient memory. Thanks  

I have premiere rush on my phone.  I video from my phone, but I edit on desktop.  I have 'turn sync on' on but my project won't sync from desktop to creative cloud.  should it?  i'm being told i need paid subscription to desktop version but am currently paying for mobile version.  Please help

Hi  I have 2 questions about Premiere Rush app for iPad.-Is it possible to copy and paste a project on another one on the time line ?-If so, can we hide one to see only the other on the time line ?Thanks

I spent the last couple days creating a P. Rush video edit. Over 40 hours went into this edit. -I wanted to export a "small piece of the project as a "teaser" so I trimmed the video to a 25 second clip and then went to click on "share" but accidentally clicked the home buttom instead- Because of this now only my 25 second clip immediately saved. When I go and click on the project it has "autosaved" to only the one short clip . How do I restore the whole project?  

I updated Premiere Rush this afternoon. After the update installed, the audio on my current project is completely messed up. It sounds like the audio of the original files I pulled the clips from, but slowed down and distorted. Ist es normal, das ich in meinem "Foto-Abo" die Premiumdienste wie etwa Auto Reframe nicht nutzen kann?Bei dem Versuch eine Premiumfunktion nutzen zu wollen, werde ich auf kostenpflichtige Abos, insbesondere mein Foto-Abo hingewiesen. Vesteh ich nicht. Sollten dann die Premiumfunktionen nicht drin sein. Schließlich zahle ich bereits 11,89€??  

I believe there is maintence going on but I've never had this happen. When I open Rush I can't see the project (or any projects) just a black screen with the "File, Edit, etc" bar at the top. 

My projects were working fine yesterday and then today I tried to work in them, the sound was gone. The sound bar is moving up and down when the video plays and I can hear sound on my computer through every other program, except for Premiere Rush. I have chedk to make sure it is not muted in the auto and also on the left side down by each clip.

I have muy photo and video files on a NAS. How do I import video from the network disk in Premiere Rush?

I have been getting frustrated as of late with the Dissolve transition added between two clips. Normally, I will have multiple clips selected and add the dissolve transition to them all at once. Some will be smooth, as intended, others will have a brief fade to black in the middle of the transition. I've double checked to make sure there are no gaps between clips (using the step ahead one frame button). Below is a brief segment of a video that shows the black during a transition or two and the last transition being clean and smooth. Hi, again. Finally, I've managed to download my project, Yet I have a few things to correct on it and Rush doesn't enable me to see the preview and add the new image... it's still uploaded the wrong one and now I've to remake all my work!!!! soooo boring! could you fix it? thank youG

Adobe really need to make Premier Rush available for Galaxy Tab S7 Plus. It is available on all Note 20 Ultra, Z Fold 3, even available on o.der Galaxy Tablets so why exclude the high performance Tab S7 Plus?  And please Adobe don't give a lame answer. Tell us why technically it's not available. We all know that it can run on this device.  

Asking for my 9 year old is it possible to edit out an object from his video in all clips using premier rush? we've tried watching tutorials but this ability only seems to be in premier pro? i can't figure out where in premier rush the tools for this would be  thanks in advance! 

Hi,I have edited a video of a mobile phone recording, added some added graphics and background music. It's about 6 minutes long and impossible to render.  The first couple of raw edited versions were fine, I didn't think it took too long to render - maybe 15 mins? But now, it suddenly would take over 4 hours to render the same video! I started searching for an answer to what had happended and tried a few tricks like restarting the computer, clearing old cache in Rush, syncinc the project, checking CPU activity, etc. Nothing did any good. Because now that I tried again - it suddenly says 13 hours to render !!!  What is going on? Using a Macbook Pro 2020, Big Sur 11.2.3, with Intel Core i5 and 16 GB ram.  Would appreciate quick reply. Thanks. 

Hi all, I have lately noticed an problem in Adobe Rush.As you can see in the images, there is an difference between the two examples. I have uploaded the video from my SD-card on Adobe Rush and checked the box mark: sync with creative cloud. After the video is synced, I eject the SD card. When I eject the SD card the video size is changing. When I put the SD card back again the video is changing again to the original state. I tried to drop the file from the SD card to the laptop and then upload it to Creative Cloud. But what then happens is that when I open the Adobe Rush project on an other device. The video is wider again. I find this very problematic because one of the reasons I use Adobe programs is because of the posibility to work together on one project. Is there any solution for this problem?
