Premiere Rush

After I render the video the resolution of the video is decreased, see this video's resolution(when full screen landscape) : https://youtu.be/vRk-wG-HnQw    I don't know if this bug is only on android. Whatever resolution I use, after I render the resolution is decreased.This is not a problem with YouTubebecause After I rec the video, the size is good It's happened after I rendered. Plz Help!  

I am having trouble adding a 17 second audio loop.  I want it to play during the entire 6 minutes of my video but can only add a 17 second at the beginning.  How do I do this?

Hi.I´ve made a .mog in Premiere Pro using this tutorial:https://youtu.be/6EEUfvE_akAI'm trying to import/install to Premiere Rush but I'm getting the following error:I'm using a macbook pro with the latest version of Rush.How can I import/install a mogrt?Can I install mogort´s made in After Effects?If its possible to install mogrt's form either or both Premiere Pro and After Effects to the desktop version of Rush, is it a way to use the mogrt in the iOS version of Premiere Rush on an iPhone mobile device?

Hi there,I was having the same problem as others in these days (rush was crashing repetedly on the launching of the app). So What i did was delete and install again the app.Now I can open the app, but I've lost all of my projects and I cannot accecc any premium features (even tho I was using them untill yesterday).Can someone help me please??

Sir I was using Adobe premiere rush in my Android smartphone but when I opened the app it work normally but when I choose a video the it was completely black . The screen was completely black but the sound was working please help to solve this issue

Hi, I am having issues with Adobe Rush opening and loading projects. In some cases I am able to run Rush when opening as admin but even that has stopped working. I am on Windows 10 Enterprise version 1903

I had Rush installed on my Windows 10 PC for a while and never used it. I removed it from Windows a week ago and now everytime I open a video file to view, the Creative Cloud userface keeps opening up with the Premier Rush Preferences - Cancel | Remove | Keep This prompt pops up every single time I open and close a video file regardless of what option I choose, which is mostly "Remove". This is becoming a real nuisance. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.Cheers,Paul Thomas

Hello,While I was editing my video my laptop crashed. When I started Adobe Premiere Rush back up my project was not just gone..... My cloud storage was enabled.. I can't find my project anywhere!Also tried logging out in adobe and logging back in but that didnt work.. Anyone know how I can get my file back? Thanks in advance

Hi. I have a project compiled which uses images stored on my Dropbox. The exact error is:"One or more projects contain assets imported from Dropbox, however you have not yet authorised the use of Dropbox. These assets will be offline until Droobox is authorised". I haven't been able to play it on my mobile for over a month and have tried reinstalling Rush. I have connected my Adobe Acrobat Reader on my desktop Dropbox account, and the images are all shown in the project when I play on my desktop, but I get the above error when I try to play on my phone. I have a Samsung S20+ running Android. Any idea what I need to do so I don't get the error and all Dropbox images are shown? Thanks

I'm using Premiere rush and I've read that I need to license the music used in the video when posting it on YouTube or something. How do I license songs?

I keep having issues with rendering certain videos. It's difficult to point my finger on the exact one but sometimes it exports fine and other times it will freeze part way through. i.e. a project will either work or it won't. Then either the program crashes and I force quit or my computer freezes and I have to do a hard reset.I do a lot of video creation for work and have this program installed on my work and home PCs. I'm able to export no problem with my work but my recently purchased Dell XPS 15 is causing these issues and it's REALLY frustrating. I am using the latest version of Rush (1.5.44) on my home computer (2020 XPS 15 with 16 GB Ram and i7 processor. It's a super good computer so I know it's not this). 

I have spent 3 days editing a project and after the sound stopped playing, someone suggested I re-open Rush while resetting the preferences. I did, and then all of my projects disapeeared. I managed to get my projects back on the screen, however, the most recent one will not open. I cleared cache, signed out and back in, re-installed, and on my mobile device it says "Error: Open production failed." Can someone please help?! It's not saved anywhere else.

Hi Community, got Premiere Rush lately in my photography plan and thought I'd give it the chance to replace the good old OpenShot Video Editor I used to tinker all the homemade videos of my choir fellows for Christmas this year, but I'm a bit lost (although I already watched some of the tutorials and read stuff I googled):- How to fit 9 videos 3x3 easily (OpenShot can do that by itself)?- Is there something like a property window somewhere allowing to adjust the parameters of the selected video directly? Thanks

Hi everyone! I've been using Premiere Rush to edit and make Reels for Instagram.What I've found only recently is that I'll upload the project onto reels, but I'm unable to edit the video (add text or stickers) once it's in the editing phase of Reels. It gets stuck on the first frame of the video (but the audio will keep playing)Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Thank you!

Hello,Rush was perfecting working on my old Macbook. But I got a new Mac with M1 after then, some video has an error after saving as a video. Also, some errors while editing.Please make and upgrade comfortable in M1 as well!

Hi, Rush failing to render a sequence. It renders until a few secnds remain (2 seconds or 9 seconds) and then the program freezes. I've tried some of the solutions offered here in the community but nothing seems to work. The video fails every time. I also tried re-installing an earlier version of Rush but it still failed. 

I'm completely new to Rush and have been looking at your videos.  I'm looking at this on my desktop.  In the video "Customizing your titles" you show access to different templates.  Where do these templates come from?  Do they have to be installed?  I have tried clicking on Install Template, and then selecting a template from the "Rush Bundled Templates" folder but nothing seems to happen.  Any suggestions?

I saw that I have Premiere Rush as part of my photography plan, was excited since I just got a GoPro 9 recently.I have recorded some clips today using HEVC, the list of supported formats includes HEVC:HEVC (H.265)H.265 media with resolutions up to 8192x4320 When I try to add these clips it says the codec is not supported and I should go to www.adobe.com/go/video and later on it gives me that generic error. Is this something I cannot do in Premiere Rush and need the full Premiere Pro? Seems like per the supported format table I should not be having this issue with HEVC from the GoPro.

Rush 1.5.62 - On IMac (late 2014 - 32Gb) w/CatalinaWhen I start Rush, not even the "Sample Media" files show anything but the sound icon and in project only sound is available. This goes with various video files

With today's new update, it now says "graphics" instead of transitions/titles.Okay fine, except that NOTHING WILL LOAD.If it took forever to load in the previous version, this one won't load at all. i.e. titles, transitions, overlays, etc. Nothing happens..just spinning away.

Hi guys,after Windows crush in my Adobre Premiere Rush project all source files are grey and don't work. Is there any way to fix it? I spent the whole day on editing this vlog...Thanks in advance for help!Jan 

I have issues editing one video with Adobe-Rush: when I see the video on my computer it's fine, but when editing in Rush the audio sync is bad and as if parts are missing.What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it ?

I have the most recent update of Premier Rush, as well as my video driver being up-to-date, but Premier Rush will open, and then freeze. It lasts 0-15 seconds, and then completely freezes. I have tried toggling off syncing with creative cloud, and it didn't make a difference. Any ideas?
