Premiere Rush

I have an issue when compiling drone footage on my desktop computer. My computer is extraordinarily powerful and should not be having this issue: When I put the clips together, add my title, and add my transitions, I'm able to preview the video with no stutter whatsoever and an acceptable framerate for a preview feature. However, when I render the video, whether it is to a local file or straight to a hosted service like youtube, the resulting video is extremely choppy, running at less than 0,5 fps and constantly freezing. The title animation works flawlessly, however. The title is overlayed on top of my moving drone footage and the underlying footage is terrible, but the title is perfectly fine. When I go to the rendering page and see that particular preview, the preview is awful at 4k/60fps. Hi guys I'm based in PALland and have Rush on my iPhone 12 Pro Max (running IOS 14.6). I've actually got a project where Rush could be useful. I thought I could capture now in Ru using 25fps, but I cannot find how to adjust my format settings. Is this possible (or is Ru still confined to only NTSC???) Regards,Graham

I need to use a specific font for a project I'm working on and for some reason, only the italic versions of the font are available in Rush. All the versions of the font (regular, bold, semibold, etc.) are available in other adobe programs. I'm not sure what the problem is. HALP!

I paid for the premium features in adobe rush on android so that I can import a 4K videos but  it still gives me the message "could not import media".  How can I fix this issue?  Thank you so much. 

I'm tyring to load in a 45 minute video, and my brand new 400$ processor is being worked to its upmost limit trying to load this thing.  Attached is a screenshot.  I've tried loading it in around 5 different times now, and my computer has crashed every time.  How could a simple 45 minute video cause so much trouble?  Is PR actually trying to load in and process the entire video all at once?  This is a disaster... Anyways, how do I fix this? 

hey all,  I hope you can help. I have seen a couple of posts about a similar issue, but none are showing as resolved so I dont know if they have been solved privately with the adobe team.  When I load Adobe Rush, I get presented with the "you dont have access to Adobe Team Project Service" - upon closing the pop up I can not proceed any further. The "Create Project" option is greyed out and I cant access my local projects either.  Im using Windows 10 Enterprise and this is an enterprise business account.  Please help! Thanks,  Tom

With the release of Apple's new hardware, we wanted to provide some information on the performance of our beta versions on these new machines.   This does not impact installing the official release of Premiere Rush.app on the new M1 computers running the Rosetta 2 Emulation. These notes apply specifically to running the beta of Premiere Rush (Beta).app on the new Apple Silicon M1 computers released November 2020 – MacBook Air M1, MacBook Pro M1, MacMini M1   Here's the information on which features are supported on the new Apple Silicon M1 hardware when using the Premiere Rush Beta. H.264 and HEVC video import is supported, most other video formats are not yet supported. Importing .M4A audio files is supported, but importing .MP3 audio files is not yet supported. Importing .PNG, .GIF, and .JPEG files are supported, other still images are not yet supported. Importing images directly from Photoshop files (.PSD) is not yet supported   Now for the exports!

Hello! I have been filming an art project for a few weeks now, and decided to try out Adobe Premiere Rush for editing since a trial came with a hard drive I ordered. I currently have about 6 hours of real-time video, which is filmed in 4k with a Canon Vixia HF G60 camera. I just uploaded a few clips to the program to start editing, and at 1000% speed the image is extremely choppy. Really, really choppy. I was hoping for more of a fluid look to this feature and cannot figure out whether I have done something wrong, or am expecting too much from this program? I know I have seen plenty of time-lapse style footage that looks amazing.  If anyone has any guidance for me, it would be greatly appreciated! 

Hi,    I am working in premiere rush and I have scaled down a video because I want some white space for text around it. But it is by default black and I can not seem to find a way to change the color?  Can this really be? Or is it just that is now able to find this feature?    Thanks.  Title edited by mod

I created a video featuring three different people. I would like to copy the original and make separate shorter videos of the individuals. Is there an easy way to do this? Thank you.

The graphics menu comes up blank.  I uninstalled and reinstalled with no improvement.  No menu for Titles, Overlays or anything, its all blank. Im also getting various sync errors.

After the two hours it takes to export my video, Premiere Rush shows that it has been exported. The first time I did a local export. It only exported half of my video. The next time I tried to export it straight to YouTube. Again, Premiere Rush showed that my video had been exported. I checked on YouTube. When I attempted to preview the video, it said the video could not be played. I then attempted these two processes multiple times with no success.I got Premiere Rush with the bundle that it comes with for $9.99/month. At the top of the screen, it first stated that I had five exports available. Now, it says I have zero exports available and that I need to upgrade. When I click on the "Learn More" tab, it takes me to a page that gives me the option to start a trial or purchase Premiere Rush. If Premiere Rush is included in the bundle that I pay for each month, what am I supposed to do to get more exports? How do I fix this export issue and is it possible to get my exports back?

Hello, I'm trying to delete an element, so a part of a video (in the tutorial). Normally, it's simple : i click on the element, then on the garbage icon and it's done. But I can't do that : that icon is grey, not available. What's wrong ? Kind regards

In my biz I work a lot with Rush, but I have a really slow internet connection at times (it just is like that - there are still white spots around the world!!!). Anyone else wanting the option to solely save to the harddrive, and NOT the cloud? To have the CHOICE? Adobe, can you PLEASE fix this? Not everyone is blessed with an abundance of internet at all times - or endless cloud storage! Cheers!

This has been happening repeatedly across 2 users and 3 PCs.  2 Dell Laptops and 1 Dell Precision worstation.  Premier Rush will Crash, and when it Crashes The creative cloud app disappears.  Premier Rush is broken, and various amounts of reinstallation and repair is required.  Any ideas on a solution for this?

Hi there,I've created a project on my laptop today. I need to do a voiceover and can only do it on my iPhone due to the mic set up I have. The project will not synch over onto my iPhone. Normally does it super quick but today there seems to be an issue. The blue synch circle gets to a certain point and then goes back to the start. Can you help?Thanks,Claire 

My videos are being 'squeezed' on the sides whenever they are loaded into Rush. If I open an old project, the same. If I open up a new project and load a video it will initially look fine until it is fully loaded in (the status circle in the top right starts indicating that it is loading it in) once it's finished the video is squished. They will export fine, but this makes it nearly impossible to make videos and is very frustrating. I've reinstalled the program, logged in and out of CC, all the things. 

Hi I’m having issues with the app getting stuck often, and even automatically shuts down. The audio ducking keeps snapping back to full volume in the middle of my speech.  The entire operation seems to become very slow and I’m really getting frustrated working on it. Is there any solution to my problem. I’m working on IPhone XS MAX, does anyone face similar issues ? 

A create a new project on Rush.This project is saved and appears on the project list. When I try to open this project nothing is happen. It's impossible to open it. I have no error message.I'm working on Windows 10. I try to open the project on qn other PC, but it is also impossible on the second PC.

Hi, I am having an issue where I can not see the thumbnail examples for Titles, Transitional Grphics.If I turn WiFi off, they pop up, turn WiFi on they go again.  Whilst I can... kind of work like this, this isn't how I expect to work.Is there any known fix to this? OS: Mig Sur v11.4 

Hello thereI had several short video projects in Premier Rush on my IPhone. And all of a sudden when I went to open the app to work on my vid, and  all my projects were gone. All of them. I was signed out I think and had  signed back in. But no matter what I used to sign back. In , Google, Facebook, Apple ID. My projects would not come back. All my projects are part of one bigger project. A bunch of segments. I need them back.  What do I dooooooooonu??????Cheers 

I am new to Premier Rush. I am finding delays in working in the program – especially watching video, which freezes for short blips often. About my computer:RAM: 16 GBProcessor Intel  Core i7-7Y75CPU @ 1.30 GHz 1.6 GHzWindows 10 ProWindows version 2004X64-based PC The videos are MP4 files, filmed from a live Zoom webinar we ran. Sizes of the original videos, which I am trimming down for use, range from 124,000 to 493,000 KB. Related items:I am wondering if this delay is because the files are kept in the cloud. Is there a way to easily change where they’re saved to the hard drive, ideally moving them back to the cloud when I log off for the day,  so that they are still backed up?I will be getting a new computer later this year. Are there any parameters I should be aware of to ensure this works well in the future? The basic requirements on the web (64 bit, Windows 10) are already covered by my current computer, but if ideally I should have more.

Hey Guys, Finding it slow to skip through the time line and on one project it was really laggy (pretty much unusable) to even preview had to export.My projects are very simple.3 video clips and 1 sound. Pc Specs (not an issue)CPU: 7700K CPU Cooler: 240rad AIOGPU: 1080Ti STRIXRAM: 64GB 3200hz All software and drivers are up to date. Thanks in advanced.
