Premiere Rush

I have problem with opening Adobe Rush.It freezes on loading importerquicktime.prm.Tried solution on youtube - killing processes, naming dll files .. etc. nothing has worked so far ... any help?

I have been using Rush for a few weeks now, I decided to upgrade yesterday to the full version. Today I imported some video and photos that I had taken on my Canon camera. It was fine with the videos, but refused to import the photos, claiming that it was an unsupported format. They were JPEG's. I was under the impression that this was a supported format. Why is it not letting me import the photos? I can't continue with the upgrade if it does this as it renders the program unusable for me, I need to be able to import photos! Is there a fix or something I am missing? I am using an iPad Pro 2018 version if that helps.

I'm using adobe premiere rush. And I keep getting an error to import when trying to add a PNG file. Can someone help me out?  

Hi. New to rush on my android s10. The media browser doesn't show onedrive which is where all my video files are. Is this right? Dropbox is there.  If can't seem to find a way to add it. Any ideas please?

I didn't use Premiere Rush and I forgot to cancel my subscription. I was charged on June 17th  2021 which was yesterday, so can I please get a refund and have my account canceled?

Hello, I have a problem with rush.The program is starting, but the background keeps being black and just shows the blue loading circle. I have already read other posts, and tried a few solutions for example updating windows or updating the graphics driver. I already tried all of those solutions. I'm using Windows 10  and my PC is build for Graphic and Video editting. Any other solutions than updating drivers/windows? Thanks!

Lately, I have been switching devices and have finally settled with one I want to work on. There are few projects which I have synced across devices and are stored on the cloud. But now, I am not able to access this one synced project which I need to finish asap.  I have synced data on my new device. PS - I use an external Hard drive to store/use/import my data  Is there a solution to it? 

I'm struggling to export a video I made in Adobe Rush for Android (I have a Samsung S20+). First I had Rush for Samsung installed and made a quick video that was just a photo sideshow. It exported no problem. Now, I made an actual video- 90% of which is a video I filmed on my phone (so it's not like my phone can't support it). The rest of the video is an extra minute of photos and one title card. I've tried literally 10 times (restarting my phone, installing and uninstalling)..luckily this project is saved to my creative cloud. It keeps saying error while saving to disk, won't let me share to Instagram, tiktok, Facebook, YouTube nothing and won't even playback when it says it's done rendering- even though it's just a 4min HD video. The file is supposed to be less than 1GB, I have like 50GBs left on my phone and again it's a 4min video with no special effects or anything added..I don't understand the problem?? It will literally say "your video is done rendering and ready to share" but t

After several hours of editing my project, this message appeared. So I went to close project, and now the wheel has been spinning for over 30 minutes. I sincerely hope that if it ever stops spinning, and closes the project as I intended, that all the work I've been doing will be saved. Yes I have a good Internet connection. Yes I have tried XYNZ. This program started giving me horrible problems over the past 48 hours when it worked fine before. I have reinstalled old versions, gone to the back to the current version, etc. please make this product better. I am tearing my hair out.

Everything seemed to work well before update, not sure of the issue?  Running Windows 10, 8 GB of Ram, i5-7200U.

I work as an autonomus videomaker and I bought a new phone only to be able to capture professional footage and edit small thing on the go. I invested in a Samsung Galaxy S21, only to find out that the premiere Rush is incoptible with It's android system.  C'mon! The Galaxy S21 is one of the most powerfull phones in the market right now, targed for content creators... It was part of why I bought the adobe at all. So disappointed that there even is a Beta versoin, but still not available for th S21...

Hi, I am having an issue with the download speed.  I have a project I started on my iPhone XR and now want to edit on my iPad Air 4, which I bought specifically for this purpose, it has been more than 20 minutes and the project status is on 51% downloaded. This is not the first time and the recommendation to sign out, uninstall and reinstall Rush is not sustainable if every time I have this issue I must do that.  Can anyone suggest any quicker and more long term solutions?  Thanks in advance

Creative Cloud reports that Premier Rush (v 1.5.62) and Fresco (v 2.6.0) are incompatible with the current Win 10 v 21H1. They keep asking me to "upgrade" to Win 10 1903, which is a backward update. Anyone got or know of a solution?   

Premier Rush is such a jacked up piece of software. Why is the save and locate process so convoluted? That should be a simple and easy thing to do, save and find. Hey people ! I literally just spend 4 hours editing a video and as I was exporting it the app dropped and then when I opened again it told me that it can't open my file , I have turn my phone on and off and also deleted the app and back on but it doesn't let me see it , says that can't open it ! This is all done on my phone , any ideas of how I can recover that video ? 

It's getting really tedious to browse all my files because of 2 reasons:1. Premiere Rush has to load a preview of the files and takes a lot of time to load these.2. I usually have my files in an intrincate subfolder organization, for example 2 photos I need to use in Rush were in a Files>Brand name>Projects>2021>Podcast>New materials>2021>Folder  and you can guess it takes FOREVER to reach that folder. So please, be a pal and add an import feature so I can directly import the files from the folder I currently have opened in Finder. File browser within Rush is buggy, heavy and slow.

I upgrade my adobe rush for ipad and I didn't recieve the full features of it specifically for the titles and graphicsplease advice

I have recently started exploring the Sequence feature and I tried to add a new sequence. But to my surprise, I lost my old one and now I am able to retrieve it. Is there a way to get back your old Sequence in a particular project?  

I recently took some time to edit a video. Then I exported it, and attempted to upload it for youtube. It wouldn't upload because of processing, which is its own problem that I am trying to fix. But when I open the file for the video, it showed as black. I closed it and opened it again. Still black. I thought it was my computer, so i checked other videos to see if it was my computer's fault. They were fine. I can't re-export it because my first three exports expired. Anyone know what to do?

New beginner here, so I desperately need help.Can I use jpg files on Premiere Rush? 

Hi! I just bought the newest ipad an installed rush on it. My project opened regulary and was downloaded. The next time I tried to open it, it wouldnt let me. "Cannot open project". Fropm now on, the project is broken on other devices as well. On my Mac and windows pc the project just wont open without an error message. I tried to outlog-deinstall-install-login multiple times. Please help. The project is 50h+!
