Premiere Rush

I am working with GoPro 9 videos (mp4 format) and have just started with Premiere Rush version 1. 5. 54. I have imported three short videos and playback is extremely choppy. To the point where I simply can't edit. I am working on MacBook Pro Desktop IOS 11.2.3. version.Any ideas for the possible solution? Thank you, Ilze

I have successfully used a Samsung Galaxy S10 to make a lot of videos in Adobe Rush Premiere. In the last month, The exported videos are glitchy beginning about halfway through, the audio will stay stable but the video will freeze. I've used different micro SD cards. All of this footage was recorded in a GoPro hero 8 black. Any suggestions to fix this? I like your app but I'm not going to pay for it if it's not going to work.

We have long form videos we post on vimeo/youtube to explain crafting, we then edit these for short form social media adverts.  Does anyone use both Premiere and Rush using the same media content?

I am using an iPhone 8+ to edit using the Premium Rush app. The first video I edited, rendered just fine. After that, I have had trouble with my next videos. Some, I have been able to make work through just retrying over and over. One I have tried several times and used several tricks to maybe make it work. Nothing. I have restarted the app, my phone, watched it through to make sure it was all loaded and no glitches in the video. I never makes it all the way. PLEASE help!!!! 

Can multiple users edit Adobe Rush files at different times across the same institution via cloud sharing?Thanks!

Hello. I've been editing my project and when I wanted to insert a video the sound was missing (eventhough it has one). I removed the video again and started Premiere Rush again, but the same problem occured. I then closed the programme again, turned off and started my notebook and opend Premiere Rush, but then the whole programme wasn't working. On the screen you can see a circle (loading sign), but it is not moving since the last 20 minutes. Please help me out, it's urgent!! Hallo. Picked up a SanDisk expand Flash Drive for my iPhone to back up footage. Is there a way to get Adobe Rush to see the drive to use as a media source when editing? iPhone 8Plus, latest iOS and Rush.

I have a service called Digital Juice that I use for additional graphic elements. For some reason the motion graphic elements with a transparent background or an alpha channel do not work in Adobe Rush. They WILL work for the first time I play the motion element in the timeline, but after the first time the background becomes white or black. Is there anyway to fix this. Digital Juice provides multiple formats to download but each that I have tried did the same thing. Thanks for your help.  

My issue is with rendering a video. Is there a way to speed up the rendering process for my desktop version? It takes sooooo long to render. A 5 minute vid (or more) at 720 takes over 30 minutes or longer. I think it's my pc only. Using the iPad app the rendering is way faster. Plus, the file size is much smaller.

I am currently using a Macbook Pro with the most updated version Permiere Rush.  In the last few days the lag from when I click and when the program responds seems to be a 15-20 second lag. I have checked internet speeds and updates and it seems to be the application. Every now and then it lets me know it can no longer suto save and to log out and back in.Is there anyway to get rid of this lag that anyone knows of? It's killing my flow! lol ThanksDylan

Hello, I updated to the latest version of Adobe Rush last night and now it's stuck on the loading screen and won't show any of my projects. I've signed into the Adobe Rush app on my iPhone and it doesn't show any projects there either, only an "Adobe > Assets" folder. I'm on Windows 10 and haven't made any other changes to the OS.  It's frustrating because I had dozens of projects saved and I'll be annoyed if they are gone. Screenshot of what I'm seeing:

I have a subscription to adobe rush through google play. Today I install de windows app but the subscription dosen't work. It says that I only have 3 free uses.My question is: It's possible to use the desktop app with the google suscription?

Hello, I just purchased the Adobe Creative Cloud and when trying to install the Premiere Rush to my phone, I am told at Google Play Store that the app is not available for my phone. I have an Asus Zen Phonz 7 that has a great camera and is an excellent phone for creators, so I am quite surprised that Rush does not function with this phone. Could you help me out? Is there any schedule to develop Rush also to the Zen Phone? I am a little dissapointed as this is an app that would be very interesting for my daily work and before I purchased the CC, there was no way for me to find out that this app would not function. Thank you in advance!

When I open my project it says "Error, open production failed" and I am unable to open it regardless of my efforts, i have spent multiple hours working on this project and it is really upsetting to find all my work gone 😞

My autosave is enabled, but isn't working. keeps telling me to click out of project to save the project, but when I do, the screen freezes, eventually closing the program. I can't afford to lose this project , please help!

Hello, after the last update, the program often freezes during operation. It is impossible to work.

I am using Abobe rush on my MacBook Air and I have noticed that after a cut/edit the video is often pixelated for a second or more before restoring to full quality. Please help as it is significantly reducing the look of my work.

I have a problem with Premier Rush. I have Creative Cloud (Monthly Payment) with Rush included but the app keep telling me to get an upgrade as I only have 3 project exports per month. I though the version was the best because in the plan it says so. Any ideas?Thank you!

As I just imported a video file (se screenshot for specifications) on my Macbook Pro M1 and I realize the file was wrong I can't delete the project as it shows a progress line whan I return to my Project window (see second screenshot). It takes a long time until it is finished and I can delete the project. I belive this is a new bug as I havent experienced this before. I am using - MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 16 GB RAM 2020)- MacOS Big Sur 11.2.3 Geir
