Premiere Rush

Hi, I'm having an issue where my export is speeding up one of the segments of my video. When i'm in edit mode, the vido is set to 100% speed, and the audio is matching with the vidoe. When I export the video, I notice that the audio is noraml speed, but the video is much faster.    Can anyone help me with suggestions?    Thanks, Neil   title edited by mod

On my Windows 10 laptop, about six of my projects will not load when selected from the Rush project window. Instead, Rush (v 1.5) opens a window that has a menu bar on top but is otherwise black (see screenshot below). Some of the same projects open as expected on the Rush phone app (Android-based) and run OK. So far I've tried this: logged in and out of the Creative Cloud. Restarted my laptop. Please advise on what else I might try... Thank you!   

I cannot find the work I completed yesterday. A Rush project containing 18 sequences after several hours of work. Project not in Rush or CC. Please Help. Where is all the work?Finished working, went to sleep, woke up, went to work and there is no record of my project in Rush. I exported 11 of the sequences already before sleep, so I have those at least but I really dont wanna lose the other seven. There are no files in Rush, CC, Sync folders, nothing??? Where can it be? Please, please help, I'm a clueless newbie and losing that work will destroy me...Actually, in CC there is an OCTET file but it is just a blank screen that does nothing, maybe I need to do something with this? Please Help  !

Hey there, I have a problem related to Premiere Rush. Actually yesterday I was using it for my first time. The program run but super slow (Premiere Pro run perfectly) and once I wanted to export the file, my MacBook pro crashed and turned automatically off. Since that, every time I run Premier Rush, my laptop crash continuously. How can I manage this situation? Thank you in advance.

Hello, i have a new notebook with 11th Gen Core I7 and intel Xe graphic card. If i enable the hardware acceleration in preference menu, it's very fast to export video but i have a lot of artifacts, greens pixels on the video. I have alway this problems when i play video in rush. If i disable this option its ok but its very slow to export because the GPU it's not use.... Do you have a solution for me ? Thanks

I have abatnd new laptop (with Ryzen 7, 16GB Ram, multicore etc etc.....) but since I installed Rush on it yesterday I´ve barely been able to work with it for more than 5 minutes. I need to add images to my videos but almost every time I do, the programme starts to freeze. Instead of showing the image with the soundtrack underneath, it will usually show a frozen image of the original video instead. Even when i then try to play another, seperate part of the clip, these begin to freeze, too. Based on the sheer number of complaints from users, i´m getting a little worried that this was an expensive mistake

I'm a paying member for the Adobe Premiere Pro and when went to install Premiere Rush on my Samsung Galaxy S20 ULTRA it says it is not available!!!!!??? what?? Can you please fix this issue as soon as possible for I'm not paying £30 a month when I cannot have Rush on my new phone!

I am using Adobe Creative Cloud Premiere Rush and almost (9 of 10) every time I open the application for the first time in a day, I experience audio tracks that appear to have lost their source.  When I closed the app or project, all the audio is shaded green, etc. However I close the app, walk away, reopen and all or a subset have turned red to where I then re-add them back to the project.  These are all Adobe provided royalty free tracks I am using as well.  Unsure if this is cause for a bug report but I don't understand what is causing this.  Files are not moving and all sourced audio is coming from Adobe itself and uses the default locations for its audio. 

I had rush via google play subscription. It was cancelled. When i sign in to creative cloud on my pc the project is available. installed rush on my note 20 ultra no projects available. Repurchased monthly plan via mobile operator under same log in as creative cloud yet no projects visible. according to my account via rush menu my plan has expired and i need to update through Google play store. I just paid it via rush on galaxy note 20 ultra same email and account. wheres my video as i cant do nothing on the pc as it has expired and cant do nothing on phone as it is not there.

I have used the Adobe stock footage for a project and the in-program Overlays, titles etc. It was very glitchy at around the 18 second mark every time. nowhere else in the 2minute video is it doing this. I have spent a total of 3 and half hours with various Adobe techs and all their suggestions and stuff havent worked. No matter what elements I add or take out of the project, no matter what settings I change, or what stock footage I use (even the ones that I run through the Handbrake software to make the FPS the same) it always glitches at the same point. Any suggestions before I delete 3 months of work and start again?

 I'm pretty comfortable with the sliding focus once you turn autofocus off but I don't understand what the square and circle are for above. Anybody got a simple explanation? or even the video tutorial you can point me to?

J'ai créé une vidéo avec mes éléments réalisés dans Illustrator et ma voie enregistrée en off.Lorsque je veux l'enregistrer sur mon Cloud Adobe déjà il propose un autre drive (celui de Microsoft) donc c'est très ralenti pour finir par bloquer l'ordinateur (je suis sous Windows et je déteste l'éteindre en forçant mais j'y suis obligée pour ne pas rester coincée !)Ensuite pour l'importation sur Facebook et You Tube même problème !Pas de problème pour la sécurite j'ai Adobe Account Access et un bon antivirus Mac Afee, j'ai vérifié, même avec le VPN l'application Adobe Créative Cloud fonctionne et je m'identifie avec un mot de passe dans tous mes navigateurs (Microsoft Edge navigateur par défaut)Merci de m'indiquer une solution ! It is used after paying \40,000 (Korean money) on the iPad.The iPad and iPhone do not synchronize with the project.PC is using Windows, not Mac.Does pc also not synchronize, and do I need to pay extra to synchronize desktop version "RUSH"?

Probably about half of the projects I have created in Adobe Rush over the last 6 months are just gone. My hard drive was full so I installed a second one and moved the Media Import location to the new drive so I'm assuming that has something to do with it, but I can't find the OG files in either drive at this point. I've been taking a little break from video editing so I haven't been in the program for a couple weeks now, so I'm not sure exactly when this happened. I had about 5 videos in there for an online course my husband and I are working on and I would be pretty devastated to lose all of the work I have already put it.  I am running Windows 10. Not sure what other info would be needed to figure this out. I'm not a super savvy computer person. This was my husband's first PC build so he knows a lot but not when it comes to this kind of stuff. Help! 

Can anyone tell me, I have the yearly subscription to creative cloud for my desktop. I have downloaded Photoshop and Illustrator on my iPad pro but my question is do I have to pay extra to put Rush on my iPad? even though I already have it on my desktop? I kept reading comments that I have to pay extra. Please let me knowMany thanks 

I get this error when I export my project in Adobe Rush on PC.   -I've tried different export quality. Interestingly, the Error code occasionally changes to Error Code 3, but most of the time the code is -1609629690. -I've tried deleting the entire timecode that the error states (even going far as deleting my entire video except for a one second clip). -For this same project, I was able to successfully export using the identical export settings earlier in the day. The only thing I did after that first export was change the Range Speed of my clips to change my video to fast-motion. No other edits were made. But now I cannot export. Any thoughts?
