Premiere Rush

So, I rendered a video, and the bar is full, the clock reads 00:00:00 and it won't take me back to the export screen that shows it is done, what should I do?

I have been working on ADOBE RUSH and I have a project which I need to present ASAP.  After editing all day yesterday... I opened the application to see that all the clips have dissapeared and are substituted by red squares where you have an exclamation point in the middle.I have had issues with RUSH since I installed it and I need to find an answer to this . If you know how I can bring back my project to how I left it last night, please let me know! Thanks so much Al 

I've tried to export a project multiple times, but nothing seems to appear anywhere on my device. It even gives me a green notification saying it was saved to Gallery (which I don't really have - should be to Photos or Camera or something, right?).Pixel 4Android 11Premiere Rush v. 1.5.32.75772 GB of memory availableExported using automatic setting as well as 720p/30fps. Finished video is 1 min long, clips used were created on my Pixel.Thanks for any help!Chris

When I start Premier Rush for first time , I am stuck to this screen and unable to start a new project .Anyone can assist ?I have tried uninstall and reinstall .I have even uninstall the whole Creative Cloud and reinstall . 

I created and edited a project last night, and this morning I can't open it. I get a pop-up that says "This project was created with a newer version of Rush. Please update Rush and return to view this project." There are no updates available, and I created it on this same computer.I can view the project via the app, but audio is missing on a couple of the clips.Help!

In premier rush, when I add media to a project, a folder is created on my C: drive under the creative cloud assets folder structure. My setup has a relatively small SSD as my C: drive with larger hard drives for media storage. I have to constantly monitor what is getting saved and cached to my C: drive to avoid running out of space, but it appears that premier rush automatically creates copies of my media onto my C: drive any time I add it to a project. The video and media files already reside on one of my other drives, so not only is it creating duplicate copies of the files which consumes hardware resources and takes up additional storage space, but it is putting it on my C: drive where I am preciously low on free space.Is there a way to direct the software to point those asset folders to another location so they don't have to rest on my C: drive? Better yet, do I also have the option to avoid creating the duplicate asset files alltogether?

Hey so I recently started using premiere rush, so far it's awesome. Only one problem, I was only able to add music I bought to the first video I made and now I can't add music to my other videos for some reason

Hi there, I'm having a major problem here: While working on my Video project in AdRush everything stopped suddenly and my Mac did a force restart. Now, I cannot enter my project anymore 😞 It just doesn’t open up at all. Seems like the file is broken. Any ideas of how to fix this without losing all these days of work?Thanks already!

Our Federated ID Users are getting a connection error on iPhones with Error 400. (Also Error 21 on an iPhone 7)

Why isn't there support for certain devices? In my case I'm using Xiaomi's Redmi note 8 pro and it's not in the compatible list while the lower version "Redmi note 7 and 7pro" are compatible 🤷🏻‍♂. Is this because of any system structure? Because it's well know that the new devices perform better than the older ones, still there's no compatibility or is it the developers who doesn't care ?  

Hi I filmed on my Iphone 8 plus using the Adobe Rush app. I've uploaded the files to my desktop and imported into Rush. When I play the files, without any editing, the video is stuttering. I'm assuming it's something to do with frame rate but I don't understand what that means, or how to make it play smoothly. When I export, it plays the same stuttering effect.Playback on my phone and from desktop in Quicktime Player is fine.Any ideas?  

I was wondering, is there any way for Adobe Rush to automatically publish to YouTube once the render is complete? I understand that once the render is done you can then click "Publish" but is there any way to bypass? It would be a convenient feature that could save some time.

Hi Adobe Community.  I'm creating a video in Adobe Premier Rush in which 24 people recite parts of a message, which we'll edit so each person says a part of teh full message.  I would like to have a unified message at the end.  Ideally, one group would say "Happy New Year," and the other would say, "From ABC Company."  Can I record everyone individually, and use 12 people on one clip and 12 people on the other?  I've figured out how to include 4 videos on a screen and can edit the timing so they're all saying the message at the same time, but I can't seem to add more than 4 videos.  Is this possible?  The goal is to make it look almost like a virtual meeting.  Thanks for any help or suggestions!

Hi I've had two awful days with this programme. I edited a video yesterday, got told it didnt save for a while and to close/reopen. Then I find that the project is corrupted, after 4 hours with my IT team.  This then stopped the project select screen from showing the project tile images. So I bit the bullet, deleted my project and restarted its assembly, after Rush decided to try to delete my assets file multiple times... Then exactly the same thing happened when I was 75% of the way through the project. The project still shows and it opens on my mobile without the fonts loading but I just get a grey screen and the only way to get out of this, is to start the tutorial.  I never once lost a project before this last update. Now its' happened twice in two days!!! I am very very annoyed!

Comment résoudre ce problème et récupérer images et sons ? C'est urgent je dois envoyer une première version de ce montage aujourd'hui.Merci 

I'm a new user and I can't synchronise video clips precisely using pip. When I drag the smaller video it jumps and I cant get it to stop in the precise place.  It looks wierd when one thing is happening on one video, but happens again very shortly afterwards on the other.  Is there a way of moving the video in smaller increments?

Hey Everyone, I'm using Premiere Rush on my iPad Pro. I'm trying to get custom mogrts imported into Premiere Rush, but can't seem to find a way with my current setup. Is there an actual way of getting mogrts imported into Adobe Rush using an iPad Pro and Creative Cloud? I have them added is "Files" in Creative Cloud but not in the Library. The mogrts I believe were created by Premiere Pro, but not by my personally. Any help or suggestions on this will be GREATLY appreciated! Best,Ron

Can someone please help me? I am not very technical, but here is the issue.  I have created a video in Premiere Rush and it is 28 minutes long. When I export to my computer drive it is 56 minutes (i.e. double) and the audio and video are out of synch.  They are in synch within the app before export.  Does anyone know what the issue is on this one?

HI There,I have some clips from BlackVue dashcam and when I export my video through Premier Rush, it export doubled the length vedio. Actual dashcam video is 30 seconds and exported vedio is 60 seconds long. Do you now why this happens ?Note : Speed control is 100%, clip is running in normal speedThanks

I recently updated the app "Adobe premiere rush" and now when I go to start a new project (no matter what video footage I choose) it says ERROR could not create project. I love this app & never had any issues before this, it's frustrating when you pay for an app and it doesn't work!! Any help would be greatly appreciated 

Hi,I'm editing a vertical video, original footage is 1080x1920. When I export it the only vertical option is 720x1280. Any suggestions?

I have subscribed to rush premium feature, which is valid upto 15th October 2020. For last few days I am unable to share edited files from rush. As I have to edit videos in rush, share them and use in my job - is always on urgent basis, it has become pathetic and sickening, being unable to share videos in rush.
