Premiere Rush

O editor está travando há dias. Não sei mais o que fazer. Preciso terminar um trabalho e não tenho consiguido fazer nada!! Peço ajuda urgente 

Can anyone explain why the software is now constantly becoming unresponsive when I add video to edit 

This has probably been asked before but I'm not willing to go through all the posts.Is Adobe Rush planning to bring new transition options? If not I will have to transfer to Filmora where there are way more options.

Having problems with importing mp4 file from a GoPro which I have been doing happily for about a year. Today, all the videos I have, now do not preview and a message comes up stating "The file has an unsupported compression type." when I try to import. I do quite a few for a client so need this to work like it used to. So this needs to be fixed. I have read somewhere about codec info which I know nothing about so attached screenshot. I have uninstalled everything Adobe and reinstalled cloud and Rush with current update, but still does not work. Please help.

Hey all, For some reason my PC says something else than my Adobe Rush.I have cloud sync enabled for the file. I'm logged in on the same accounts on pc and mobile, and online. My iPad Pro says that ' all files are synced'.But when i got to creative cloud online/or on my desktop client, nothing is there!  And it also says that 0/2gb is uploaded. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?  (I've already tried turning sync on and off for the file in Rush)I want to use Rush to draft and order my footage, but if I can't port the project to my Pc to finish it in permeiere pro, it defeats the point... Screenshots attached. Can you please help here? Anyone else had the same problem?  

How do i get more then 4 tracks in premier rush.

Hello, my preview video for my project looks good but after exporting the quality becomes awful. I select my settings to export to 4K with 29.97 FPS but the final size looks very pixelated and the file size is around 300 MBs, which is way to small for a 3.5 minute look 4K video. This is very weird and if I can't find a solution I will obviously have to find a different program.

My project I have been working on in Premiere Rush will not export, and will usually say something like in the picture belowIt will say that or something like "accelerated renderer error unable to produce frame". It is really annoying at times since it stops me from exporting the project I have been working on for ages. This is my setup: Windows 10 Pro Dell laptopIntel i7 - 8565U16GB RAMGeForce MX150 Intel (R) UHD Graphics 620 integrated graphics card

Several times I have worked for hours on a project to find that it will not render. The error message is:Error compilng movieError completing renderWriting with exporter:H264Writing file type :H264Around timecode: 00.00.00.08Component: H264 of type ExporterSelector:9Error code: 2147287036This particular movie build allso had a failure in the titles. You could put one in but not title field for editiong never appeared. That is, the title would be black, not allowing you to add text although the word TITLE was visible - only on the timeline. Can anyone help with this? its a time sensative project. I'll try to recreatit on the mobile device and desktop, but there is no sync on this and other projects. No idea why. Thanks, Mark

Ive been trying desperatly to get Adobe Rush to work on desktop to no joy. Everytime I try in import media files other than audio files, it hangs on preparing media. My system is running the latest system drivers for CPU and GPU and all windows 10 home edition updates are installed. I have performed all tricks sugested such as clearing and resetting the preferences by holding ALT on loading of rush, as well as holding CTRL ALT & SHIFT to reset pluggins. I have tried alternating between the built in GPU and the dedicated GPU, no difference at all.  My system specs are as follows:Asus Zenbook DuoWndows 10 Home edition 64 BitIntel 10th gen i7 - 10510U CPU @ 1.80GHZ 2.30GHZ16GB of RAM installed with 15.8GB usbable.Nvidia GeForce MX250 dedicated graphics.  All other CC apps appear to run as expected such as Premiere pro and Photoshop, however Rush is at a scretching hault from allowing me to work with it. Any thoughts on how to get it working would be most

I was working on a proejct in premiere rush on desktop and all of a sudden all media just vanished from it and now I have a blank project. Help! I was close the the end of editing my video and it's completely disappeared. Does anyone know how to recover this?? Earlier today my laptop was acting funny so I restarted it. I opened Rush afterwards and the project and all meida was there - but all of a sudden, without pressing anything, it's gone. I've since restarted but it's nowhere to be seen. Can someone advise? 

I try PR starter and reach the limit of exports, then I purchased the mensual plan but PR keeps showing this message and doesn't allow me to export.This message keeps showing after 5 hours and of course,I try pushing the refresh button but still cant export 

Rush was working for me very well for the last few months, but all of a sudden opened it up to do some work and all new projects and old when i click on them show a black screen, even though audio still works and so does the film strip on the bottom. but obviously how do i edit if i cant see what im editing. ive looked at all related posts about this and tried everything updating drivers, making sure sync is enabled, tried the prepare for playback, clear caches, reinstalled, reset prefrences. Im getting pretty bummed out.  Please help, not a clue what to try now.  

I m currently using premiere rush to edit my video clip, may i know will the video gone the next day? since i m using a free trial version, I have not finish that so I didnt export it yet, thanks!

I'm working on a project and when I click the share button (export file) it just crashes. Luckily it saved all the video but then I realized this so I clicked File > Share but it still crashed. Then I decided to do CTRL + E which is export file but it keeps crashing when I export my file. Could anybody help me with this??

Describe the issue you encountered :I wanted to have different pictures shown each one shown after the other one. Transitions should be soft for about 1 second. In the Mobil Rush App it looks fine. But after rendering some of these transitions are bad and some are as wanted. The bad transitions are as follows: they are not soft, but jumping from the first picture to the second and back again (quickly like a flash), then slowly to the second. It looks like a short flash where I can see a wrong picture instead of the smooth transition, which I wanted.How can we reproduce your issue :Yes, the issue can be reproduces. I had this issue in different projects with different pictures and videos. To reproducte you have to start the rendering and then you will get this issue. I added Rush Beta from the CC desktop app. Is there a dedicated community space just for it? And is there a changelog anywhere? I saw a post somewhere that mentioned an Erlynmeyer flask icon in the top toolbar of the software that points to the beta program boards, but there is no actual icon in the software. 

Hi!I'm using Adobe Premiere Rush v1.5.10. I spent a few hours to edit my video. Editing was done on my iPhone 11 and ipad 7th gen. Rush stopped working when I tried to export the project. I tried in different frame rate and quality. But it didn't help.  This happened to both my phone and ipad. Need your help. 

So I recently upgraded to new Rush through the creative cloud attached to my work email which was at a discounted rate as I am a teacher.  Previously I had installed the app on my Windows 10 through my private Gmail account and used the free trial.  I didn't have any trouble making sure I was in the right account to be able to export however, this keeps coming up everytime I try to export my video to a local place on my laptop.Computer has 16G ram and  an Intel core i7 processor.I'm accessing the program through the creative cloud app. At times it stops responding on me too but if I exit and go back it seems to be fine. Please help by letting me know what the above image means and how I might be able to fix it so I can save and export my projects.Regards

I'm unable to identify how to adjust the clip duration across multiple clips.  In addition I was unable to identify how to set a default duration when importing multiple still images (something other than the default 2.5 seconds). I was simply wanting to do a quick slide show of photos, import and add music.  However importing 90-100 images and adjusting the image clip duration for each one separately is time prohibitive.  I can do this easier in MS PowerPoint.  What am I missing? [using Adobe Premiere Rush 1.5.12 (Build 554)]

I rendered my video,took several attempts, and wish to save it locally. It stated that it is saved to my camera roll. How do I access my camera roll? It implies that I have to render it again. 

Hi there, I created a project on my iPhone 8.  I want to finish edit it on my macbookpro.  When opening my project on the computer, about 5 shots out of 70 are missing and appear in red. I tried closing and reopening the projects on both sides (iphone and mac), but to no avail, I still get some missig shots. Why are these shots present on my iPhone time line, but not on the computer timeline?
