Premiere Rush

so I normally use premier pro but for some reason my computer isn't running it probably anymore so I switched to premier rush for the meantime and i was editing a video on ios but I couldn't import some clips. I don't know why because they rest of the ones i had came from the same place. But I moved on and continued editing my video and got about halfway through and gave it a break. I went back on the next day to continue editing and it said i lost all my footage and my voice over, so I checked my camera roll but all of my stuff was still there but I couldn't get it to show up. And this isn't the only file that did this i have three more that i was editing that are now unusable. Really need help.   title edited by mod

Premiere Rush never open projects in computer, since the begining and always running with the circle but never working, uninstalling nothing change 

Hello!  When I create a project (synced to the CC) on my phone using the Rush app and try to open it on my desktop, the sound level is all way too high, in the red.  When I create or export it on my phone, all the sound levels are green.  Has anyone experienced this, or have any idea how to fix it?  

I've just finished rendering the video but I won't save the file to my phone.It's the first time I have this issue and I have the paid subscription.Help!!!

Hi,   I have purchased and installed "Premiere Rush" while opening, "Your Project" Screen taking too much time in loading and I am not able to create a new project. Please help.   Title edited by mod

When I click the "share" icon, it only gives me "export", and then options for social media places to export it to. It doesn't give me any options to download it to my phone.   Title edited bu mod

You can shoot a film, short or long form. You can shoot a narrative film or a documentary. I can only share films from desktop and not from the mobile app. Why? I am logged in on the same account and have tried to restart the app and logg out/logg in. Does not work.    title edited by mod

Hi there thanks for the resource!  While rearranging and adding a clip my timeline developed a .30second blank spot in the timeline and hid a 1 second transition clip...  I have not been able to figure out how to get rid of it.  Thoughts?

Just installed Rush on my IPad this evening. After reopening the app, the app crashes directly when opening any project. Tried to open the project on my iPhone and it opened without any problem. I am running Rush version 1.5.1 and iOS 13.3.1. Hope you can help.

So I have one export left, but the last two times I've tried to export things, they've loaded but then gone completely missing! What do I do? 

I can't seem to cut a visual clip without cutting the audio. Is there a way to split the two in Rush?I can pull the audio back and forth without the visual being affected, just not the other way around.I know you can do it Prem Pro.

In trying to import to Adobe rush a video that is saved on my dropbox But when I import media, the video is static. I tried downloading to others platforms and worked just fine. The problem is only with Adobe rush using my Samsung s10 phone    Anyone ?   title edited by mod

Using iPhone 8 Plus with latest version of iOS 12, and since it was released, whenever I open Premiere Rush, the app freezes for a significant period of time before becoming active again...at least a minute but I haven't timed it exactly.  Also today I've been getting popups inside the app saying that an update for Project Rush is available, but no updates for Premiere Rush are available in the App Store (so I assume this is a carry-over from when the app was still in beta?).  It's making for a very frustrating experience at the moment, and I've tried killing all open apps and rebooting my phone to see if it clears up the issue, all to no avail.Has anyone else been having this issue?  Any fixes, or do we have to wait for Adobe to update?

I really appreciate this program and updates for improvements. The simplicity and ease of use is great. Concerning the 1.5.2 update, I have noticed the program appears to be running slower or sticking during the work flow process. Any assistance/fix would be appreciated! Thanks!   title edited by mod

When exporting videos I see no gpu activity at all. I do see cpu spiking. I have both an internal discrete amd graphics and an external egpu and neither are being used. My machine has 32gb ram and an amd 5500 with 4gb and an egpu with amd vega 64.

I have recently downloaded Rush on windows 10. The computer meets all the requirements listed and is up to date. Rush is constantly freezing, extremely laggy, and does not save changes.  I have seen these issues brought up in the community, but cannot find any answers. It makes it almost impossible to actually edit anything. I have the playback quality on low and have set it to pre-render sequences.  In the video I'm currently editing, there is about 3 minutes of footage. When I add a larger video file (let's say 6 minutes long) for the purpose of editing it down into usable clips, it bogs down Rush dramatically. If this were the only issue, and it only lasted a few minutes, I could handle it.  Audio will un-sync from video and become laggy. (And when the video is saved, it is still laggy in the final version.) Clips will not move when I attempt to drag them. Menus will not open. Slider bars will not slide. This gets worse and worse until I

I just downloaded the new update and now the program will not even play my project. This program has not been functional at all for me. It deletes changes randomly, freezes, crashes and even has a lag between the video and audio. I played the raw video (shot from a pixel 2) and the audio and video are synced fine. I play the same video from the proxy file saved by Rush and there is a ridiculous amount of lag, which transfers into the project as well. But now, with this new update, the program will not even attempt to play the project and if I try to close the project or go back to the home menu the whole program freezes and it has to be killed with the task manager. I have downloaded this desktop app on 2 seperate, capable computers. Same issues on both. 

Dear Pro, I have done my video editing in the premiere rush for a few hours.  When I re-open it, the clip cannot be  played and a few seconds later the whole screen screezed.  I tried over ten times and the same happened.  Would you assist and save my file?   Thank you. Best Regards,Ricky

We are using the latest versions of Rush and the whole Creative Cloud suite with our university's federated ids. However, we have run into several problems regarding rush. With the latest update Rush has stopped playing all media files with our media laboratory computer using an adopted Adobe ID, however, files can be imported fine.Users using a federated ID are unable to import any media files including the sample media files. The process to add media files to the first project runs indefinitely. The process needs to be executed to close Rush.Once Rush has stopped working and was executed, reopening Rush leads to it spinning a blue spinner indefinitely. However, the fix I found on the community to log off of Creative Cloud, restart the computer and log in again fixes this error and users can once again recreate problem two. This circle runs indefinitely. Is anyone else plagued by these problems or similar ones? Are there any possible solutions? I am guessing that Rush is sea
