Premiere Rush

Just downloaded the APP - Trying to edit a cool band performance.2 Issues:Rush can't detect My DSLR .MOV files transferred to my mobile device. It ONLY sees them if I import from my Dropbox. Once importing from DropBox - Rush is ONLY importing on the video from the .MOV files - The Files play out with audio just fine on the phones standard vid player and raw on Instagram... This has to have a simple solution right?

I like the app concept but I am unable to render a video.It says -"Some error occured, please open project again"I have done restarts, re-launches but it JUST does not work.Shocked to see this happen with Adobe products 

HiI need to add chinese title in my vedio, however, it all turns to invalid like this"XXX",does anyone know how can i add chinese characters into Rush? 

So I just upgraded my subscription for Premiere Rush. It has been an incredible editing tool and I just finished editing together a bunch of clips I've compiled from a game I play. It looks really good and it took me over 7 hours to edit all together. The .mp4 file opens fine and even says the video is 3 minutes and 21 seconds long but it cuts off at almost exactly 30 seconds and I can't find anywhere how to fix it. The full project plays all the way through to the end in Rush but like I said the final .mp4 file of the edited video only makes it to 30 seconds and cuts off.

My video is set up for standard color and runs fine on other platforms, but in Rush I get vibrant color blotches on my video. I suspect that there's some simple adjustment to the settings, but I can't find it. 

Hi, I am trying to share the video to Youtube, but can't sign in, which should be trivial.I have checked the basics: Creative Cloud app is logged to my user account.Opening Premiere Rush and Adobe Media Encoder Desktop do not expose any login issues. Trying to login to Youtube presents a Google Oauth screen asking for my email. I have tried a business and a personal account, but neither work. It does not get to the point where I would be asked for a password, or permissions settings. After the email address, the screen is dismissed, but the app fails to register the Sign In.  

I'm trying to simplify my video editing workflow and would like to start using an iPad to do more. Some of the videos I edit are simple and others can be complex. I've tried using Rush and found it great for simple things, but I often need Premiere. If I start in Rush and bring it into Premiere I knw I can continue editing from that point on, but can I send it back to Rush or do I have to stay in Premiere once I'm there? Thanks!

I recently got adobe rush to edit some gaming videos and have had nothing but trouble with it. I just fixed the purple and green nightmare screen, but now the video is serriously lagging and jittery. I've searched for solutions to this and haven't really come up with anything. Does anyone else know how to fix this? Thanks

I contacted support with the response I would apparently find a "revolution" to my problem here. I would like to find an actual solution that doesnt involve me deleting my work. Thank you.

I want all of my videos to have the same intro music and titles.  Is there a way to make a template that I can use each time I make a new movie?

Hello, guys.When i work in Premiere Rush sometimes i am cathing this error :  It could appear when i'm try to add any title, or when i'm try to rename the project , etc.And the same error appear in Premiere Pro when im trying to use TeamProjects.But when i try to delete this folder or move it system tell me that i dont have rights to do it..Only thing that i think maybe could help is to remove every adobe application and then reinstall them.But maybe anyone have another idea?)

Premier rush keeps freezing while trying to watch clips for editing, then the program stops responding completely and has to be shut down. I'm running it as an administrator. It's done this 4 or 5 times now and wont let me spend more than 5 minutes editing before it freezes again. 

Hello! I just have questions about the Vampire Weekend Creative Tour contest rules. If I've already posted an entry on my instagram, and it's showing up on the gallery on the website. Am I able to delete it to change a few things then repost it without being disqualified for multiple entries. The contest doesn't end until Saturday.

I have an 11gb .mov file that has terrible audio issues in the editor preview only, no such issues when file is played locally through windows or after being rendered. It sounds like high pitched reverb, almost robotic.  I have other clips that were recorded during the same session that do not have this issue, the only difference is this file is much larger than the others. Any thoughts?  Really thinking about just getting Premiere Pro and being done with it.

Hello. I have some issues with my audio. I keep having my audio playback stop working and it only happens to certain clips (which is not muted, layer not muted). And when I export my video some audio is missing as well (again audio not muted, layer not muted). Help please? I'm using rush on an iPad

Craziest thing is happening. I created 4 transition slides in Illustrator, exported them to JPEGs, and inserted them into Rush. Problem? All 4 images were the same despite the fact that they are really, truly different, both in name and substance. When I view and open them in Finder (on my Mac), they are correct. However, when I view them in the Rush Media Browser, it shows 4 of the same image instead of the 4 images in my folder.This is beyond absurd. Why would the app be inventing its own version of reality instead of reading the files that are there on my computer?!See the attached screenshots for proof!

Hi,Just new on Rush. I made a project movie in the timeline. Almost finished with, titles, pictures, movies and all. Now I used new sequence and my entire filled up timeline is gone. Where did my original sequence go? Is there any chance of recovering? The new sequence is called sequence 01. On a test, using the same: file > new > sequence, the numbers of the sequence go up. That didn't happen in my first project. Can anyone help me?

Hello, i have an issue with adobe rush (for iphone) my model is iphone 6s, so i use adobe rush for filming purposes because it gives me freedom to film, so, when ever i film and my phones charges off i loose my footage (i can't see it in my gallery) but i can see that i occupied over 10-15GB so it's in adobe rush but i can 't seem to find out how to extract it from there.. Anyone help me?

Hi, I recently got a new iPhone 11 Pro and cannot login to Premiere Rush and a few other apps. I get a message saying "An unknown error has occurred..." and then a long alphanumeric (looks like hex) string. I had the same issue with Lightroom mobile but was able to solve it by signing in to the Creative Cloud app and launching Lightroom from there. That doesn't appear to work with Premiere Rush. I called support and they had me resinstall the app with a phone reboot, which did not solve the issue. They also told me to wait for the app to be updated, which I think is unacceptable. Has anyone seen this issue? Here's a screenshot of the error, the error code changes after each sign in attempt.  

Hello, In the desktop version of Adobe Rush , Creative Clouds Files are not available on iMac but available on MacBook Pro. How to fix it ?
