Premiere Rush

I'm trying to open Premiere Rush on my Asus laptop but I get this error: "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP110.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem". I read on here from others having the same issue that it's related to Microsoft C++ files. Could someone who's troubleshooted tell me which file from the Microsoft support website below they downloaded to solve the problem? When I open the program, the previous files appear for a few seconds and then disappear. Have they gone with the change in email address? (the one I was using had to be upgraded).

We need the ability to add more layers and also to replace a particular layer with different photo or video 

Any time I'm working with footage (usually 4-6 hours) on Premiere Rush on iOS (iPad Pro 11 inch 1st gen) the preview freezes after a cut til I either close the app and open it quickly (not force close just normal close) or if I readjust the window. I think the cache needs to be refreshed after each cut so the frames don't freeze and get sticky.

Hello! So I just got a new Windows PC - Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i. Because Windows Backup wasn't working, I copied all my personal files over from my old one (Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga) and re-installed all my apps, including the Adobe ones. I made exactly one or two projects on Rush successfully on the new PC with zero issues. Yesterday, suddenly, it won't work at all. I can open and edit/export previous projects, but when I go to start a new one and add media, it immediately crashes and doesn't even offer a crash report. I'm using the most recent version (2.1). Temporarily, if I moved the media I wanted to add to my desktop, it would work. But now even that loophole doesn't work. It can load some of my jpgs from my downloads folder and a couple other older files, but I can't figure out what the common thread is with the files that work and the ones that don't. The file size, type, or location don't seem to be the issue. I tried resetting it to an older version of Rush to see if

I'm suddenly having problems with the video file's audio not being included in the final versions of my project when shared to both Windows and YouTube. The music track is included in all cases, but not the audio associated with the video itself. The first time this happened, I was able to exit the project, open another project, then return to my original project. Then when I exported the project to both Windows and YouTube., all of the audio was included. Success! The next time I shared a project though, the same error occurred, even after I closed Rush and re-opened it. I'd like a solution that doesn't require funky workarounds. Please advise. So I've got a huge problem. I have spent several days working on this video project. I paid for the pro version of rush so I could save my project in HD. I'm on an IPhone 12 with up to date iOS. Every time I try to export my project, it tells me that I do not have enough space on my phone to save the video. I have no less than 50 (F-I-F-T-Y) GB of free space, and the video is only 5GB... yet I cannot export it. Please help. I paid $35 for this and if it doesn't work I'm going to have to get a refund or something. This is ridiculous.

All I need is just overlay text since I don't feel like using transition for shorts 

I have made 2 shows in Adobe Rush.  One was a slideshow and 1 was video.  Also added music from the Adobe Rush site.  They came out great.  So I exported them to share.  But when I go back into Rush to make some changes to either of these shows, there is a red line thru the music.  I have to do the music over again.  Does anyone know why that might happen?

Hi, I want to use Auto reframe tool. I see the option on the tool bar at the left of my screen, but I can't activate this tool. You konw why ? Hello, i would like to request to use the Syriac language for a video I'm working on but whenever I try to write it on premiere rush it shows as Squares.

If I use the space bar more than once in a row, it deletes the clip that it is highlighted on. Super annoying and not sure how it has happened. Send help!

Es ist nur das Ladefenster zu sehen, weiter komme ich nicht. Ich habe schon vergeblich versucht das Programm neu zu installieren.Mein MAC ist auf dem neuesten Stand. (macOS Ventura | Version 13.05.1) Vielleicht kan mir jemand helfen? 🙂

I'm working on a project where I am making a few dozen 15 second clips. The Audio and Overlays remain the same. Just the Video changes which has no Audio.  When I try to delete the Video it also deletes the associated Audio. My current solution is dragging the Audio to another section of the timeline, delete the Video then drag the Audio back. Is there another solution or is this just how Rush works?

Arabic letter are always separated. Is there any way to fix this problem.

Downloaded some titling templates, I try to import MOGRT files and nothing happens (under Graphics-> New Template How do you import titling? They discontinue old versions? Can't see any of "My Templates" etc that are in instructions with the downloads. What am I missing?!

On rush Home Screen on iPhone is there a way to organise my videos into folders or change order of them? What is default order based on as it seems random? now it's so difficult to move files over to laptop I am storing a lot of videos and trying to find the one I am working on takes a while as I have scroll through them all, made even more annoying as rush keeps crashing on iPhone so I have to go back to home screen and find what I am working on again. also, what's the simplest way to back up files on my iPhone? thanks, Louise 

My Rush app on my iphone just keeps crashing as I am trying to edit. Whats up? Its done it 30 times and counting. 

Hello, I have a full premier pro, rush/ encoder membership and use premiere rush on mobile. I use it to edit simple videos usually no longer than 90seconds. Video is 1080p h.264 mp4 60fps. rush was working perfectly fine for months, now I import video, and it just shows black screen. Doesn't show video in timeline, this happened once and I closed app and reopened and it fixed. I did the same even reinstalled and adobe rush will not load any video. It acts like it imports but nothing shows, can't do anything. Also says no network connection error even tho I am on WiFi. Not to mention all previous work has disappeared. Please help. App used to be great now does not function WHATSOEVER on iPhone.

I was super thrilled to see the update on August 5th, and I was hoping to see that an external microphone would be supported for voiceover.  No luck.  The app still freezes with any external microphone connected when you try to record.  THIS IS A BIG DEAL!!!  I'd be using Rush daily if you were able to use an external mic with the app.  Doing remote ADR recording in the field, or even foley recording would be possible, and the interface is perfect for it.  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS!!!  I originally posted this bug in October of last year.  This is really basic functionality, and it crushes me that it's not working.
