Premiere Rush

Media audio works fine and so does audio moved over with video. 

To whom it might concern,  I got a new phone and I found out that Adobe doesn't have any video editing app for Asus Zenphone 9. It's a really good phone with 16 GB of RAM and more. I want to know when Adobe will work on my phone or if I need to get other apps. I was shocked that the Instagram app can edit videos on my phone, and so can other free apps, but not Adobe. I was having a bunch of lag and refresh issues with the app, so I decided to uninstall it. Upon reinstalling, I lost all of my projects that I had been working on, and I have tried signing in to many different accounts but none of them have the projects I was working on. How do I regain access to my old projects?

The mobile app keeps crashing and my video playback is choppy. It's basically unusable. 

My projects says unable to open; how can i fix this?

Have the Premiere rush free program and can get some video to export and some not. When it dose not let me export it send message require HEVC codec 

Good day and happy new year to everyone. I've got a worrying issue as rush does not seem to load any of my projects. After "preparing projects" the screen goes black with only the top menu bar displayed (file, edit, clip, etc)  I was 2 weeks into editing a large project. I've researched the topic and followed suggestions such as update, sign out and back in, restart the computer, restart the application. Nothing seems to work and I'm really hoping to get a helpful response from Adobe. Please help.  

I get this message in Polish when I open my Adobe Rush on my iPhone: "Adobe zakonczy wkrótceobstuge zsynchronizowanychprojektów." And it's working lagged 

any ETA of when Rush will have a Chroma Key feature? Makes it hard to be all in with this product and although I like it, I find myself not able to use it regularly.  

I choose any of Hebrew fonts examples in premiere rush for text but it writes backwards.How can I fix it? 

Hello! I'm a YouTube Creator, I've been using Ru for 2 years so far. I have been starting to glitch whenever I re-open my projects and play my video clips and that sucks when I'm ready to upload. I hope y'all can figure out that problem, 'cause I do love Ru and I suppose y'all. Another question I have is are you all going to put a chroma key or something for the green screen? I had brought a green screen, I wanted to change the background. I'm hoping in 2024 to see Ru grow and become a big editor in store. 

After the Crash-Bug got solved I was OK subscribing to Premium again. Right after the purchase got acknowledged and Rush changed from free to Premium, out of a sudden my current one and only Project (locally on my iPad Pro) disappeared from the Project list and the list was empty. After closing the app and reopening, my three old projects were shown in the list (which were synced online prior to the crash-bug). So much work has gone into my current project and I don't understand why it now disappeared from the project list right after the Re-Upgrade to Premium?! Please help me getting back my project!! 

Consistantly wont let me add any titles to my project- 'an error occurred during downloard from Adobe Stock server. Please try again.' Continue again and again, wifi fine, this project due in 3 dayrs! Help! 

Adobe Premiere Rush program does not open. While the program is opening, it comes to the "Loading Quicktime bundle" section and gets stuck. The program does not open at all. How can i solve this problem.

Hi!I want to record a video from my iPhone (14 Pro) in the Rush App and it allows to use a very useful Pro mode, nevertheless changing the ISO and Shutter Speed is not an easy job, please could you enhance this settings? 

Have tried things in previous post but still no luck I just purchased this and very disappointed that just 5 days into using the software Premiere Rush gets stuck Premere Pro loads just fine for now but I really like Premiere Rush to please help Than You

Hello, I imported my files from one Adobe account to another. But when I open my Premiere Rush, it does not show any of my previous files. How do I move these? 

Play back is problem frame dropping freezes the app. On iPhone 15 pro max. Same format video works on iPhone 13 Pro Max. 

Hi, is it possible to import my own LUT's/.cube files? I work from a laptop and an ipad.  Ideally I'd love to get Premiere Pro but I cant seem to use that on my iPad.  So trying out Rush and liking it but now I cant seem to figure out how to import my LUT's.  Am I doing something wrong? Is there a workaround to my problem? Thanks!!

My premier rush is sending a menssagem saying that the videos needs de HEVEC codec only disponible in a paying acount, but im paying to use prermier rush not understanding this menssage?????

Hi Folks,I'm new to Premiere Rush. I have an old video that is 720x480. When I try to set up a project for it I don't see that option, only 16:9, 9:16, 4:5 or 1:1. How can I create a project with a 6:4 aspect ratio so I don't lose any of this video or cause it to stretch? Thanks for any help and/or guidance.

I would like to be able to export a short clip without having to delete everything around it. So for example if I make a cut to a long video for a reel, I would like to be able to export that small portion without having to delete the whole video portion before and after. Like just be able to export the highlighted portion.
