Premiere Rush

I'm impressed with most things in the app. I just have a problem why the app makes it impossible to simply upload photos from the file that you're in. I simply cannot select photo, hit upload to Lightroom. No, you have to go into Lightroom and try to find the file that they're in, but Lightroom doesn't give you access to all your own files, nope you have to make sure your photos are in a special file. It's a mobile app, I should be able to upload photos to the app not upload photos only while on the app. I'm able to do it with the GoPro app without issue, why can't Lightroom or Rush do the same. 

I like the idea that if I start a project on Rush on my iPhone or iPad, I can also work on it on Pro on my laptop.  I would love to see something where the updated project from Pro could be opened and worked on again on my iPhone or iPad.   Also, I would love to see a version of Premiere Rush for Android devices.

Help! After upgrading my computer 2 weeks ago, I am continuously having problems using the Adobe Premiere Rush Application on my computer/mobile. I don't know if the fact that I swapped out a bunch of new components to my computer has caused the problem or is a conincidence, but it should be mentioned. The current problem I face is when I upload my media files to premiere rush to edit, all the videos come through on the desktop, but my mobile app isn't syncing. I get the notification that "some media can't be found" and "missing media was imported from another device". When the creative cloud tries to sync the new files I put on to the computer, I get repeated "Unable to sync to creative cloud" notifications. The confusing part is that all of my old projects saved to the cloud are still functioning correctly, it's only the new files that I try to add since the problem started that cannot sync. I have called the customer support hotline 6 times now in the last 2 weeks and

Hi all, When I'm editing videos the playback is very jittery (i.e. I don't get a smooth video). This makes editing very difficult. If I export (share) the video it plays fine. So, the question is; Is my laptop just not up to it? It's a 2014 Mac Book Pro with a 2.6 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5 processor (don't laugh!). Alternatively is there a way to reduce the resolution of the playback in Ru so that I can at least get a smooth playback. As usual, your assistance is very much appreciated.

It's okay thet you are trying to make lite version of premier pro on phones but the difference is huge that a pro editor cant find 98% of his tools if he had to work on phone for some reason is simply not acceptable, you don't even offer multi secuences and nests on the project whish is huge thing for any editor

Je suis toujours obligé de faire comme si je voulais souscrire à un abonnement pour qu'il remarque que j'en ai déjà 1 et pour l'utiliser du coup sur mes autres appareils. Déjà que c'est très chiant, et là depuis peu j'ai beau faire ça je n'arrive plus du tout à utiliser mon compte, ça me dis que j'ai déjà un compte, je clique OK et à mon retour sur la page d'accueil ça ne mets rien à jour et je n'arrive donc pas à l'utiliser, j'ai essayé de réinstaller l'application, de me déconnecter reconnecter mais rien n'y fait je suis très mécontent des services Adobe. Merci de régler ça rapidement à cause de ça je ne peux pas travailler 

Premiere rush won't recognize some of my videos, only the audio of it, how can be that solved? I took all videos from this folder with a GoPro Hero 6.

I downloaded Adobe Premier Rush, beside it crashed like 1000 times, I dinally finished my 7 minutes video in 2 days. I wanted to save my work, but then asked for me to pay. Ok, I thoutght I'd try the free trial, to see if anything chaged regarding the 2 minutes crashes, but wants to charge me even for the free trial. Is this normal?

Add support for all new Sony alfas cameras footage. It doesn't work now. 

I request a detach audio from video and be able  to export audio only( mp3 / wave/ etc

Wenn ich ein Video in Adobe Rush importiere, das einen signifikant hohen blau-Anteil enthält (z.B. vom Meer) ändert sich automatisch die Farbeinstellungen des Videos. Bei allen anderen Videos ist alles unverändert. Woran kann das liegen und wie kann ich dem Ganzen Abhilfe schaffen? Danke für jede Antwort!

Hi, Adobe rush saves proxy files of every imported files (that I store on an external drive) on my computer. Now I have tons of GB on my computer and Rush as well as my computer crash every time. Can I delete these proxy files? Why does Adobe rush creates these files when everything is stored on the cloud? Please help, many thanks!!

Please change it so this effect is not on by default. Also please look at bugs with motion effect where the actual visible area doesn't correspond to the cropped area shown  Please also add medium/low bit rate renderoptions and some useful text graphic templates with adjustable colour background boxes. 

I request a feature to clear audio

My subscription mentions Premiere Rush is included. It does not indicate it is a free version limited to 3 exports so is not usable. We can only run the demo.I spent several hours installing it make it run (too many problems) for nothing.Thanks Adobe 

Hi !, Can Rush stabilize a shaky video?

I have all of my source material on a shared drive through windows 10.Is there a way to import and modify files on a different machine on my local network?The machine the data is on, is a very old system, and cannot be used as a productivity system. I use it as my file server.I want to be able to access the data on it from a system THAT IS A WORKSTATION, and can run productivity software, like the many programs from adobe.The only problem that I am having, is being able to access/view/edit/modify the source material on the network shared drive.is there a way to do this?Please add the ability to access/view/edit/modify network resources.Thank you.

Why is the image size suddenly changing when running my project 16.9 in premiere rush? How can I revert the project in this case?

iPhoto allows me to add captions to videos.  When I upload those to my Creative Cloud files, can I search through them when adding to a Premiere Rush Project by keywords in the caption?   Be example: I film several short clips (10-15 seconds each) of a group in a golf tournament.  I edit the caption in the Photos app to describe who, what, where, etc.  In one round I might have 75-100 clips.  When I create a highlight film in Rush I would like to be able to search those clips for the one that shows Smith birdie putt 8th hole.

Hi. I have been having a problem with adding music to my project. Whenever I drag it onto the timeline and play it, the music comes out weird and choppy with a whole bunch of blank space at the end of it. I checked the music file and it sounds ok but when I go to the editor it messes up. I attached a picture of the music when I open it in the editor. 

I started a rush edit on my phone (apple iPhone) with media downloaded through the Go Pro app and copied on my photos app. I copied the files on my iPad from the go pro app and copied on my photos app too I sync the edit on rush, retrieve the sequence, but linking the media files is a pain because I need to do it file by file without having the name of the files in the photos app displayed so I can't match the name shown that I am searching now. Two features would help here : - Displaying the name of the files in the standard media app (photos)- Can select the all media target and Rush is doing the matching by file name Thanks,Regards,Matt 

When I try to insert text into my video I keep getting this error message. Have logged out and in again from Adobe, as well as restarted my computer. What is wrong..?  /Stressed person with a deadline 

Is it possible to change the background colour? When working in 9:16 you can't see the edge of the frame for lining shots up. any suggestions? andy
